Candy Crush Saga level 875

Tips and tricks for level 875 Candy Crush Saga
Please "LIKE" and "SHARE" ----->
First look at the bottom of the board to see if you can make a match in the jelly before the chocolate starts to spawn from the chocolate spawners.
After that you have to ignore the chocolate for a while and try to make stripes and wraps in the top half of the board until the keys can be collected.
The keys will unlock specials at the sides of the board one at a time. You don't want to unlock too many at the same time or some will be wasted.
The first specials to be unlocked are stripe/wrap combos. Try to drop them onto the conveyor and use them where they will clear the most chocolate or jelly. They will also help grow the popcorn too.
After them will be colour bombs, then last of all two coconut wheels..
Use the specials wisely, but don't try to save them too long once they are unlocked, as you are likely to lose them.
The coconut wheels should be moved to the side so they will give you three stripes, which will clear a layer off the bottom squares, either chocolate or jelly.
There is jelly under the popcorn, so that will need to be cleared also, which will give you another colour bomb.
If the chocolate is taking over and you need to clear the board it may be useful to switch 2 colour bombs together to clear everything and see what you have left to clear. But only do that if it won't make you lose your coconut wheels.
There's a lot of different things to think about on level 875 so you need to play slowly and think carefully about your moves.

I don't know how many times I've played this. I don't seem to run out of lives after 5, and truly, am bored to death with this board. There isn't a speck of fun to it, and although we have played well, had a lot of luck, and been persistent to get this far, I could easily quit now out of shear boredom. There are rarely moves that do much good at all, and to make matters worse, it is so boring you sort of stop paying attention......ensuring failure. Yawn!!!

Anonymous said...

I have been on this level for several days and have cleared all the jelly one time to only be told there was one left. The next time I got close and cleared all the jelly in the two bottom boxes only to leave the popcorn one hit from bieng cleared. Very boring level. Only help I can give on this one is to put your cursor over the A in accept. Click your mouse as fast as you can this at least gives you extra lives. Do not understand why friends lives are deleted if you exit the game.

Unknown said...

Dumb and boring and I'm stuck

Anonymous said...

Most boring level EVER! Can't play past 2 lives without quitting. Tough is one thing but this level puts me to sleep. Zzzzzz

Anonymous said...

OMG this level is worst than watching paint dry on a wall.. hateeee it boring boring zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Anonymous said...

Anybody know of any other blogs that go past 875 ? 879 is totaly mess-up. You don't even know what's going on in this level. By the way on 875 hit the 2 saucers together. Good luck !

Anonymous said...

Took over a day to get thru this horror level. After a couple of hours of rest played one game and suddenly completed. Only difference was early choc stripe combos followed by wrap stripe combo. Just needed the keys for wheels and it was done. Very odd as everything including popcorn cleared quick..finally a game that came together. Now another tedious few weeks till next episode..annoying waiting

Anonymous said...

I was really looking forward to something exciting since this was the last game until new were created and while I am glad it's not easy, I find this SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO boring!! WTF are you thinking CC?? There is no excitement for at least 20 moves and then it's all FREAKING luck!! REALLY??

Anonymous said...

Whoever created 875 should be fired!!! so boring and impossible without a lucky board!! I am going to SLEEP PLAYING!!!! DUMB!!!

Jane said...

Not one positive comment! I hate to start this level by what I am reading here!

Anonymous said...

I got bored and took the booster route. On app selected all 3 boosters then restarted until the color bomb and stripe were adjacent or I could make a wrap/stripe combo in the bottom centered on the square either side of the chocolate machine one row up from the bottom. Got it the second time that way.

Anonymous said...

Unfortunately, this strategy is no longer available on iPad since the latest update. You can reset, but if you have picked boosters you have to go ahead and play the game or lose the life and the boosters. This stinks as far as I'm concerned as this has helped me on quite a few difficult levels. I've tried using free boosters and have gotten closer to winning than without them, but I only have a few left. May be on this awhile. Also, don't understand how one poster got two wheels together. They are on opposite sides of the board. JS

Anonymous said...

Yup, boring and virtually impossible. Too many things have to break perfectly for you to even come close. I almost never give up on a board with moves left - until this board. Looks like a "nerf" is in order.

Unknown said...

Playing on iPad. Added all 3 boosters (which I've acquired free from the daily spin). First attempt, got all except the popcorn. Second attempt completed with 21 moves to spare.
Just wait for a board where the sprinkle starts next to your stripe.
Good luck all

Anonymous said...

Tony, what were you playing it on? JS

Jane said...

Still at it. No where close. What boosters are you using?

Anonymous said...

Finally!!! I reset until I would be able to make a stripe and a wrap on the first two plays, then selected a chocoball. It landed right next to where my stripe would fall when I made it! With that move, along with two other combos, I was left with just 3 jellies left with 27 moves left. Really started concentrating. Got a little worried that I wouldn't get the last coconut wheel, but I did and it got the remaining jellies. JS

Jane said...

Used my last hammer to get the last jelly. And guess what, I forgot the popcorn! Back to the drawing board.

Anonymous said...

Thought I missed Jan C, but guess not. That kind of comment isn't any more helpful than the whining ones. Jane, you'll get it. JS

Anonymous said...

JanC here! "The real one", Ahem...

3 stars, no boosters, BUT....... Get this..... SECOND try!!!! I feel I let my CC minions down not getting it 1st try. Oh well kids, Ive given enough input and advice to miss a level on the 1st time through! Tee hee..

Hoping the next episode comes soon so I can ease through it like this one!

Until then my junior crushers.... Off to play quests!!!!!

Anonymous said...

Really, people? Compared to most levels in this episode I thought this was quite fun. Difficult, yes, but not impossible. Took me about 20 tries to get it.

Anonymous said...

JanC here!

Took me 1!

Van5 said...

There is no popcorn on my level 875 on my iPad. Have they maybe changed it?

Van5 said...

OMG never mind. I just saw it on my second try. Never even noticed it. Guess I will be here for awhile...lol

Jane said...

Well, Jan C. That was really a helpful comment. We know you got it with no problem. Nothing new there. No hints or strategy so what's the point? Not being the excellent player you let us all know that you are, I have been here awhile and don't come close.

Anonymous said...

So true. Hard to focus... Boring

Anonymous said...

I thought I'd never pass this one, after numerous tries. Pretty tedious, but I followed advice of one poster above, used all 3 boosters and reset until boosters could do most damage. With that and careful moves, finally passed with 15 moves left. Good luck and now waiting for next level.

Van5 said...

Can't believe I finally got it! Had to use my one lollipop hammer to smash the last jelly where the popcorn was. It seemed that lining up moves to keep the chocolate away seemed to help. With my lucky board I was able to make quite a few colour bombs to hit the colours underneath. I think I Fluked this. Happy to be through. On to the quests when the next levels appear. Will try and get 3 stars on a couple of levels that I squeaked thru with one star.

Inhaler said...

Took 2 days to get through. Try to drop the hard candy onto the conveyor and pop them in the middle. Wait 2 keys after and the color candy will be ontop of a striped. Pair them. a special candy needs to be paired with a striped. Use the coconut wheels to the side. Try to get a special candy under the popcorn with a stripe from the conveyor belt and this level will be cleared, anyone beat 430 dreamworld? Im still stuck

Anonymous said...

Dreamworld 430? I can't get past 202. Left that one months ago because I just couldn't pass it. Good for you getting that far!

Jocelyn said...

Took many tries but finally got it with 3 stars, no boosters. I found focussing on popping the corn first helps so you don't run out of moves to clear the jelly underneath. Also don't set off the vertical stripes you make right away, wait until you have a few to use together. Otherwise you clear the chocolate only to have it cover up again without getting to the jelly.

Anonymous said...

Jan C is most likely an imposter. Someone by that name used to post, but didn't gloat like this. Someone is posing as her and having a little fun.

Anonymous said...

JanC here! I agree. Ahem... My troll seems to be having fun, eh? I believe I have 6 trolls now....

Must be pretty popular

Anonymous said...

After being on this level for more than two weeks I threw everything on it that I had. Cocolate bomb, stripe/wrap and fish. I reset until chocolate bomb and stripe were next to each other. That cleared a lot of the jelly and set loose the fish that also cleared three more jellies. Still, I almost didn't make it. Luckily, fish came back on my second to last move and cleared chocolate from one jelly. I hoped to remember right that I had only this one left to clear and used a lollipop hammer on it, almost desperately hoping that not more jellies were hidden under chocolate. I was afraid I wasted all the boosters, but luckily I can move past this utterly boring level now.
Good luck - Gabi

Anonymous said...

Not too bad actually, got it in 3 tries with 7 moves left. Guess I had good combo's and patience. Waiting for more levels now. Good luck everyone. :)

Anonymous said...

JanC here. Seems my troll is everywhere. Ahem, back to crushing candies eh? Had to use all 3 boosters on this one kids. Choc ball, fish, and stripe/wrap. But it did the trick into forging me a 3 star score! Something Im known for, eh? Good luck kids!

Anonymous said...

Been here at least 2 weeks trying, I see comments to reset until the stripped and speckled ball are together and we must be playing different games, these is nothing on my game exciting until the keys drop and most of the time still takes several move to get them. I also saw a comment about combining two saucers, again, not my game!!! This is so boring I would prefer to watch paint dry! Sounds like I'll have to build my boosters up for a good week and try again!! YAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH Jan C your full of crap!! Go away!

Anonymous said...

I am with Jan C, didn't think it was that hard, with a bit of planning you can drop wagon wheels or colour bombs on the conveyor and you should look for colour bomb colour bomb combo or the best one a wagon wheel wagon wheel combo, I got a two colour bombs together, took about 10 tries but I also was down to one jelly two other occasions, while I didn't have to use one a fish booster would also help big time, you should be able to do a fish wrap combo or a fish colour bomb combo Regards AJ

Anonymous said...

JanC here!

Thanks AJ!

Anonymous said...

Got this one with a lucky board and fish booster won on wheel. Anyone else trying to get the 10,000 green candies for reward? Lol I am working on it by playing level 9 repeatedly...don't need to worry about using up lives and it is a good one to get greens!

Anonymous said...

I got the 10,000 greens mostly on board 666. When I got down to one life I switched to board 7. Anyone know when the next set of boards will be available on android?

Anonymous said...

Board 252 and done with the greens in an hour.

Cat said...

Took two days. The one time I used free boosters it was a total waste, as they landed badly and were covered with chocolate before I could use them and now, at least on an Ipad, you can't reset after you've taken them. You lose that life. Try to not activate the donuts until they're placed optimally, and wait for that lucky board. Good luck.

I see there are new levels discussed. Where are you folks getting them? My Ipad says I have to wait.

Jane said...

I have been on 875. With no progress. Not even close. New levels are on computer, not iPad yet! I need help!

Anonymous said...

JanC here. All the folks saying this level is unbearable, I agree. One of those levels I just hated to play, dispiriting somehow. I don't even know how many days it took, but I did pass it, with three stars, no boosters, on an android tablet. Just an odious level. Have no tips to contribute: it was just luck, I'm sure, that got me through. So I wish you luck!

Cat said...

Jane, thanks for the Ipad info.

The more I played 875, the closer I got, missing by one or two. Maybe the boards got better, but I was also not setting side combos until I had used other specials or positioned them where they wouldn't be affected (besides donuts, which you want to save and not use accidently where they might turn vertical). I always reset until I had possible wraps or vertical stripes and preferably also at least something doable in one of the bottom squares. I concentrated on getting the middle choc bomb ready as soon as possible, as that jelly's hard to clear. Hope any of this helps.

Anonymous said...

I am so bored on this level I don't even want to read all these comments.

Anonymous said...

JanC here!! 3 stars no boosters!

Anonymous said...

After playing for a few days I decided to use my fish booster to help me clear the jelly. After that, it was just using my special candies to clear the rest. The fish booster is key. I try not to use boosters but hey, that's what they are there for. Good luck my fellow crushers. Now onto the next episode.

Jane said...

I used my fish booster and only got one fish. Still stuck here

Torch Singer said...

Ok, so I concentrated on getting the popcorn. After that, used speckle balls to get at colors under the jelly. In the end just needed one hammer to clear.

I also find I do better after reading the comments here :D. Collective consciousness?

Van5 said...

Anyone have any idea when the next levels will appear on iPad? Been waiting for a few days. Can't believe how addicted I am to this silly game! Lol

Anonymous said...

I thought those JanC trolls were reportedly help blog purists. That they think that sites like this should only include helpful comments that provide tips on how to pass a level. They should be rid of useless ones. That's reportedly why they didn't like hers? But now we have lots of useless comments from all the fakes.

Anonymous said...

I just hate this level. it's stupid, boring, and just sucks.

Anonymous said...

Has any body else been blocked from the daily booster wheel? For the past few days I keep getting a message that says can't connect to server. Really annoying. Playing on iPad.

Cat said...

Also on Ipad, I'm not blocked from daily booster wheel.

Michelle said...

Just finally got this level on CC.
10 Days waiting for new levels.
hate they took the reset option away...unless you want to lose your boosters.
Anything to increase sales...stupid...
seriously will the Jan C troll take a hike.
Come here to read hints.....
off to lose some more lives...lol

Michelle said...

Oops wrong level. ..just got 876....today...that was a long wait for new levels

Anonymous said...

First, thanks for all the tips everyone! After using a sprinkle, wrap and fish I came within one , but stupid me hadn't waited for a hammer and was left with one jelly!! I played awhile never getting very close till one day I got within 2 ( I thought) and used my two hammers that I had accumulated and No Sugar Crush!! Really hateful level- was going to quit- when lo and behold! I get the right board and finally did it 3 starts no boosters! I hate King but to all you frustrated players it can be done! Bet tip though is try to get past quickly by using one if everything ! Make sure you have a couple hammers! Otherwise, it is just patience and really boring!
As the the server issues I did have same problem where I couldn't get my daily spin but fixed now!
Onward crushers, and I agree, get lost fake Jan!! The real Jan was both humble and helpful!
Enjoy reading everyone's helpful tips.

Hell of a level!! Finally!!!!

Jay

Anonymous said...

Absolutely appalling level, possibly the worst level of any game I've ever played. What company would think it was a good idea to create something as bad as this?

Anonymous said...

JanC here! Just keep at it sweety and soon you will have my crushing ability! Eh?

Anonymous said...

Got it in about a day. Probably 12-15 tries. Cleared all the jelly down below by using the boosters dropped on the conveyor belt. Had one jelly left and didn't know where?! Noticed it was where the popcorn was and had 5 moves left. Thankfully, I had the match on the second to last move. PHEW!!! Level 60, bring it on!!!!

Anonymous said...

Oh lighten up!

Anonymous said...

Fish! The trick is boosters on this level. The fish especally as they will aim for the jelly first, helping to clear both jelly chocolate in adjacent cells. I'm now completely out of boosters, but I wasn't getting anywhere without using them, so it was worth it for me. Good luck!

Anonymous said...

JanC here!

Anonymous said...

Finally. It's a good thing I had a bunch of fish saved up because that was the difference. Other than that I backed out of boards when the fish was in the lower squares. I didn't want the chocolate to get them.

Anonymous said...

Not possible to reset board after selecting boosters in iPad.

If they are in the wrong place they are just wasted.

So far my android tablet is unaffected but I guess it's just a matter of time before it will be the same.

Charlotte said...

Tough level! I seem to have just gotten lucky with that one and managed to make a couple of sprinkles that removed the last two jellies. Only advice to give is to advise you to keep skipping the boards until you have a vertical stripe above the jellies.

Suz said...

I liked this level. Ultimately, linking the two coconut wheels (as someone above pointed out) did the trick. I'm having the same issues as others in the daily booster saying "cannot connect to server" but I found a workaround by connecting to facebook (which fails most of the time) and then going back to candy crush and firing up the booster wheel. Tedious, but it works. BUT...it won't let me play the mystery quest. I can open it, but there's no option except to ask friends or buy in. This is on an android tablet. Hope they fix this! It's been a few days now.

Anonymous said...

I finally got it today, after weeks of trying. Finished it off with a lollipop I had saved up. Good luck everyone.

Bill. said...

Used the fish from the bonus wheel very difficult. Easier on the PC.

Anonymous said...

UGH

Anonymous said...

I've played this level over 200 times and still haven't gotten the lucky board. I'm so bored with this level and so darn mad at myself for getting all this way and being too dumb to get through what looks to be an easy one. Ugh!

Rain Thompson said...

This is THEE WORST LEVEL!!! Have yet to get even remotely close. HELP!!

Anonymous said...

After being stuck for a week was about to give this game up then got the lucky board. Actually was ready to give up on the board I made it on but all the sudden it came together. 3 Stars no boosters

Anonymous said...

BORING! Just wasting lives until I get a lucky board, per usual.

Anonymous said...

I was on this level for days and then I had to go out of town and didn't look at it for seven days. Tried it today and got it. Used one lollipop--my last one, but I am so glad to be done with this one. It is possible.

kfmconsulting said...

FINALLY got it after a lot of lives and much frustration. Definitely need a lucky board but also concentration to get the best matches. Went after the popcorn early because without growing it the game is over. My luck came at the end with two sprinkles side by side, which took out the bottom chocolate and the remaining jellies. 3 stars, no boosters on iPad. On to the next episode after friends send tickets.

Anonymous said...

Jan C here... Just letting you all know, ahem, I am such a knob. Ahem. Off to get some throat lozenges.

Anonymous said...

I've played level 875 over 300 times and the closest I can get is 3 jellies left. I think there's something wrong with this level.

By the way, has anyone ever hit Jackpot on the daily spin? I have not!

Anonymous said...

For the people who actually beat this level:
How long did you have to play this level until you finally won? I feel like I have been played this one over 500 times, yet I'm not any closer to winning.

Horribly frustrating. This might just be the worst one yet.

Anonymous said...

Never mind. I played right after I wrote this post and finally won. Finally! It was pure luck, no skill was invoved.

Anonymous said...

After reading all comments & tips realized this could be really tough if not insanely tough but afer 5 0r so tries started to see how board works & how tips on sequence of special candies works & with some luck of course it could be done...took another some 5 tries & bingo nailed it on final vertical stripe on last jellie with no boosters needed..Yes its tough but I actually had fun & enjoyed the challenge once I got the feel of how board works..Follow the sequence tips & with patience you will get it too..Its doable trust me.

Anonymous said...

Well I have now played 875 over 400 times and still haven't cleared all the jelly. Obviously I know how to play or I wouldn't have gotten this far. What in the world is going on? Help! Please! This level is boring and ridiculous!

1derfool said...

This level would have been a good one if they had left out one or two of the candy colors.

1derfool said...

Got lucky again after posting. I guess that's by best tip

ali said...

Just passed after days of agonising pain. Hardest level I have come across. Very frustrating and boring. I am convinced this game is not good for your health.

Anonymous said...

This one's doing my head in. The main problem is that as fast as I clear a jelly layer, the chocolate covers it again so my specials are wasted repeatedly clearing the chocolate. It's also difficult to use the unlocked specials without wasting others. - Eva

Anonymous said...

And another problem is that you can't get three in a row across the central lines and columns because of the damn chocolate generators. - Eva

Anon lafy said...

Oh WOW!! After days and days of trying, I finally cracked it. I actually didn't know I had because of the chocolate covering the l-hand box. My only tip is to reset the board until there are matches to be made in those two boxes. That worked for me. I am on an iPad.

Did anyone else win the green candy challenge? I just used 9 of the 'free' gold bars to move on.

Anonymous said...

I did the first green candy challenge, but like a lot of people, got no rewards :-( However I am having another go with the latest offer and have collected the first lot of bonus bars.

I've gone back to replay level 281 for this, as it's only 4 colours and you can get big numbers of green candies from cascades. Need a break from the current level! - Eva

Cat said...

As above, level 281 for greens. Didn't need to reset, just concentrated on playing center, and almost never lost before collecting all needed greens, however...

Back to this level while awaiting new levels on Ipad, and despite constant resetting, haven't been able to get closer than 1tile, and that only twice in many plays. Frustrating.

Anonymous said...

Oh my, the best score I have received in 70K plus which does not even move me close to winning. It just stays there. No matter how I play the keys, I lose so much ground when I use them and I cannot seem to save them avoid hitting the other side. I must be missing something? This is pathetic.

Anonymous said...

This was an absolutely horrible dreadful level to say the least! I played it hundreds of times in ipad with resets and failed boards but finally got it in about a day. However this is still not as bad as 867 was. That one was the worst!!

Anonymous said...

If Wiki rates 875 as "insanely hard" so should 867!

Cat said...

Passed again a few days ago, and now that I know you can get really lucky twice, I will never revisit this level again. Took planning and that very lucky board.
Best of luck.

Cat said...

I wrote the above post not to blow my own horn, as passing this level has little to do with skill and we all know how to play. Just trying to spread a little hope amid the frustration.

Crushed said...

Still playing. Used over 25 lives from friends and haven't got any closer than 4 Jellies left. Most of the time both areas are covered in chocolate as my stripes always seem to be sideways instead of up and down. I know sooner than later the lucky board will come.

BTW did last update take away the restart without losing a life or boosters???

Anonymous said...

This is plain ridiculous. Even with all the fishes and colour bombs and stripe combinations it's just impossible. I've lost count of how many times I've tried and am very close to simply giving up. It's as though they do not want us to enjoy playing anymore. Grr. Anyone know If they plan on making it simpler when the update is released or better yet the magic words to summon that lucky board. Boo

Anonymous said...

Finally did it by combining two colour bombs and then a colour bomb with a stripe after the coconut wheels. V frustrating

Anonymous said...

The video board shown on this help page is just adding insult to injury. This player got the most lucky combos known to man and hadn't unlocked any keys at all until near the end. THEN they finished with 6 turns left! Yes I realize they may have played 756 lives first but how many of us are going to get a board like this? Is it truly helpful to watch a 'tutorial' like this one?

Anonymous said...

First time posting here. Can't clear this level despite playing for several times. Probably like will come my way now....

Beeje said...

Day 4 in crushing captivity. The candies are closing in on me, I hear them whispering in the dark. My captors show no sign of relenting. I continue to pray to the booster gods but by pleas go unanswered. I fear this hell may break me, rather, CRUSH me to tiny pieces. I have not yet given up all hope but it won't be long until I drown in chocolate. May the candies have mercy on my soul.

Just now, after 874 levels, found this blog - I love it!
*JanC, (the REAL one) you seem very well liked, humble & helpful!
*Whiners, I'm right there with ya, this level sucks!
*Hopefuls, right there, too - that lucky board WILL appear.. (right?)
*Growlers.. Me2 - Grrr...!!!
*Nasty people- why are you here..?reading/posting.. if you hate everything that everyone says?
*Beeje- you made this unbearable, boring, torturous level worthwhile, as I'd not have read your post otherwise.

Thank you, to everyone(almost..) for your posts! As a new to the blog, but not to the game, Candy Crusher --- I'm happy for those who completed(survived) 875, feel for those yet to arrive, & suffer with those currently "in battle"..

After all the combos and 10 tries, I decided to use like all of my boosters - 2 fish, 2 colour bombs and two striped/wrapped. Worked out for me, but I really got the feeling that this level is all about dumb luck.

Unknown said...

Seriously the most boring level ever :(
No skill.. Just luck and boosters! Boooo...

Anonymous said...

well after 874 levels I think this 875th one has finally done me in....I have spent three weeks on this level and feel utterly defeated - even after using all the trick and tips on this blog....I hate to quit after so much time spent, but it's gotten the best of me....

Boolet said...

This level was very very very tough. I have been playing this game for 6 days with no boosters and with the exception of 2 times got down to one jelly grrrrrrr. After studying this board, or is that spelled bored, I decided to try using the 2 remaining fish that I had. The relentless chocolate makes this level pretty much impossible to even access the jelly to get a whack at it. I made multiple downward stripes and tried to stack them vertically so I could keep pounding at the chocolate. Doing that in combination with using the fish worked for me. Also if you get a chance to swap a stripe candy with a fish it will change some of the candy that are in jelly into striped candies and blow away a lot of jelly. I haven't been this challenged to stay with the game since level 350...which was just nuts....so down stripe candy swaps with fish should give you that little bit of an edge to get you through this one. CC really should add 5 moves to this one...it's too difficult otherwise in my opinion.

Anonymous said...

I don't know what happens with you all guys. I did it on my 1st time without boosters and 3 stars. Try to make the stripes as many as possible and don't forget to unlock the keys

Anonymous said...

Very tedious! Grrrrrrrrr

Anonymous said...

That's not the real JanC. It's one of the people trolling her.

Anonymous said...

One of the most difficult level. Cleared after many many tries and 4 days. ufff. Used chocolate sweeper, 1 hand move.

Anonymous said...

Wish I had a tip to share, but not getting anywhere...this is brutal!

Anonymous said...

I spent a see saving up special candies from the booster wheel (I never spend money on this game) and finally beat it without needing any of the candies I stored up. It can be done! Hated this level. Worst one yet.

Anonymous said...

My last comment was suppose to say "week" lol

Anonymous said...

Use a color bomb and a striped candy as booster.
Start game and wait until these 2 are adjacent and the color of the striped candy is nicely spread.
If not abort game and start over

You should get it in a few tries

Are you serious? Do you really think we aren't going to make as many stripes as possible and forget the keys? Get real or get out. Either way get over yourself.

It's very bad for my mental health, Ali. At this stage of the game anyway.

Passed it on the millionth try. My best advice, do not play this level on an iphone, here's why.. I found that color bombs/stripe combo were of very little use and even the coconut wheels did little damage. Worse, I discovered only last night than when I combined candies to make a vertical stripe, it ended up being a horizontal stripe and believe me I studied it carefully after I found that out. It didn't do it all the time but moreso than not. I switched to my droid and still it took about 8 more tries but it was obvious right away that I had at least an 80% better chance of completing the level on a droid (didnt try it on my pc) I have no idea how many stars I got and I didn't care, I just want to move on. I used all my boosters in my ill fated iphone attempt and used all my boosters on droid in the first six attempts. When the winning board came around I had exhausted all boosters and as luck would have it, they werent needed. I had 7 moves left when that glorious, "Sugar Crush" splashed across the screen. Yippeee!!! Good luck friends, it is do-able.

I wish the real JanC would just post as herself rather than anonymously or just give up and don't say JanC here anymore maybe then the trolls would give up.

With 136 comments, it was obvious this level was going to be a hard one! I'm still not there either! With three colour bombs, two coco wheels, two stripes and two wrapped on the board already you'd think it'd be a piece of cake, but no, its hard work. An extra 5 moves would help ! Oh well, back to it.

After reading "all these comments" who ever said use all 3 boosters but wait till the sprinkle is matched with a stripe..thank you!! That did it for me. Had to do that twice, but it worked. Good luck on this level..it is the hardest so far.

Right after I read all the comments here, I passed this awful level where I'd been stuck for a week. Here is what worked for me: I used my saved up fish and striped/wrap combo (free spin) boosters. When the candies first fell, I was bummed because unfortunately they fell right to the bottom and of course had no matches. Since they were going to be lost due to chocolate spawning over them, I used 3 of my saved up (free spin) lollipop hammers on them which cleared most of the two bottom sections before I made a single move. After that it was not too hard to create a special candy to clear the popcorn. The fish went to work, and though I was worried about what jellies might lurk under the chocolate, apparently I'd gotten enough of them to clear this level. Previously I had tried using free spin boosters but had wasted them by not deciding to use hammers on them. I'm glad to finally see this level in my rear view mirror as it was brutal.

This is seriously the worst level! I know I've done well to get this far but this level is doing my head in. Bye bye Candy Crush!

Anonymous said...

This is like watching paint dry. hardly any moves make a difference, it's just shuffling candies around the board. I've been throwing my bonus boosters at it in an attempt to just get past it - the wrapped and stripes are placed at opposite ends of the board so you can't use them together, and often they're placed so that it's the only move you can make, forcing you to waste them. I used a sprinkle booster and it was placed in a box, so again it was useless. Then I tried the fish and it only released one fish (normally you get 3 or 4).I refuse to spend money on this so at this stage I'm just collecting bonus candy. Posting here is a last ditch attempt!

Anonymous said...

I've noticed a lot of poeple saying they reset the board - how do you do this? Is this something wonderful I've managed to miss up to now?

Anonymous said...

I got all the jelly in the boxes cleared and only needed one more pop at the popcorn to open, with 15 moves left. It wouldn't let me use my lollipop hammer to smash the popcorn (so as I'd clicked on the hammer it was wasted) and I got nothing close to a combo in the last 15 moves. I am convinced this game is set up to stop you passing it. Very frustrating.

Yes, absolutely serious bug with this level. I make combos that don't appear, bombs and stripes! CC what are doing? You want players to quit? Why? What is the purpose of designing a level that is practically Impossible to pass? I just don't get it!

Raylo said...

I think this level is truly impossible. I've had chocolate balls, stripes, chocolate balls side by side, coconut wheels side by side and every other combo imaginable. Hate this level!

Anonymous said...

Finally passed this level after using a hand to switch and two lollipops . Played for days, hundreds of lives. Thankfully CC has given the players opportunities to win combos on wheel and sugar games or I Would have quit by NOW!

Raylo said...

Baaaaaa! Please help me!!!!!!! Been here forever! I'm sad! 😫😫😫😖😖😖

Raylo said...

Ok, I'm beginning to think that Candy Crush made this level almost impossible early in in order to give them time to create more levels. But that was THEN and this is NOW! I agree with the poster who said they must be wanting people to quit. Well, it's working for me. I'm done. Not fun at all and my time is worth something too!

Raylo said...

Raylo again. I caved! I BOUGHT my way out of this one with hammers and extra moves. I KNOW I SHOULDNT have, but I AM ADDICTED! Lol

Surprise! I passed this level in a day and was so surprised because of all the negative comments. I was prepared to be here forever. The key for me was to use the fish booster. It helped a lot.

This was a nasty one. It took four days with a lot of scrutiny of what was one the board. There is no real strategy to apply, so my tips are guidelines. The board gives us some combos but they aren't always helpful so don't waste moves if they can't help. The wrapped ones are the first to appear. Try to move them onto the conveyor belt. If you can't, ignore them. The striped are more helpful, especially if you can combine them with the sprinkle that appears next. Again get them on the conveyer belt if possible. The wheels are the only ones that will help if you roll them over the top row so they impact all the way to the bottom boxes. If the wheel and the sprinkle appear at the same time, I used the wheel first even if the sprinkle is sacrificed. You can always build another sprinkle. While all this is going on, keep an eye on the two boxes at the bottom for moves. Use every sprinkle quickly to reduce the number of colors and promote more combos while working on the bottom boxes. In short it's a slug fest, but doable without any boosters. And you feel good when it's over! Good luck! JayJay

Hello everyone, I thought this level was one of the most horrible levels I've seen so far. After reading all the comments decided to try with a fish from the daily spin, got it after third try!
Leave the keys for as long as possible and try to make combinations
Good Luck!

Anonymous said...

Please can I have a board like the one in the video. Especially all the striped wrapped & sprinkle candy that dropped down without even trying..........

Anonymous said...

Impossible level unless luck is with you. Once again CC have outdone themselves with a board that will encourage you to leave this game. I have tried all the suggestions but no luck at all, not even close and I am totally fed up now!!!

Passed after 3 days but only with the help of two hand-switches and 2 lollipop hammers. Got lucky with a wrap/stripe combo in the middle early on which took out the popcorn and left a sprinkle. If you can't get the popcorn opened up early I don't think this level,is possible. You can make all the combos you want to clear the two jelly sections but if you forget about the popcorn and the jelly underneath you won't pass the level. Look for making a wrap/stripe in the middle early on. I tried the fish a couple times with no luck. The board I passed on wasn't particularly lucky, it was the opportunity to use the boosters in exactly the right places that did it for me.

Dear Candy Crush Developers, you win. I surrender and admit defeat. Time for me to move on to another addictive app. I was almost certain I was going to beat CC but if it wasn't this level, I'm certain you guys would have gotten me with a timed level 15 second to earn a million points or something just as rediculous. Why do I post then if I'm quiting? Because when one invests years into a game, it is degrading and insulting to be forced to choose between my time being wasted, or my sanity. Luckily, option 3 allows me to keep both, without having to replace my tablet.

After reading all the negative comments went straight in with sprinkle and wrapped/striped boosters then just needed a lollypop hammer - sorted!!

After a few days of not getting even close the planets somehow aligned and I got the two coconut wheels together. Believe me, it was Armageddon from there on. It wiped out everything! My advice is to forget about boosters and special candies. Practise getting the wheels together and you'll be done.

I think I will be on this level forever!

I think I am done. Only passable with the King lucky board blessing. To come this far and quit is not a good option but sometimes it is just not worth the aggravation and frustration to push on..................supposed to be a enjoyable challenge with light at the end of the tunnel but this one seems to be a dead end.

I decided to use some boosters but I wasn't really getting anywhere. One time a sparkle landed on the conveyor belt and another Sparkle was on the last row by the belt, so I thought I'd match them, then three candies met and exploded the Sparkle that was on the board. Grrr. On the next game, still using some boosters, two coconuts were further along the board this time so I was able to use them to blast some jellies on the two squares. I had just two candies left so I used three bombs. That did the trick. On a previous game I used two hand switches to put two sparkles together but it didn't blast that much on the board as I had hoped, then I ran out of moves.
I agree with a previous blogger, go slow and take your time trying to make combo's if you can. In the meantime play jumping candy levels to earn more boosters. I do that when waiting three days for the next level. They are a god send in difficult games like this one.
Good luck.

GC said...

That should have read 'three hammers' not bombs lol.

First off I accepted the three boosters, colour bomb, wrap/stripe combo, fish
Secondly I kept resetting the board, because i didn't want any of the boosters placed down below, especially cos they would have been eaten eventually by that nasty chocolate. But, omg, i was about to reset, when the wrap and stripe combo were down the bottom, one on top of the other. I could not believe it!! Finally after so many days stuck on this hard level, I knew I could pass it, which I did, took my time, but it was so worth it, 3 stars, yippee, keep trying, this level is doable!!!

Stop Whinging said...

This level is like any other. It takes a while. Took me about 20-25 tries. Stick with it. Don't think you HAVE to swap 2 candy bombs to win, you don't. Use the candy bombs when they come up, use the wheels when they come up, and play the rest of the level like you would any other. And stop whinging at the CC developers- have you heard of "first world problems?" If you're not enjoying it, go fight ISIS.

You know it's a sucky level when they get this many comments. Especially when they are short on hints and long on complaining.
One thing is- this level sucks. Wish they set it up mpre for talent and less for luck

Just now, as I do every morning with my coffee, went to play CC, level 875 this morning, and cleared it all with seven moves left, yeah baby!!! Lucky board probably but I didn't get my "Crush" saying I needed one more... I took a screen shot showing it was clear but no one will probably ever see it... This happened to me on the last level but it kept saying I needed two more... Really not fun to win and not get credit... Help King what is going on???

Anonymous said...

Still trying to beat this level, again... I did beat it but didn't get credit, see above post if anyone is ever on this level at the
same time as me :(
I would so love for King to see my screen shot proving I had won... Thanks for all the tips y'all...

Omg is this level ever going to end? I have tried every booster, combination and position known to man! I refuse to pay for boosters but may be forced to trade my soul with the devil soon.

Anonymous said...

Hoping for lucky board after posting. Just cannot get anywhere. Sometimes posting helps. Tried everything. BooHoo. Boring.

Ranger said...

Yes, that has happened to me several times. But not on this level. If I have to do this one again I will for sure not play again.

Anonymous said...

After weeks of trying to beat this level I finally did it with 18 moves to spare It's total luck. Just keep trying even though you are bored out of your mind. I know I was.
Crummy level. CC should read these comments and do something about it. I almost quit because I was so bored trying to beat this one.

Got it second time. Grew the popcorn and saved the coloured bomb, then waited till I cleared another special coloured bomb and dropped it onto the conveyor. Waited until they matched and blew the board up clearing most of the jelly. A few more moves with special combos to mop up remaining jelly and finished with three stars.

I have been on this level for a week now and I want to get off of it asap. I am out of any boosters so any extra that might have helped has been used already. I have tried all the things written above and nothing has worked so far. I am praying for a lucky board to come my way. Please oh please lucky board come to me soon.

Anonymous said...

I have been on this for 4 weeks now. I have used all my boosters and I am now pulling my hair out, I have been told a will probably have to wait for a lucky board. Please lucky board hurry and get here. Praying for a lucky board to come my way.

Anonymous said...

Well I got to where 2 jellies needed to be cleared off but the chocolate overtook the squares and I couldn't clear them before I ran out of moves. Must wait for the lucky board I guess.
