Level 1045 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have 45 moves to collect 20 stripes and 5 stripe/stripe combos. The combos will count as two stripes each so they will give you 10 of the stripes you need.
Because the stripe combos will count towards your total, and you will get more from the coconut wheels, concentrate on making the combos and you will get the 20 stripes anyway.
First make matches in the bottom half of the board to collect the keys and unlock the coconut wheels. Use the coconut wheels straight away to open up the board, then look for your combos.
Look very carefully at the board and remember you only need stripes so avoid making wrapped candies as these can easily destroy any stripes you are trying to get together.
Colourbombs can sometimes be useful for removing candies from between two stripe to get them together, but making colourbombs should not be a priority and too many should be avoided.
Stripes can be switched to get them together, but it is easier to make one near the bottom and drop another down next to it, but don't waste too many moves doing this, if you can't get two together easily just make another.

Level 1043 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You have to collect 99 orange candies in 35 moves to complete level 1043.
Make a match next to the colourbomb to unwrap it then save it for a few moves. 
As you make matches towards the sides of the board you will get bombs dropping, you cannot ignore these bombs so you can use the colourbomb to clear any that are counting down.
There is a temptation to use the colourbomb to collect the orange candies, resist the temptation. If you use the colourbomb on orange candies you will clear them from the board and then it will take a few more moves to get more oranges on the board.
Use the colourbomb on a colour that has a lot on the board, this will create a cascade which will bring down more oranges as well as making matches and collecting them without wasting moves.
Once you have used the colourbomb look for more. Special candies, especially wrapped candies and colourbombs, are the best way to collect the orders on this level.
If you can switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap this will collect a lot of orange candies as well as bringing down a lot more.
Work close to the bottom of the board whenever possible, but check the whole board before every move so you don't miss those chances to make special candies and combos.
Again, don't ignore the bombs! They must be cleared before they count down or it's game over.

Level 2465 is a dual task level, you have 22 moves to collect 4 ingredients and clear all the jelly.
First unlock some of the marmalade to give you space to work, then look for stripe/wrap combos to hit the fishing floats, this will give you lots of jelly fish which will clear the blockers and allow the ingredients to drop down out of the exits.
Clear the rest of the jelly using any combos you can make and keep looking to hit the floats as they will clear the jellies in the columns where there are no candies.
A colourbomb/stripe combo may clear some of the empty jellies, but can't be relied on to do the job that the fish can do, so work on getting fish for those tricky jellies.
