Tips for level 720 Candy Crush Saga

Level 720 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you will likely lose quite a few lives before you manage to pass it. The moves have been reduced to only 12 so you really need to think carefully about every move and if you have a jelly fish booster it might be a good idea to use it.

But getting 3 stars can be more of a challenge, so here are my tips for scoring those extra points.

First you need to unfreeze as many of the frozen cells as you can in as few moves as possible, including the bombs and the colour bombs.

Then use the colour bombs (sprinkles) switched with a stripe or a wrap, using the colourbombs on a single colour is unlikely to clear enough jelly to give you a good chance of passing. The more candies there are of the same colour as the stripe or wrap when you switch with the colourbomb the better chance you have of clearing the jelly.

Candy Crush Saga Keys

From level 711 you will encounter KEYS.

The keys unlock certain locked cells when you match them as you would a normal candy.

Sometimes just matching one key will open any locked cells, but on some levels you need to collect several keys to open the locks.

Sometimes it's easy to find the locked cells, but other times you have to look carefully to see what it is you're unlocking.

Usually on ingredient levels the keys will unlock the dispenser where the ingredients will drop from and it may take several keys to finally release the fruit.

Here's what the locked cells look like.

These locks need multiple keys to open them, each time you match a key one layer will be removed from the lock until it is finally open and the ingredient released.

The image below shows locks which only need one key to open them.

Below is a video of a level showing the keys and locks in action. I used a colour bomb in this video to hit the key, but they can be destroyed in all the same ways as a normal candy, either by matching, hitting with a stripe or any combo.

Soda Saga has all the well known candies so picking up the skills will be simple for seasoned Candy Crush Saga players, but there are new candies not seen in the original, plus new ways of moving the candies around which make Soda Saga a more varied and interesting game.
On some levels the board moves in mysterious ways, sometimes sideways and sometimes round in circles!

• Boosters. At the time of writing there is only one booster available on Soda Saga, the lollipop hammer. this will knock out any blocker or candy on the board. Simply click on the lollipop which can be found on the left of the playing area, next to the number of moves, then make sure you get it over the correct candy or blocker and click again. The hammer will knock out whatever is in the square it hits. It will only remove one layer so is no good if there is double layer ice over the bear in a bear level.
• Special candies.  There are some old favourites such as striped candies, wrapped candies and colour bombs, but there is a new special not seen before on the original Candy Crush Saga. The colour changing candy.. Switch this with a candy of a different colour and all candies of the colour you switched it with will be changed to the the colour of the colour ball. It does many more powerful things too which I'll cover in more detail on my Combinations feature.
• Fish.  Fish are an important part of Soda Saga and unlike in the original Candy Crush Saga, where they were available as a booster, on Soda Saga they can be MADE by making a square with 4 candies. A fish will take out one square of whatever needs to be removed, they will automatically take something which you need and in marmalade levels will always go for a bear if they can.
