Level 2331 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have 20 moves to score 200,000 points.
The first, and hardest, job is to clear the bombs before they count down to zero. The best way to deal with the bombs if you can manage it is to make moves that leave you with no further moves, this will force the board to shuffle and with a bit of luck this will put the bombs where you can get to them easier. 
Once the bombs are gone and you have a bit more space to work you need to look for colourbombs and use them to clear bombs. This will give you the score needed.
Stripe/wrap combos will give good points, but as there are not many points you really need those colourbombs.
Don't switch a colourbomb with another special candy as this will turn any bombs into the special and you will get less points.

Another orders level, you have 22 moves to collect 3 colourbombs and 20 stripes.
The easiest way to collect the majority of the stripes is using a colourbomb/stripe combo.
If you have trouble making colourbombs then make stripes as much as possible before you unlock the lucky candies down the sides. It is not easy to make colourbombs with 6 colours on the board but it is possible, especially if you make use of the conveyor to get the candies into position.
Try to get at least one colourbomb/stripe combo as early as possible so you have most of the stripes you need.
The lucky candies will give you what you need and if you have most of the stripes they will turn into colourbombs.
Look carefully at the board before every move and you should be able to plan your moves using the conveyor.

Level 2329 is an orders level, you have 30 moves to collect:
60 cream blockers
20 licorice
10 chocolate
The licorice seems to be the hardest to collect as you have to get it to drop from the bomb dispensers at the top corners.
To get the licorice to drop you have to clear the blockers from under the bomb dispensers, especially the ones under the stripes which need to be hit with stripes or combos. If the bombs can't drop into play the licorice won't drop either.
To get the licorice to drop you'll need to use combos to clear the bombs, a colourbomb is especially good as it will clear bombs without touching licorice.
If you clear any licorice with your move you won't get any more dropping that move so wait until you have plenty on the board before clearing it.
Clear as much licorice as you can, then make a combo to clear bombs and get more licorice to drop.
The chocolate and blockers shouldn't be a problem as they will be cleared as you are working on the licorice, but keep an eye on the chocolate and don't forget to let it grow a bit if you need to.
