The first thing to do is get the key from the bottom of the board. You need to collect this key in the first few moves, so a good start is very important.

Once you have collected the first key the rest will start to drop one at a time from the dispenser at the top. You want to be collecting the keys straight away, but don't waste moves just making a match with a key, instead concentrate on making combos and using them to collect the keys at the same time as you are clearing blockers.
Once the board is opened up it is quite easy to make special candies and combos and the best way to get all the blockers is to get the cascades going by using colourbombs and wraps. I have posted a video from YT made with 12 moves to show it can be done.

Level 3145 is a dual task level, you need to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.

You don't need to worry too much about the ingredients as they will find their way down to the exits as you clear the jelly. Just make sure you get them off the board when they are at the bottom so more can drop.

If you can't make moves at the top of the board to begin with back out and try again until you can make moves at the top that will clear some chocolate. If you have to make moves at the bottom to begin with it will just waste moves.

Once you have broken through the chocolate you can begin to work towards the bottom of the board. Get the ingredients unlocked as soon as possible and then working near the bottom of the board to clear the jelly will get the first lot of ingredients off the board.

You need some good combos to clear all the jelly, so check the whole board before every move to make sure you don't miss any chances to make colourbombs and other special candies.

Candy Crush Saga Level 3142 Tips and video

You have to collect licorice and red and yellow candies to complete level 3142 Candy Crush Saga.

I don't think this level is possible without boosters as you need a lot of orders in a very few moves.

You really need to try to make combos, especially stripe/wrap combos which you can use to hit the floats in the middle of the board. The fish from the floats aren't as useful as you would wish for but they do change lucky candies into the orders.

You need to collect the licorice as quickly as you can so that the remaining lucky candies will turn into yellow or red candies.
