Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2970 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2970 is a dual task level, you have to collect the 3 ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
I don't believe this level is possible without boosters at the time of writing so it's a good idea to load up with as many free boosters as you can before you start to play.
The first priority is clearing the bombs before they count down and a colourbomb may be the best option for that job. 
If you can get a colourbomb from the helmet or spaceship and also use a colourbomb booster, keep resetting the game until you can get them together and this combo will give you a good start to clearing the level. 
At the moment there are no videos without boosters so I will post my own using boosters.

You have to collect the 4 cream blockers and 15 licorice to complete level 2969 Candy Crush Saga.
Stripe/wrap combos will collect quite a bit of the licorice you need and once the licorice drops down through the portals these combos will also unlock and clear the cream blockers.
The licorice will only drop down if you don't collect any, and quite often it doesn't drop then either so collecting enough can be a challenge.
The best combo by far is a double colourbomb combo and if you can manage to make two better still!.
You need to decide early in the game to make the colourbomb combo as it will not give enough licorice so you'll still need other combos to complete the game.

The focus of level 2968 should be on clearing the cake bomb. Before you will be able to do that, however, you will need to clear some of the blockers in the top left section of the board. Clearing the blockers in the top left section will allow the licorice to drop through the portals and this will enable candies to fall down beside the cake bomb which you may be able to switch. Even if you can't switch the candies by the cake you will be able to use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the cake.
You will have some jelly left after the cake has cleared the board so you'll need a few moves to clear up the remainder.
