You have to score at least 50,000 points to complete the level. You must use up all the moves.
You need to make your first moves next to the cream blockers to clear them so you can get to the bomb in the middle before it counts down to zero. You must match the bomb with other candies to clear it.
Once the bomb is gone you will get more bombs falling as you play and you must keep them cleared by matching them otherwise it will be game over even if you have enough points. If a bomb counts down to zero you will lose the game however many points you have so you must keep them cleared.
Look for stripes or wraps with every move as these will create cascades which will give you more points. Try to work as close to the bottom as you can as this will also cause the cascades.
Remember the bombs count down with the moves you make, not with time, so take your time and think about your moves, there is no hurry.

Level 123 is a jelly level so you need to clear everything to get to the jelly and clear it. The fish are the biggest help on this level, you will target the jelly in hard to reach places. Switch them with a stripe or a wrap if you can for the best results

Try to make special candies ie. Stripes, wraps and colour bombs, as much as possible as the more candies you can clear from the board the more will fall down that you need.
Don't worry too much about the colours as you should get enough of the purple and yellow candies if you make combos and switch them.

TIPS FOR THE MOBILE VERSION
Level 127 is significantly harder on mobiles than on the PC version so if you have trouble passing I would suggest you try it on a PC or laptop if you can.
You need to collect 2 Stripe/wrap combos, 2 colour bomb/stripe combos and 15 wrapped candies.
First make the colour bomb/stripe combos if you can, this could unlock some of the UFO's in the corners which in turn can give you some of the wrapped candies you need.
Also look for the stripe/wrap combos if you get any close together. The wrapped candies in the stripe/wrap combos will count towards the total of wraps you need. The wraps are not difficult to make and often make themselves in the cascades after you have switched the other combos together.

In the first 2 or 3 moves you need to make a vertical stripe or a colour bomb to unlock at least one of the locked candies at the top of the board and allow more candies to fall.
Once the candies are falling look for any special candy and combo you can make. The more candies you clear from the board of any colour, the more reds will fall down for you to collect.
Don't concentrate on collecting reds or you may run out of moves before you have them all, just clear as much as you can using combos and the reds will take care of themselves.

Tips: Level 131 is a jelly level and the jelly is all in the bottom part of the board. This level is made harder because there are no candies dropping into the bottom part of the board, just fish and licorice. The fish will be very useful but need to be hit with combos or colourbombs to get them swimming. There are colourbomb dispensers at the top of the board so try to make moves below then to get colourbombs to drop. If you are careful you may be able to get two colourbombs together under the dispensers, these should be switched together. Switching two colourbombs will set off all fish on the board as well as clear the licorice and any uncovered jelly.

Once you have one try to make the match above it so it's easy to get them together.
Don't make too many special candies at the same time or you risk losing them all in cascades. If it doesn't look as if you will be able to match a stripe or wrap, use it so it doesn't go off at the wrong time and start again.
Try to make the colour bomb/wrap first as this will leave you with less colours and make it easier to make the second combo, but if a colour bomb/stripe presents itself use it!. The level has now changed and you only need to collect colours instead of combos. However if you make the combos as before you will be able to collect the colours more easily.

You have to score at least 45,000 points in the moves allowed to complete the level.
As you can see this is an "upside down" level!
The bottom half of the board is where the candies come down from, then they go through the teleports and up to the top of the board!
As usual combo's are the secret to scoring enough to pass.
First you need to clear the liquorice to give you
more room to play.
Then try to keep your eyes on the bombs as you're
matching up..
Work in the top half of the board whenever possible, this will cause the candies to cascade and this will give you more points. Try to make stripes and wraps whenever you can, this will give better points than just matches of 3.
Just work as quickly as you can and hope for the best! Each bomb you match is worth 3,000 points, so match them as quickly as possible so more will come down. Leave specials on the board if it isn't easy to match them and when you have used up all your moves they will detonate and give you more points. Remember you must use up all the moves, so don't let the bombs count down to zero or you will lose the game even if you have enough points to pass. Video below

All the jelly is under the licorice on the right side of the board, so you will need to break into the licorice using sideways stripes or stripe / wrap combos.
Keep making these combos until you can make a match in the jelly side of the board. Wrapped candies can be made in the right side and left to fall into the left side as you make matches there and will clear a lot of licorice and jelly.
Switching two colour bombs together will also clear licorice on this level.

Tips: Level 139 is a jelly level and most of the board has jelly. The locked licorice at the top of the board does not have jelly under it so there is no need to clear it. The jelly on the main part of the board will be cleared by your combos.

You have to score 15,000 points in 40 moves to complete level 139 Candy Crush Saga.
The biggest problem with this level is the chocolate, which will spread onto the main playing area and block your moves if you can't clear it.
First look for chances to make striped and wrapped candies and if you can switch them together down near the bottom of the board you can clear at least some of the chocolate and stop it from spreading.
The candies move through portals in the bottom of the left side up to the top of the right side, so making moves in the top right will bring new candies down into the left side.
Getting the score is not too hard if you can control the chocolate so make this a priority. The chocolate only grows when you make a move, so there is no rush, take your time and think about your moves.
You have to use up all the moves, so if the chocolate takes over too much and blocks your moves you will lose the game however many points you have.

The UFO's will help by clearing some of the thicker blockers near the bottom of the board. The blockers have multiple layers so have to be hit several times to clear them all. Each layer counts as one blocker so there are enough on the board for the orders.

There are plenty of moves but you should look for special candies like stripes,wraps and colourbombs as these will give you better scores than just making matches of three candies.
Colourbombs give the best scores so if you manage to make any switch them with the colour that has a lot of candies on the board.
Switch stripes and wraps together as this will give a better score than just using them alone and it doesn't matter if you have some special candies on the board after you have used up all your moves as they will be fired off at the end and you will still get the score.
