Candy Crush Saga level 858

Tips for level 858 Candy Crush Saga
Level 858 is an ingredient level which throws just about everything in the way of getting the 2 nuts out of the exits!
You have to blast through marmalade, chocolate, cream blockers and licorice strings.
The only thing to help is the single UFO in the middle of the board which is locked in marmalade.
As soon as you remove the first line of marmalade the chocolate will be released but stripes and wraps will make short work of that.
Combos are the way to get through all the obstacles and the UFO will break a lot of cream .
The second ingredient will appear on move 26 so make that move in a place where the blockers are thinnest, or close to the first ingredient to make the job of getting them off the board easier.

I thought this one would be very difficult but I finished on 2nd try, no boosters, 3 stars. I got very lucky making 3 sprinkles in the first 5 moves. If the first ingredient falls earlier, the second ingredient will drop in the next move and not on move 26.

Third try was the charm. Won with 15 moves left. Final move was a chocoball/stripe combo. Where is the super difficult level in this episode? Must be coming jS

Another hard one. Very frustrating.

I hate this level. Too much chocolate and I'm not getting special candies.

I just posted I hate this level and I got through with 22 moves left, three stars, and no boosters. I have to eat my words. Thanks for the tip about the second ingredient falling at move 26. That's what saved me.

Come on, chocolate and bombs? I hate these two with a passion.
After a few times without even coming close to break the chocolate before a bomb went off I spent a coconut wheel and a stripe/wrap combo from the daily spin and reset the level until the coconut wheel was beside a special. Combining them cleared all the chocolate. The wheel came back two more times to help me win the level. I don't even know how many stars I got, just thankful to move on.

JanC here. After about a dozen lives, I tried a commenter's tip to use a coconut wheel. Only got one, but it did the trick: three stars, 21 moves to spare! Recommend it esp if you have a bunch saved up from the daily spin.

Not too hard. It's easiest when you try to get both ingredients in the middle.

First attempt started with fruit in the centre and only time ufo has been useful.

I didn't like this level. The chocolate was difficult to control and I rarely got as far as the UFO on my many tries. However, I do not give up easily and persevered with the challenge. Two stars, no boosters, but don't ask me how I managed it - actually, I made combos and almost ignored the fruit until about halfway through! Strangely, that worked. Could be a tip for someone stuck??

Initially, chocolate and bombs were hard to control and used up several lives. Finally got a good board, got rid of the chocolate, UFO helped and dropped 2nd fruit next to the first. Used the hand to stack the fruits and then lollipop to clear bottom candy. 2 stars on iPad. Ingredient levels one of my least favorite.

Level can be frustrating with so much chocolate & then those damn bombs to contend.Failed several times & then got lucky & UFO opened middle & had chocolate somewhat controlled & a few vertical stripes really helped..Its not really hard if your lucky & able to get some special combos in the right place...Glad its over..no boosters wasted my only salvation

Not liking this level. No good moves to get through anything.

Coconut Wheel is definitely the way to get thru this one.

JSN: Maybe a dozen attempts. I tried using coconut wheels a couple times, but while they helped, I still wasn't winning. When I did complete the level, I was able to get rid of the chocolates very early with a well-placed striped-wrapped combo, and the flying saucer put a wrapped candy where it would do the most good. Three stars.

Don't forget you don't have to destroy all gel. Just get at least 20,000 points and all of the apples.

I just have to say that I really enjoyed this whole episode. I wasn't really stuck on any of the levels for more than a few tries at most (thanks to the great tips here). I did use a few boosters but had a lot of fun. Combining the discs with a stripe gets you six wraps btw if no one has tried it. Got through this last level on the first try with several moves left. I don't know what's planned for the next level, but thanks, King, for this one. Soooo much better than being stuck for days one one level only to move on and be stuck for days on the next.

Thanks for providing us with another piece of shit ingredient level
No moves ever available
Spend entire time chasing friggin bombs fighting chocolate instead of getting to the ufo and getting the damn hazelnut/cherries down
Cheers guys
