You have only 22 moves to collect 10 colourbombs and 40 chocolates! 

You won't get the chocolate from the chocolate spawners so don't worry about letting it grow, keep it from blocking the top of the board while you concentrate on clearing the blockers from under the lucky candy dispenser in the bottom part of the board.

Don't try to save your colourbombs, use them straight away and you are more likely to get more. You will get some colourbombs from the lucky candies but you will also get chocolate so use the colourbombs either with a stripe or a single colour to clear the most lucky candies.

Cascades will collect the most orders so try to use combos whenever you can to get cascades going.

The video below by Johnny Crush starts with more moves but it is completed within the 22 moves available now.

Not sure this can be done without boosters as the moves have been reduced to only 18.

You really need colourbomb/wrap combos to grow all the popcorns but this is not easy to begin with as there are too many blockers. 

The first thing to do is clear some blockers to open up the board, then look for stripe/wrap combos to grow the popcorns, what you need to do is grow two close together so that they drop down on top of each other, then you can switch them together to clear more of the jelly and grow the rest of the popcorns by one stage.

Keep switching colourbombs together as much as you can, or if you can't get them together switch them with a wrap or a stripe.

This can be quite a frustrating level as the wraps and stripes seem determined to avoid hitting the popcorns.

I would suggest getting your helmet or whatever you have filled up and reset the board until you have the wrap next to the colourbomb before you make a move.

You have to collect 18 each of red and yellow candies and 18 licorice.

The red and yellow candies will be provided by the lucky candies, but first you need to collect keys to unlock them. There are only 16 lucky candies on the board and the rest will drop from the dispensers in the bottom right section of the board. The keys need spaces to drop into so fire combos into the bottom left or use the frog to clear the bottom left section so the keys can drop, whichever works best for you. I preferred to keep the frog for changing lucky candies.

Once the lucky candies are unlocked look for chances to make special candies and combos, if you concentrate on collecting the yellow and red candies you are likely to run out of moves. Colourbombs and combos will collect them for you in less moves.
