Candy Crush Saga level 913

Hints and tips for level 913 Candy Crush Saga
Level 913 is not difficult to pass, but getting three stars is more difficult.
You need to collect the keys because there is jelly under them, but it's better to use colour bombs to collect them, which will give you more points than using stripes.
Concentrate on clearing the jelly using colour bombs if you can and leave the UFO's until the end, they will detonate once the jelly is all gone giving you more points.

Not as easy as the instructions indicated. That top key is hard to get because you have to make a horiz stripe high up. Color bombs? Next to impossible to make with 6 colors and the narrow playing field!

Agree with the above. This level is nasty! You have 6 colors and only get 25 moves and even if you get the keys early using color bombs you still need luck getting stripes to get the saucers and then the saucers to wipe out all the double jelly!

Got color bomb and strip that cleared most. I actually cleared the jelly twice only to fall short with points. :(

I too cleared the jelly by mixing a color bomb with stripe, but failed to get 200,000 pts. Darn!

Just made it 4th time,, but as the other 3times, short on points,, once ended up with 198322!!
I guess I have to wait until they change the level to 175000,,,

I don't think this level is easy at all!! I passed with one star by using a hammer on the last jelly key but having gone back after finishing the episode to see if I could improve/not use any boosters, I have failed to come anywhere near. Still, all the while you are on this level you aren't on the much more horrible level 914 :{. AS

I love how you get the advice to use color bombs to collect keys. How often can you get color bombs with 6 colors and a narrow playing field? Next to impossible.

Another tough one. Had a good board. Three of the keys were the same color. Luckily I started the game with a sprinkle booster. Took out the 3 keys of the same color with the sprinkle, and had a stripe for the last key. After the ufo's went off there wasn't much left to get. It was the second time I cleared the board. Not enough points the first time, but just made it this time with 4000 points to spare.

I started with a color bomb, fish from the daily spin and cleared it easily the 3rd time. Make sure you have the required points before you clear everything. (I used a color bomb stripe and then a color bomb to clear the top keys). Good Luck!

The first thing I did to beat this ridiculous level was to reset the board until I had a board I liked. I finally lucked out when getting all 4 keys on the left to be the same color. Then using a color bomb I had previously won from a free spin I detonated the keys. I won with 200,000 points on the dot!

Those who are not able to meet one star score even after clearing all jellies.Try playing on android device and do keep internet connections off..It doesn't matter what your score is only thing that matters is that you clear all jellies..good luck...

Play on android device if you clear the jellies you will automatically get one star score..good luck brother..

Thanks for the great tips!! Tried to reset the board till I got all the same color on the left side but didn't come up so used color bomb and fish twice and failed! lol and behold, after giving up for awhile I went back and got all blues keys and made a color bomb and wiped them out! After that worked the jelly to release UFO's and just when I thought it was all for nothing- it gave me a one star win with only 185000 points! LOL
Just goes to show those darn lucky boards control our lives! Great tips though, and I did learn that you can keep resetting and not lose your boosters which on an earlier level someone commented that you lose them good to know crushers!

Took about 20 tries, no boosters, and thanks to the bug, 1 star. I didn't have enough points to clear the level, but it automatically pushed me to the 1 star level.

The saucers were more trouble than helpful. I only set 1 off during the round (the rest went off when I finished the level). The top key is the hardest to get, so if you are lucky enough to get a sprinkle, match it with the color of the top key.

Thanks to resetting until getting all the keys on the left one color, then choosing a chocolate ball from my stash ( I get more of them than any other booster on the daily spin), this was easy. Thought I wasn't going to have enough points when I cleared the last jelly ( had to do it it as I was running out of moves), but the UFO,S resulted in enough points. JS

Just want to comment to a previous post. You do lose a chosen booster if you reset on iPad. You can reset the board as many times as you want, but if you have chosen a booster to insert on the board and then reset, you will lose that booster. This has been the case since the newest update. However, I still like the update in that you can see the board before before you choose a booster. Sometimes you can start with a board that will resort in a chocolate ball on the first move and then add one booster. Has helped me several times on the tough levels.

Got this one first try after reading the comments. Started with one of my 31 colour bombs (lol) from the free daily spins and matched it with a stripe that cleared all of the keys and most of the board with 23 moves left. Only needed 5 more moves to finish off the jelly. Took the advice above and turned off the Internet connection and finished with 173K. The saucers added points but not enough to get me to 200K Waited to see if I passed and I did. Gave me one star and a score of 200K. No idea why that happens but it's not the first time I haven't had the points and still passed

First try, no boosters, one star...did you hear that JanC?

Anonymous said...

Two tries, just lucky I guess. Got a colour bomb with stripe and that helped a lot

I also backed out until I had four blue keys. I was lucky enough to get a sprinkle and matched it with a blue. I also did not have the needed points, around 1700 but it passed me on to the next level saying I had 2,000! Go figure. I am not arguing!😊

Must have gotten a lucky board here. Did reset until I had a good looking board. Got lucky making a colour bomb early on and matched it with a stripe to grab a few keys. Ufos did the rest!

Thanks for your advice Van5!

JanC here. This one gave me a bit of trouble. Ahem..... Then i checked in here, and as usual got some wonderful advice tp reset until you get all keys the same colour! A few lives later managed to get through it with a 2 star score. Did manage to match a stripe with a 2nd colour bomb later on to hit the Ufo's which took care of most of the remaining jelly. May have been on this level for days if I hadnt checked in here to see the reset advice in regards to the keys. Thanks everyone and good luck! I hear the next level is a bear....

This same applies to iPhones

I haven't seen that update yet, they must be a bit slow updating it here (Australia). Regards AJ

Thanks for the tips, I used one of many colour bombs and was lucky enought to to match with a stripe, I cleared all jellies with 17 moves left, the resulting fish brought my score to 205k but I dare say I would have passed if I fell short just like everyone else using mobile devices. Anyway off to the dreaded 914. Regards AJ

Having played several times already and after reading the comments on here I reset the board till I got 4 keys the same color and used a sprinkle ball I'd earned on the wheel to win. As I got to the end I still had to use a hammer to get all the jelly but I didn't want to chance playing forever. Glad to be done. Apparently 914 is bad too.

Yet another level where I clearly didn't get the right amount of points but got through anyway...

Got really lucky got a color bomb and actually had 3 orange keys...1st try---but only 1 star...doesn't matter...I'll take that 1 star and move on!!!!

Thanks for the tip to wait for 4 keys the same color. I then used a color bomb from my stash and was able to clear the jelly easily. Passed with just 170,000 points.

Lucky chocolate bomb plus striped candy cleared all the keys then ufo cleared the jelly.enjoyable after the last level.

Darn I think I won't even try. LOL

Anonymous said...

Will keep trying. It's not a fun one. I need better moves to get top keys. Color bombs and stripes together would be great.

Yeah! Whatever! Not buying a

Passed on third try using a fish from the bonus wheel. 1 star but who cares! 😋

Well after coming on here to read comments, I took the advice from someone who said wait until there are at least 3 keys the same colour before I play, but it didn't make any difference. Then after a few more tries I decided to use two of my daily boosters, that too didn't help. A few more tries, some of which were good starts but then waned, I finally decide to use three of my daily boosters and that did the trick.
I found it quite hard to make the horizontal stripes. But then I used another sparkle that arrived with a stripe and that helped explode the keys to then unlock the spaceships.
Getting a lucky board is the only way you may get away with not using your daily boosters.

Good luck everyone

GC said...

Oh! I forgot to say I also used a hammer so I could drop the stripe next to the sparkle. 😁

I'm not sure what happened. It was easy enough to get all the jelly and then I tried making points. Still had all my flying saucers. At the end the saucers kicked in and I passed, but with only 178,000 points. Thought I had to get 200,000. ???? Oh well, I've never been one to look a gift horse in the mouth.
Thanks for all the great hints/tips.
