Your first job is to unlock the candies under the ingredients, then get them down to the conveyors at the bottom of the board.
The exits are tricky to spot and you need to get your timing right to collect the ingredients.
In the image below the exits are marked at the top and to get the ingredients to the exits you need to make a move at the side when the ingredients are sitting over the portal at the bottom (marked with a small arrow)
I found the hardest job to be unlocking the locked candies, but once the ingredients are free to drop it's a fairly easy job to collect them.
The ingredients will also slip down the"top" corners of the conveyors if you get the candies moving in the end columns at the right time to save moves.

This is the first really hard level in this episode, if you are no good at playing timed levels you may struggle with this one.
You have to play against the clock as you clear the jelly with the added problem of keeping the licorice under control.
The licorice and also the extra time candies will drop down the diagonal row in the middle of the board when you make matches in the outside two columns on the left and right.
If you don't clear any licorice with your move you will get more licorice, but as long as you clear some licorice with your moves you will get more extra time candies.
There are no limits on the number of moves you make as long as you can keep collecting extra time, so this has to be your aim as well as clearing the jelly.
Although it is not easy to make colourbombs when you are trying to beat the clock you should look for them whenever possible and try to switch them with a stripe or a wrap.
I have not found the starting boosters to be very helpful apart from the jelly fish booster, and that can be more of a problem than a help as it wastes time and you have to wait for the fish to stop swimming around before you can make another move. 
The main thing is to keep the game going by collecting extra time whenever possible and eventually you will clear the level.
I used a few hammers to complete this, some to hit extra time candies and others to get the final few jellies.

The video has more time than you will have now, but as long as you keep collecting extra time candies you should be able to pass this level.

The blockers and licorice you need are on the board at the start of the game and you need to clear the blockers in order to get the lucky candies dropping from the dispensers in the bottom half of the board. Try to avoid changing the lucky candies in the diagonal section until you have all the blockers you need as you don't want them turning into blockers and stopping the candies from falling. It's better to get them into the top part of the board before you match them as it's easier to clear blockers there.
Once you have all the blockers you need just blast away with any combos you can make to get the yellows.
