Candy Crush Saga level 929

Tips and help for level 929 Candy Crush Saga
Level 929 needs a bit of luck with the mystery candies, if you get all bad things like bombs and chocolate you may struggle to clear it. You will also need a good start as the moves are very limited and often a lot of moves are wasted without clearing any cream blockers, but with a few good things you should be able to clear level 929.
Once you have space to work make sure to look at the bottom, locked candies for any matches as they are sometimes difficult to see. Vertical stripes or stripe/ wrap combos will help to open up the board and a colour bomb better still if you can match it with a green or red candy.
Once you have a bit of space to work, which is the hardest thing to do on this level, concentrate on making combos to blast through the locked candies and jelly.

Struggling!

This one took about 3 days. No boosters, was able to cross a sprinkle with a red stripe early, and it pretty much cleared the board. Good luck!!

Got this on second try. Probably mostly good luck with getting super combos. With about 18 moves to go, I got a chocolate bomb next to a purple stripe (there were a lot of purple candies on the board) and that one move took out all the rest of the jelly on the board. JS

Took several tries, always resetting the top, but it came down to those lucky mystery candies.

FrankC from Amsterdam here. Very easy level. 3rd try I got it without much trouble.

18:32 Frank, once again is my troll. Agree with Cat, what the heck is in it for you?

Ive actually not completed this level yet.. Sigh..

Took a little while for me, it really comes down to getting lucky on the special candies. In the end I lucked out and completed with 8 moves left after about 30 attempts. Cheers AJ

Lucky on the second try. Chocolate bomb with a stripe, and only two surprises of chocolate....ugh. Finished with a chocolate bomb hitting a stripe to clear the last of the jelly. 2 stars only.

I had a lot of trouble with this level and wasted boosters until it finally dawned on me to use a sprinkle booster and the stripe paintbrush to stripe all the greens. I restarted until I had the sprinkle next to a green

The Real Cat here. Have to announce as it seems my troll is quite active in the past days.

Anyhow ya gotta love the paintbrush. Really helps out big on this specific level. And never thought of what anonymous at 4:44 posted, matching sprinkle with the brush. Good thinking and observation!

Theres really no need to announce it.....

I thought this was a surprisingly easier one. Not too difficult to clear as long as you focus on special candies.

I'm finding this level very tedious. Constant reshuffling, and with so many moves, it takes a while before knowing whether to give up/restart. Have gotten close a couple of times after about a week of mindless swapping.

Where do I get the fabled "paint brush" that several users have referred to?

Third attempt. Concentrate on wrapped candy to clear the bricks. Need bit of luck then with mystery candy.

I'm wondering the same thing. ..?

JSN: I understand that the paint brush was a booster that allowed one to add a stripe to a candy. Once per day, I think. I've read in this forum that it cost $40.00, and is no longer available

I have tried this level a few times before running out of lives. I haven't gotten very far, but so far it's fun.

This is definitely one of those "lucky board" levels, especially early on with all the reshuffles. Took 4 lives, and a lucky board that I was able to get two sprinkles together wiped out most of the board. still needed some stripes and wraps and a lollipop hammer to get the last jelly. I'd say restart til you get a good board to start with. Passed with only one star but if I cared about high scores I'd be back in the 200 levels! 😁

Stripe paintbrush? Where is that?

Where is the striped paintbrush? I've never seen it or heard of it.

Dirk said...

Me too. I asked two of them a few minutes ago.

No wonder I've never seen it. I've never spent money on this game, so I would have passed on it anyway. Thanks for the info!

Used a Chocolate Sprinkle Booster, and kept refreshing the board until it came up next to a red candy. Changed it with that and opened up the board. From there I just worked at getting combos and clearing jelly.

Good luck.
