Candy Crush Saga Level 215.

Tips for level 215 by a player.
This level is actually less difficult than it appears. It will take a fair number of tries but provided that you get either the wrapped/striped combo or better yet the double colour bomb combo within the first 15 turns the rest will be simple.
Things that helped.
1. Play slowly. Look at every option before you move.
2. Be prepared to sacrifice the starting colour bomb if you can get the striped/wrapped combo early.
3. If you are trying to make a colour bomb look for vertical rows of 2 candies (eg red) with another of the same higher up. Slowly manipulate the candies until you have 2 sets of 2 then "slide" a 5th candy down the side of your "doubles" until it can be skid sideways in the middle. I found vertical colour bombs much easier to manipulate than horizontal.
5. Be patient!

Any Hints out there???

There aren't any, the game is pure luck. You could spend the rest of your life on this level and never finish it.

The only hint to really be offered.. don't play the game on facebook, play it on iphone. For whatever reason, the facebook version 99.9% of the time deals garbage. At least on the iphone version you get combos.

It's very apparent too; if you manage to clear out all the jelly on the facebook version (that is a very BIG if), you'll see you've got the biggest collection of garbage to work with imaginable.

When you clear out all the jelly on iphone (you ALWAYS will), you'll see you have plenty of options to make wrapped, striped, and chocolate ball candy's.

It's quite stupid, and it proves that they do tweak drops to fit iphone better than they do on facebook.

Got husband through a timed round (beating my own score) and he got me through this round. Good Trade.

♥ Took me few tries. Open up the center but leave the color ball alone if you can so you can match it up with another. That did it for me. I ended up with 3 of them! Then wrapped/wrapped then striped/striped. There are only 4 colors to work with so it isn't awfully hard. You would think with 3 color balls I would get more than 1 star but at least I passed it. Waiting for tickets now. While I wait, I'll try again see if I can succeed again with 2 or 3 stars.

Pure luck on all levels
Finally got it on the 10th attempt

Totally agree with the play it on iPhone comment. I tried it on FB and did absolutely nothing but shuffle things around. One and done on the iPhone.

You need have to try to get the two dotted ones first.
Once you have those.. its easy (on iphone)

I wonder how long I will have to do penance on this level!! I love Candy Crush, but it seems that I get stuck for SO LONG on some levels, and the fun ones, I whiz right through! BTW, thanks for this site and to whomever it is that gives us the pointers. I appreciate it.

I found a tip elsewhere & it worked for me right away--concentrate on either the top right corner and side (or left--I had better luck w/right) and the color bomb seems to fall right next to center color bomb w/ plenty of turns to get other 2 combos

I got this level on four tries (playing on Facebook). It was frustrating because quite often cascades would disrupt combos I was setting up, and I always lost the centre sparkle-candy. In the end, I had to make two sparklies and use the lollipop hammer to remove the one red candy that kept them apart (but I got the hammers for free by trying the Pet Rescue Saga game, so why not?). That completed the level. Wrapped/striped combos were easy to make on this level for some reason.

Completed fourth attempt. Two chocolates bombs first. Kept the one already there. Wrapped was last.

I've passed this level several times but keep trying for the elusive 3 stars. I've read that this level is more difficult on FB and have just found this to be so true! I spun the booster wheel and it landed on the colour bomb. I opted to use it straightaway. When the board opened, there was only one possible move - yes, the colour bomb that was meant to be my booster. :-( I know they want people to pay for boosters and extra moves but I have never paid for them in the past and will never pay in future. I can't believe that that placement of the candies was not the work of some evil genius at Candy Crush.

Have been on this level for three days on Facebook. Don't have an IPhone. Last board I had 3 4's and ran out of moves. So many wasted moves, and the shuffling takes a move, ugg. I haven't came close yet. I consider myself to kinda know what I'm doing having gotten this far. But this is it for me. finding out about the phones has finished me. I'm done and very frustrated.
