You have 28 moves to collect the 4 ingredients.
It is very important that your first move opens up the chocolate at the top of the board to allow candies to drop into play. If you can't clear at least one chocolate from the top row it's game over since you will quickly run out of candies and moves. Then clear the chocolate, once the chocolate is gone it won't come back.
Once the candies are dropping work on growing the popcorns into colourbombs, you will need to clear the popcorns to allow the ingredients to drop out of the exits.
There are striped candies to help with growing the popcorns and clearing the ingredients so all in all this isn't a hard level.

Level 2533 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
There are two ways of clearing this level. One way is to make a double colourbomb combo to clear all the chocolate. This will allow striped candies to drop from the dispensers top right.
Once you have the stripes in the top right DON't switch them together straight away. WAIT until there is enough chocolate in the right side to complete the orders, then switch the stripes together to clear the remaining chocolates to complete the orders.
The second way is, I think, harder. You can use stripes or stripe/wrap combos near the top of the left side to clear the chocolate from under the stripe dispensers, then use the stripes to clear chocolate and collect the orders.
Make sure you let the chocolate grow enough so you collect enough before you run out of moves.

You have 28 moves to clear just eight jellies and complete level 2530 Candy Crush Saga.
The jellies are hidden under the eight squares shown on the image below by yellow stars.
As you can see from the layout of the board it is not easy to hit the jelly squares, but there is a fishing float in the middle of the board which, if hit with combos, will give you enough jelly fish to clear the chocolate and jelly.
The fish will always target the squares with jelly, so all you have to do is make combos as much as possible and keep hitting the float with them.
