If you have a problem with playing Candy Crush Saga on your mobile phone, tablet or ipad/iphone here are some solutions to common problems encountered so far.

First you should check the compatibility of your device.
This image is from the developer and gives a list of the recommended devices which will run Candy Crush Saga  without too many problems. There are devices not on this list which may still work, but eventually older devices will cease to function.
If your device is on the list and you are still not able to play a simple thing to try after clearing cache etc. is to turn it off completely for a few minutes. This gives it chance to organise the limited memory so when you turn it back on it may well work again.
This worked for me.  


The next thing to do is make sure you have downloaded the latest updates from Apple or your app store.
The following video will show you how to update your app on your mobile device.


If you play on a Mobile device, you need to reconnect with Facebook once a day, that will  usually fix any problems with Gold or lives!

My ticket requests are not getting through.


If you are sending out requests for tickets and your friends are not getting them, or you are not receiving tickets sent by your friends, try this advice andy Crush All Help group members.
When in CCS, try logging out of FB, shut down CCS, remove it from cache (double click the start button, find CCS, then sweep that window up), open CCS, then log back into FB. I do this at least 3 times a day just to make sure I answer all requests. Hope this helps.

I don't have access to the Kingdom!

A little tip for people on mobile that can't connect to FB..

If you have the FB app installed you can open the FB app, touch the 3 lines top left, scroll down to the apps, candy crush should be listed on the left side, touch that and the CCS app should open and now connect you, It works, some just don't know how to do it.. If that fails, you need to delete the CCS app, 


If you have changed your FB password
If you change your FB password

Settings app>Facebook>delete the current account (no you won't lose anything) Enter in your email address and new password>save> Open CCS app and connect again! Delete the CCS app NOT THE FACEBOOK APP, re download and everything will work again.

My saved lives/messages keep disappearing!

Mobile app players are able to keep lives saved up in their message box for a certain time, but they occasionally vanish.
Sometimes when you download updates, sometimes for no apparent reason.
There is nothing to be done about this. 
If you contact the developers about this issue they will tell you that you are only supposed to have 5 lives so will make no attempt to help you.
Take advantage of the bounty while you have it, but don't cry when they go...
My new friends aren't showing, I can't request tickets!

Log out of Facebook and close the Candy Crush Saga app completely. Double click the home button to close the app.
Then Open the app and log into FB  and your new friends should appear within a few minutes.

Message:  The game does not have access to the Kingdom!

Fix....  Force a reconnect to Facebook. 

Once a day before you start playing you can do this to 

make things run smoothly.

CLOSE CCS (x it in running apps)

Go to 

SETTINGS->Facebook->Allow these apps to use your 

account:->

Then for Candy Crush slide to off, then slide to on.

Open CCS, it will ask you to connect. 

If it doesn't you probably didn't close out of the app 

completely. 

Close out completely and start the process over. 

This may help your problem. 

Doing this daily will help a lot of problems.

Check your internet connection.

Many problems with lives, tickets etc. not being received or registered are caused by a poor internet connection...If you have access to a wifi signal it is worth checking to see if things improve.Even if it says you're connected, disconnect and re connect.If you tap the connect and nothing happens, try this.
  1. Go to your device’s Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Facebook.
  3. Here you will have a Candy Crush Saga setting . Please disable > re-enable this setting then check if the issue you are experiencing still occurs.

Still having trouble connecting to facebook from your 

Android phone? 

Try this: Go to settings (system settings) and then 

click on 'developer options', scroll down until you see the 

apps (or applications) heading and then find the "don't keep 

activities" box. If this box is checked, that's your problem. 

Uncheck it and you should be good to go (as long as you 

are signed in to facebook on your phone). If the box is 

already unchecked, try something else.

I solved my not being able to connect issue on my iPhone 5 by deleting the Facebook app, then deleting my account info from the Facebook that's integrated into iOS settings then I tried to play and it took me to Safari to connect with no problem then I reinstalled Facebook and put my account info back the Facebook section that's integrated into iOS!

Double click your home button and all the apps you have 

been in will display along the bottom there will be a small 

red - at each hit each to close this app, all the apps you go 

into although you come out of them still run in the 

background once you've closed them all go back into candy 

crush then into your setting and hit connect it should work 

now.

 Close the app by clicking on the bottom left hand corner, remove your fb account from your phone, open cc and it will ask for Facebook account, add it and all will be right with the world of cc!!
If I try to reinstall the game, will I lose my progress?
If you played while connected with Facebook, your progress is stored on the Facebook account and will not be lost. However, if you played offline (not connected to Facebook), the progress is saved locally, on the device, and will be lost when the application is deleted or the phone restored to factory settings.

I am getting the #111858 when trying to connect to Facebook on my Android phone. How can I solve this problem?
Navigate to Settings on your device, tap on “Developer options”, scroll down to “Apps” and make sure that the “Don’t keep activities option” is unchecked.
Do you share your ipad with someone else?
If you do and you find you cannot connect to FB, you will need to delete the other person's FB details and re-add your own, some devices seem to have no facility for sharing.

My game crashes when I enter a level what should I do?

 A game crash is usually caused by memory issues on your device. 

The best way to fix these issues is to restart your device, which clears the memory. 


My Candy Crush game keeps crashing
If you have lots of lives/moves in your message box it can cause the game to crash, especially when trying to access the lives..
To prevent this happening keep your lives down to below 100 in your message box...If you have more when you log on just accept them until you are down to 100.
I have no moves left but the game is suggesting an impossible move. What can I do?
This is common and is usually cured by trying to make a move somewhere else on the board. If that doesn't work try switching off the device for a few minutes, then restarting.
Try holding down the top button on your iPhone or iPad to turn it off, and then try Candy Crush  Saga again.
If this doesn’t help, uninstall Candy Crush Saga and reinstall the game again.
But only if your game is synced with Facebook!
If you are not synced with Facebook you could lose all your progress!!
I have connected to Facebook, but my progress from Facebook does not show up on my mobile. Why?
When you are on the map, there is a small symbol on the lower right side of the screen. If this symbol is red, then it means that synchronization with your Facebook account has failed. If it is green, then synchronization is complete. When synchronization fails, you will need to find a better Internet connection and try again.
I do not have access to the kingdom!
If you've tried everything else and you still can't connect try un- installing the Facebook app and re-installing it.
FB sometimes does updates which may stop your game updates from working properly..
My Game is on different levels on my mobile device and PC
To synchronise your games try turning off BOTH devices, then turn them back on and open Candy Crush Saga through FB in both devices. 
They should then be on the same level. 
This will only work up to the last level available for mobiles.
If I log out of my Facebook account and someone else logs in, will I lose all my progress?
No! The game supports multiple logins with different Facebook accounts. If you log out from Facebook, your local progress will be restored once you log back in. If you log in with another Facebook account, then the progress from that point will be logged to that account. If you continue to play without being connected to Facebook, then the progress will be merged with the progress of the Facebook account that is logged in next.
None of the above works! I still can't connect to Facebook.
As a last resort if nothing else works you can restore your phone to the factory settings.. You will lose any information you have added and the game will be removed, but this has been found to cure most problems.

Then Open the app and log into FB  and your new friends should appear within a few minutes.

I'm currently at level 264 on fb on my laptop but it doesn't progess my stage in iPhone. I've tried uninstalling, resetting, logging in and out and updated my iOS. I'm still seeing this construction image for my next episode. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have an iphone 4s and can't log into facebook. It keeps telling me to go to settings/facebook. when I do this it says problem accessing your account, reenter password. when I enter password, it tells me Error signing In, user name or password incorrect. This is so frustrating! Help please.

There is a bug with the latest update... If you have access to a PC or laptop and are playing in Facebook you can play level 81 on that and then go back to your mobile to continue.

King are aware of the problem but it may take a while for it to be fixed...

I am playing level 212 and all of a sudden my android device disconnected with facebook. I have tried all of the above and could not connect with facebook via my phone. I have lost all of my saved lives from friends and its driving me mad. Even I received pop up on my phone saying my friends has sent request but nothing showed up on my Candy Crush app. It would only show up on facebook via my Mac. Anyone experiencing these problems? How to fix it please?

Have a Samsung Galaxy III. Somewhere around level 78 I lost connection to facebook and cannot reconnect. I have gone into Developer Options as suggested above and the box is unchecked. I keep getting "failed try again later" message. Any suggestions?

Found my solution...I did not have my CCS app set to automotically update on my phone. Once I updated the app, I was able to re-connect with FB. Hope this helps some else.

Cannot coronet to Facebook via my iPad anymore. I get the "this game does not have access to the kingdom. Please try again later" message each time. Did not yet update to the latest version of the app - March 23rd update - because I haven't been able to sync. I'll lose 10+ levels of progress if I do (in the 150s). For those who have similar problems - did you do the March23rd update??

I am synced with facebook, however i can't send request to friends for anything. I get a messaged that says cannot connect to facebook, but I have the green check mark. This is just a problem on my ipad, my connection with my iphone is perfect.

I don't use facebook for the games. I have an Iphone4 and Ipad. Isn't there a way without involving facebook to have the games sync. I am on level 76 on my Ipad and have paid for advancement to next levels. My phone is on level 8. Don't think it is right to have to pay on the phone too. Actually, don't think you should have to pay or have a facebook account to play the game. There are other games out there the maintain your current progress on the devices so why can't this one?????????

Hello I am new to candy crush and I am sorry if this has already been asked but how the hell do you pay for the moves on an iPad. I called apple they told me to call candy crush . I emailed them and they keep giving me general questions. I started to play this facebook but my card would not go through. i finally got that straight with apple and everytime i get the little buy button and i have no idea where the purchase goes.. someone please help me

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It cleared up the problem. As long as you are connected with your Facebook account your progress should be saved.

Facebook had an update. I took the update off and was able to connect to candy crush finally. I tried everything. Finally just removed Facebook update and it worked. Good luck

Hi. I play this game on my iphone 5 and i havn't sync it with my facebook account. when i tried to sync it, it didn't work. It said that there was a problem with the settings of my phone. So i did this
.
Go to your device’s Settings menu.

And nothing happened.
It turns out i'm very dumb and months ago before start playing this game on my iphone i blocked it on facebook (because i usually block all the invites from games) so that's why it wasn't working. I unblocked it and sync it with my facebook account with no problem.

I have just done an update from play store on galaxy tab 10.1
It was previously working and synch with facebook was ok. Since update the game has reset to level 0 and when clicking on facebook link the game shuts down. It is still showing the level 65 i reached on facebook account. I have re-installed and it is the same.

Just repasting this because IT WORKS! I've spent two days uninstalling and reinstalling CCS and FB - and this, finally, works. Hurray!

Try going to system settings on your device. Choose "developer options" then scroll down to the "apps" heading. If the "don't keep activities" box is checked, that's your problem. Uncheck it and if you're logged into facebook on your device, you should be good to go.

IPad-1 - used to connect to FB quite easily. However, the last versions of CCS and FB appear to not be communicating with each other. Somehow, I was able to get a synch on May 3, but cannot since then. It goes to link with FB and then crashes. I uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. No go.

iphone 5 - completed level 335 on mobile however that's the last level i could see on the mobile app. And I noticed that there are more levels to go on Facebook playing on computer. Is there any additional candy crush mobile app required to be installed on my mobile? How can I play further than level 335 on my mobile?

PAYMENT WARNING:
Do Not Pay For Any Advantages. This especially goes for players who are using a mobile device. The game will crash most of the time and they, King, will not refund for you. My Brother has payed for an advantage "extra moves" which would give him 5 more moves on his level 97. He was using his smart phone and the game froze. It was forced to exit and restart; there goes his level. The game cleared his level not giving the extra 5 moves, and unable to refund the cost.
So, if you are playing this game...just don't try getting an advantage, and don't pay to clear a level. Just keep trying. Unfortunately, my little brother didn't have the patience.

Hi, I play Candy Crush on my iPhone 4. I'm on level 207. Yesterday when I tried to play I realised the game froze on the home screen where you press play. I've tried turning off/on phone, deleting/reinstalling the app, checked all settings etc. It also synchs up with Facebook ok before crashing.

Hope someone can help... My candy crush app for my iPod Touch is stuck in this perpetual "authorizing with facebook" loop. I've already authorized it through facebook, but it keeps sending me back to the same page saying this, and won't let me play unless I have the wifi turned off. SOLUTION: Guys I think I may have discovered a solution! I've been trying to get my Candy Crush Saga to sync with Facebook for a week now (ever since I got my new smart phone) and have been at my wit's end but I think I figured it out! I've been to every forum and help link and tried everything everyone suggested but no luck - until today! I noticed that when I tried to access Candy Crush through Facebook on the internet on my smart phone, it would give me a 'Web Guard - Content Restricted' page and I got to wondering if it had something to do with the syncing issue. I went to my cell phone provider's website (on a computer) and signed in to my account and looked for the Web Guard settings. They were set on 'Young Adult' (younger than 18) so I changed them to adult (18+). It sent me an email saying my Web Guard settings had been updated. I restarted my smart phone and opened Candy Crush and tried to sync it and it worked immediately and fully and correctly! Everything is completely synced! I am so freaking happy! So if you guys have some sort of web site protection settings or app or software, try changing the settings to 'Adult' - apparently Candy Crush is categorized as adult (18+) for some reason! Hope this works for everyone!

Hey everyone - I found a solution! Anonymous above stated she/he found what worked for her and that was a 'Web Guard' through her cell phone service was restricting Candy Crush from syncing with FB. That got my wheels turning! I knew I didn't have that option on my cell phone or the cell phone website so I decided to check my router settings. Sure enough! The router was set to block all 'adult' material. I figured it out when I tried to go to king.com on my ipad. It told me that site was restricted and it had a Belkin icon there. My router is a Belkin. I had tried EVERYTHING. I even did a complete RESET on my ipad, I deleted FB, deleted Candy Crush, deleted the FB account through settings/Facebook on my ipad. Nothing worked. As soon as I unchecked the restriction for adult content on my router, it worked! Don't pass this over thinking that isn't your problem - because if you have tried everything like me, this is the only thing left. I didn't even know the router had a setting like that. Good luck!

I have ipad 1 and for the past couple of months, candy crush only fully connects to Facebook via Wi-Fi not cellular data. When I am on cellular data, the game gets synced from Facebook to candy crush on my ipad at the start, but when I start completing levels on my ipad, the game does not send that data back to Facebook. So when I go back to candy crush on my computer I am playing levels I have already passed.

I've been playing on my Android for a few weeks, and finally thought I'd figure out the Facebook thing - so I signed in with my Facebook account, where I have never played it. Now all my progress is lost on my Android and I'm back to level 1. Is there any way to fix this?

My wife was having a problem getting her iPhone and iPad to sync to the proper level. Her Galaxy was showing level 324 and the others where stuck at 315. The problem was her Galaxy was not sync'ing back to FB properly. I asked her to check her WiFi setting on the Galaxy. It was disabled. She re-enabled it, sync'd CC to FB on her the Galaxy and then when she tried on her iPhone and iPad the proper level showed. Basically it came down to her most updated device not sync'ing back to FB.

I couldn't get FB and CCS to connect after changing my Facebook PASSWORD- I uninstalled the FB app and CCS app and reinstalled and still got error messages. I confirmed that the switch in settings was set to allow access. In fact, I toggled that switch many times. I finally figured out the issue- I looked into the tab under "settings" -> "Facebook" -> "the tab with my name" turns out that even though I was logged in with my new password, the one filled in the box here was wrong. Corrected it and connected with no issues.

My android suggested I upgrade to the newest upgrade, after I did it only shows me a black screen. It says that it has crashed, but there's no way for me to even get to the home page. Same problem here as above, since updating ios software on iTouch 4 gen, connecting to FB is stuck in a loop and won't connect.

It worked prior to the software update, and works on iPad 1st get and iphone4 fine. Anyone else? Ideas?

Nice I also share with you something hope this helpful for you my friends. I've crunched these numbers and concluded that, in general, it's cost effective to fix a newer, more expensive device and dump an older device that is slower and may not run the latest version of iOS. This isn't a hard and fast rule as there are times you may want to keep the older device because it has data on it that you don't want to lose. This happened to me earlier this year when my original iPad stopped charging. It cost me $50 in parts and my own labor to fix the three-year-old tablet, but I didn't want to lose the photos stored on it. Check it out thanks.

I am not sure why there are so many problems with "no internet connection found" when using the Ipad. The strange thing is that if you want to buy a life it connects to the internet without a problem. My thinking is that they are blocking people just to force them to pay for the game!!!

I am on level 462. Recently games shows loading but when the next screen shows up to open, the game turns off. I waited for an update, just did the same thing. I am on Mobile HTC 2. I can't go on via Facebook because of same issue. I have updated all programs in phone to make sure it is not an issue there. I have turned phone off, waited... Turned back on same. Candy crush freezes on the main screen on my kindle fire. Everytime I reset the kindle and go ba k to the app and start it up it just goes to the main screen where it displays PLAY and CONNECT TO FACEBOOK tabs. I am unable to click any of these tabs. what do I do ? I have tried deleting the cache and the saved data and it still persists. Resolution for "Sorry you donot have access to Kingdom, try agian later".



Searched a lot of websites and found the below resolution:



Download and install "Hotspot Shield VPN" on the mobile(Android) and just accept the terms and turn on the application... then open the candy crush or Pet rescue saga games and then try to connect or sync with FB.



It worked for me... hopE it will work for you too.. :)

Hi,

I am playing on my mobile and face with an issue that I cannot send lives for my friends and cannot ask them either. I can choose my friends from the list, but the + signs are inactive and the send button also. Then a friend asks me for lives, the Send button on the top is inactive.

I tried to reboot my phone, re-syncronize with facebook, I gave time to recover, but it is still not working properly.

Do you have any idea what this issue can be?

I have played on my android tablet for two years, as far as I know, not through fb, and with no helps or purchases, just what the free spin wheel gave me. I had completed level 439, when I tried to get my daily free spin, and I got the message that I was not connected to FB. Despite my better judgement, I did connect, and then it synced, apparently to my phone, which was only on level 24. Have I truly lost all my progress from my tablet?? I am not interested in starting over from level 24 - I just used the phone app to kill time when I didn't have access to my tablet. Is there any help for my problem?

After last three updates have had connect problems. Was able to fix by some of methods posted on site but after last update can not acces new levels, have to reconnect to Facebook every time I open game and can not make in app purchase ...I tried all tips nothing works

Finally i was able to solve the problem of not syncing with Facebook.

Reading at the comments i realised that some ports are blocked by my ISP/Routher and hence it was not working. So i changed the internet to tether from my Phone and voilaaa it worked. So looks like some port is not active in my router and is blocked. Need to figure out which port. till then when i have to sync will use my phone internet hotspot

I also have the iPad, 1st gen. After the early Nov update, the game crashes each and every time I click on "start". I also downloaded the new soda game, and it also does the same thing. I emailed CCS, tried all the suggestions without any success. I was hoping CCS would have fixed the bug by now, but it seems they blame every device that is experiencing the same problem. I am done. The CC app gets deleted tonight.

My candy crush on Ipad would not connect no matter what I tried. Uninstalled both apps ( candy crush and facebook) changed settings all the stuff listed above. All solutions did not work. What did work was signing into my facebook account through the web browser (safari) on my ipad and trying to connect through that facebook not the facebook app.

Hi, I am at level 906 i have passed it numerous times but everytime it says level complete but instead of proceeding to the 'next' level it goes back to the home screen and I have to retake level 906. I tried everything I even tried to delete the app and re install it. The only odd thing I have noticed is that from the home screen if I click on level 906 my target is '1894767078' which is highly unachievable. Does anybody know how to fix?

Hi, I'm on level 1367. I turned CC off to go into an appointment and turned back on when I got out. Level 1 showed up and of course that is not correct. But when it flipped over to level 1367 where it should be, all my boosters were gone. None of them were paid for, but this has happened to me 4 times in the last 2 months taking all the boosters I had at the time. So frustrating. Does anyone know why this is happening??
