Licorice! The only good thing about the licorice on level 1701 is that it doesn't come back once you get rid of it.
The cake bombs will get rid of the licorice, so first you can make matches in the bottom part to let the licorice fall down where you can either make matches to get rid of it, or concentrate on clearing one of the cake bombs.
Once the first cake bomb is gone it will be easier to clear the second, but there will not be many moves to spare, so you must make every move count.
I only got 1 star the first time I passed level 1701, but I went back and played it again and had no trouble getting 3 stars.

Level 1715 is a fairly easy level considering it is the last in the episode, all you need to do is clear the two cake bombs and they will clear the licorice and allow the ingredients to fall out of the exits.
After that you may just have a little jelly to clear and the job is done.

Level 1714 is a dual task level, you need to collect 4 ingredients as well as clearing all the jelly.
The thing that usually kills the game is the bombs, so destroy them whenever you get the chance in case you don't get another one.
The ingredients are not too much of a problem as long as you remember to keep your eye on the moves. The ingredients fall on moves 32, 28, 24 and 20. So if you make those moves in or near the right hand column the ingredients will fall there and go straight down out of the exits without you having to worry.
Don't worry too much if the ingredients come out anywhere else as they will usually slip down the board as you play, but there are a few places they can get stuck and have to be moved, so it's always easier to let them fall where you want them.
