Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3280 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3280 is a jelly level and at the time of writing there are 50 moves, but I suspect that will be reduced in the future as it is fairly easy for such a high level with so many moves.
Forget about the jelly that is outside the candy cane fences, this will be cleared as you play. What you need to concentrate on first is clearing the blockers in the left section inside the fence so that the keys can drop to unlock the right side fenced in area.
Once you start to get the keys you will also get striped candies dropping from the same dispensers, these can be switched together to collect the keys and clear any remaining blockers and licorice.
Once the right side fenced area is unlocked start using the stripe combos to clear the blockers. Remember to check the rest of the board for chances to make special candies and combos too.
No candies will drop into the right fenced area so all the jelly there has to be cleared using combos, but you should get plenty as there are only 4 colours on the board.

You have to collect 12 each of purple, red and yellow candies in 17 moves to complete level 3279 Candy Crush Saga.
The first thing you need to do is collect the keys which will drop from the dispenser at the top of the right side of the board, to get the keys to drop you first have to clear the chocolate from under the dispenser. Once the keys start to drop collect them as quickly as possible, remember they can only drop if there is a space for them to drop into so you need to keep the space under the dispenser clear.
Once the keys are collected the lucky candies can start to drop through the portals and into the main part of the board where they can be matched more easily, but at the same time you can be making combos to hit the lucky candies any chance you get.
The combos will also clear the locked chocolate which can get in the way and make life more difficult.

The fishing floats are the secret to passing level 3278 Candy Crush Saga. 
Clear some blockers first to give you a bit more space to work, then look for stripes and wraps to use to hit the floats with, the resulting fish will help unlock and clear those tricky squares on the edges of the board.
There are only 4 colours on the board so it is fairly easy to make the special candies and combos you need, but the shape of the board hinders you a little.
The more you can hit the floats and get fish the better chance you have of clearing the jelly in the 17 moves.
