this level is all about making horizontal stripes near the bottom. A wrapped and striped candy combo also is helpful. I'm still trying to beat it,. But I think I have a handle on this level. Just waiting for the "lucky board".
Got it 2nd try...1st time had to figure out what was going on....must break all the cream on the bottom sides 1st to get the ingredients moving down....
One of the most fun levels in the entire game! Wow, I really love this level: you need to think about every move, but you have lots of chances to combine stripes, wrapped and colour bombs in any combination.
No chocolate, tornado or bomb frustration, just think and go for it!
Finished it in the 3rd attempt with 11 moves left.
Anyone who came this far should finish this one easily within 5 attempts: just focus on the bottom blocks.

Like the person who commented on 2/22, I passed this on my second try. First round was spent trying to figure out how the ingredients would move. Horizontal stripes were easy to make, to clear the meringue and open the surprise candies. Fun level!

Not a hard level, but you have to get your head around it, as the others said.
The ONLY THING that matters in this level is wiping out those cream squares on the sides, as they are blockers. Once you do that, the ingredients will fall down.
You need horizontal candies and you need them down low.
A freckle ball and stripe is useful but in this level, probably not much more effective than a stripe/wrap combo.
If you get a vertical stripe, try to save it to put with either another vertical or anything else as it is wasted on its own.
