All the jelly is under the chocolate, so the way to go is with stripe/wrap combos, which will clear the licorice, chocolate and jelly.
Even though there are six colours on the board it seems fairly easy to make special candies and combos. Plus there are mystery candies falling whenever you get cascades, which will give you specials candies with luck.

All the red candies you need are in the lucky candies which are placed around the board so you just have to unlock them from the marmalade, match them then collect the reds using stripes. wraps or combos.
There are not many moves, but there are only four colours on the board apart from the reds you need, so making special candies and combos is pretty easy.
You should also get plenty of cascades which will help to collect the red candies you need.
Occasionally one of the red candies vanishes, but that's just unlucky and you will have to quit and start again if it happens to you.

Hints and tips for level 1173 Candy Crush Saga
The ingredients fall down on moves 33, 25, 17 and 9 so you don't want to make those moves at the sides where there are no exits.
Keep working on clearing the blockers until all the keys have been collected.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos will get the ingredients down.
