Candy Crush Saga level 878

Tips for level 878 Candy Crush Saga
Level 878 Candy Crush Saga needs careful study to make the best use of the conveyors as you work at clearing the jelly.
First unlock and clear the 4 bombs before they count down to zero as if you leave them too long it's game over before you begin.
Once the bombs are gone stop and look very carefully at the board before every move.
It's difficult to work our where the candies will go when the conveyors stop as there are so many of them.
But in order to have a better chance of making the colour bombs you need try to leave as many candies of the same colour on the board as you can, that way there is a good chance of a colour bomb forming when the conveyors stop.
Stripe/wrap combos are also good for clearing loads of jelly, and are fairly easy to make and often make themselves.
I have found that on level 878 very often stripes are not formed when 4 candies fall together in cascades after the conveyors turn. However wrapped candies and colour bombs regularly do form on their own.
Although you must check the whole board carefully before every move it's still best to work as close to the bottom as possible to take advantage of cascades.

Lucky to get it on about the 5th try. Once dispensing with the bombs, I was lucky enough to get a sprinkle/stripe combo which cleared most of the board except for a few jellies in the top right corner. I had 15 moves to clear those and also a lollipop hammer in reserve just in case...lol. Make sure to keep track of which jellies under the chocolate have been cleared or you may think you're done! Where are all the other comments???

JanC in my opinion your not a super star...Sorry but the truth speaks for itself...I feel bad for you that you must take the stance you have taken & created your own fantasy...I believe others wanted to say this but now it must be said,,,JanC your not a hall of famer...No way...Sorry

JanC here. Unlike my troll, I just now eeeked by with one star on the very last move. Don't know how many lives -- at least 15 I think. From the first try though I nearly always got down to three or fewer jellies, so I had hope. For me, the toughest jellies to get were the ones in the top two corners (chocolate grew fastest there). So I learned to check before every move (once the bombs were gone) to see if there was a move to be made that would get any of those top/side jellies. Then, if not, I would try Ms Cookie's advice to play low on the board. Not a Hateable level for me.

JanC here! Thank you Ms Cookie! Soon you'll be at my crushing level, eh?
Good luck Gang!

This one took me many tries to get 1 star, no boosters. Pay attention to whether or not the jellies by the chocolate factories are cleared so if they get covered up, you'll know if you need to go back to them.

JanC here! Great advice Joc! Keep crushing!

Only one star, hardest jellies for me were on the far left corner, both top and bottom. So once the bombs are dealt with try to clear these before the chocolate covers them up.

c/candycrush here.

Not too bad-bit of a challenge but do-able.
It's one of those levels where you need to have a good memory-really watch where the chocolate grows so you know if there is jelly under it.

For me-once I got past those killer bombs-I just tried to clear jellies that were right next to the chocolate makers first.

Needed ten attempts bombs first then just luck if combinations clear the jelly and chocolate.

Surprised that I got it on 4th try, 1 star, no boosters. Open the bombs ASAP. I concentrated on eliminating the chocolate around the dispensers and getting rid of the jellies around them. Then everything else fell into place with a few combos.

Wow glad its over...took me 20 tries & came close a few...very difficult getting all cleared including constant chocolate & sides w/o some lucky board...the bombs yes must be gotten asap & mostly that's ok but can take many moves & your done...I got lucky & right after clearing last bomb on its last count created candy bomb/stripe combo that removed loads of jellies & then left another bomb which I took off another color with several jellies & was able to match & clear remaining jellies...Even though level frustrating I knew it was doable with patience & was some fun...1 star...no boosters

Please do not comment on here anymore, real JanC. We don't like you.

The real Jan C is fine, but her trolls are a thorough pest.

I have just done this level. It wasn't bad; in fact I quite enjoyed it. My only tip is to reset the board to make sure you have at least one match to deal with the bombs. Towards the end, keep looking out for odd jellies and try to deal with them. Obvious? Sorry, I think you knew that!!

L.B.Australia here....the JanC trolls need to be ignored. They are of no help ever!! And are here for their own amusement. Thanks for all help with tips to pass these levels...we do appreciate your advise....cheers

People should stop being so snarky. The real Jan C and anyone else who wants to share tips/advice/experience is fine by me. All these other rude comments are unwelcome

If JanC were as smart as she lets on she would comment using an alias instead of publishing anonymously.

Completed 878 with yet another lucky board & starting with stripe/wrapped combo. Only 1 star. Sure don't care. Probably used 200 gold bars to get 875 & 6. Boo hoo. Good luck! Laney

I got thru on the 1st try and was down to my last move and 1 jelly, in the corner, I can't believe it worked out.
I tried to concentrate on the jellies by the choc. machine because they get covered up & can be
hard to keep track of.
Then it was combos after combos-stripe with wraps.
I didn't come here 1st & wasn't aware of the best way to make a choc. ball & never had any.
Finally, I am not reading any posts that involve "JanC here" OMG Enough, please?! 😼
