You have to score 80,000 points in only 17 moves! Sounds impossible but it isn't quite impossible if you are careful and a bit lucky.
The luck you need is with the mystery candies, if they turn into colour bombs and other special candies you should do OK, but if they turn into chocolate and licorice it will be much harder.
The countdown bombs need to be kept under control as they only have an 8 move countdown, but they are also good because they will give you 3000 points each, and more if you hit them with a colour bomb.
It's difficult to make colour bombs, but you may get some from the mystery candies so try to hit a bomb with them for the best points.

You have to collect 50 blockers in 25 moves.
The tricky part is getting the licorice out of the way so you can make some decent moves to clear the blockers. The first few moves are pretty much taken up with clearing licorice out of the way and since there are not too many moves it doesn't leave you with many to clear the blockers.
There are also 6 colours on the board which makes it harder still to get those combos that are needed.
The good thing is you needn't worry too much about the score as it seems to give you the pass as long as you collect the blockers.
If you have some boosters to spare you can hit the UFO with a lolly hammer at the start to get things moving. This by no means guarantees that you will pass, you need some luck with the candies to ensure you clear enough blockers.
Look for stripe/wrap combos but make sure there isn't too much licorice blocking them. Colour bombs won't help with the licorice, but they will help with the blockers once the licorice is out of the way a bit.

This is a timed level and you have to score 35,000 points in 75 seconds. This may seem quite a lot of time, but the board is very restricted to begin with so you won't get any extra time candies until you have cleared some of the blockers and can get some cascades going.
Once the cascades start you should get some extra time candies to extend your play.
You shouls look for colour bomb patterns all the time, it's worth spending a couple of seconds to find the colour bombs as this will give you a much higher score than simply making matches of three.
