Level 3282 is a jelly level and the jelly is under every square in the bottom half of the board, so everything has to be cleared and it isn't easy. 

There are 50 moves at the time of writing but I suspect this may be reduced in the future as it seems a lot even for clearing such a hard board.

There are stripe and wrap dispensers along the top of the board so use them to your advantage to grow the popcorns along the top.

What you need to aim for at the start is to grow two popcorns into colourbombs side by side so that you can switch them together to start clearing the cakes and grow the rest of the popcorns by one stage. If you can manage to get two double colourbomb combos the cakes will all be cleared and you will only have the popcorns to worry about.

Once the cakes are out of the way keep looking for double colourbomb combos, it is still possible to get two of them together down the side as one colourbomb will drop into the empty space at the bottom of the board next to the lower popcorn, then you can grow the lower popcorn next to it and switch them together.

All this is not easy to do, but it is possible if you use the stripes and wraps from the dispensers carefully.

I completed the following video with 13 moves left but they may take away more moves so I will keep my eyes open for the updates.
As expected, the moves have been reduced drastically, now only 12 moves which seems almost impossible, but below is a video made without boosters. The strategy is double colourbombs all the way.

You have to collect 60 licorice and 40 fish to complete level 3281 Candy Crush Saga.

The licorice isn't a problem, it will drop down from the top whenever you make a move that doesn't clear any. First of all get the board as clear of licorice as you can so that you can look for stripes and wraps. Stripe/wrap combos are the best combos to use to collect fish, but you need to have the licorice out of the way so that it doesn't block the blast from the combo. If you can switch a stripe/wrap combo beside one of the fishing floats so that it hits the whole row you will get lots of fish so this is the best combo that is reasonably easy to make.

The best combo of all, which will give you 27 fish with one move, is a double colourbomb combo. This will hit all the floats and give you three fish from all nine as well as collecting any licorice that is on the board.

There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is fairly easy as long as you can keep the licorice under control. There are now only 20 moves so much harder than before

Level 3292 is quite a hard level to complete without boosters, it is a dual task level, you have to collect 4 ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.

The ingredients drop down the outside columns next to the chocolate spawners and they can only drop down if the way is cleared of chocolate. It is actually easier to collect the ingredients when there is chocolate in their column as s stripe or a stripe/wrap combo switched next to the exit column will clear all the chocolate and collect any ingredients that are in the column.

However clearing the jelly in those squares is a different matter as the chocolate will keep covering the jelly every few moves and you have to try to remember where it is when you only have a few jellies left.

Switch the mystery candies whenever you get them as they can be useful and give you fish. Fish are the most useful special candy at the end as they will always find the jelly for you.
