You have 12 moves to collect the four ingredients.
The ingredients are fairly easy to collect as there are plenty of exits, the hard part is getting them down to the exits.
If you can get a double colourbomb combo this will unlock the ingredients and also the locked colourbombs. It may also be possible to unlock the colourbombs and switch them either with another colourbomb or a stripe.
Once the cherries are unlocked you will need to clear enough blockers to allow them to drop down to the bottom conveyor and out of the exits. You will need a couple of moves to get them along the conveyor unless there is a blocker which causes them to drop diagonally out of the exits as in the video.
Level 2250 is extremely frustrating, but when everything goes right it is quite easy.

You have to collect 15 yellow candies in 25 moves to complete level 2249.
You will get all the yellows from the lucky candies which drop down from the dispensers on the left of the board.
First look to see if you can make a match with the lucky candies, this will give you three yellows, which will be collected as soon as you match them, you won't see them change but they will be counted. Check this before every move as the conveyor will line up switches and you need to see them.
Apart from making matches in the lucky candies try to make matches on the far right to get mystery candies dropping, these will, with luck, give you combos which you can use to clear the lucky candies and yellows.
You may find that as you clear the yellows the lucky candies fall very intermittently so you have to keep clearing them to keep them falling.
The biggest problem with level 2249 is the lack of moves so you will have to make every move count.
I used a lucky candy booster to complete level 2249 so if you are struggling you should find it very useful.

You have to collect 5 ingredients in 20 moves to complete level 2248.
All the ingredients are on the board at the start of the game so you simply need to clear licorice to allow them to fall down through the exits.
Use stripes to move the licorice, once you clear some from the right side the rest will drop down, bringing the ingredients with it.
A vertical stripe will take care of the top left ingredient.
Colourbombs will only work if there are candies in the right side, but a colourbomb/stripe combo will work better.
