Hints and tips for level 1197 Candy Crush Saga
Sideways stripes and stripe/wrap combos will clear level 1197 fairly easily. Two colour bombs switched together are also useful as they'll clear a layer off everything making your job of removing the cream blockers much easier.

Coconut wheel. First try.
First try, no boosters. You don't have to clear all the meringue only enough to release the ingredients and let them through.
F u cc!!!! Rigged moves just to get ya to buy boosters. Was so close and took away the move I needed to pass.
The third try was the successful one. I used a coconut wheel and scored several horizontal hits, then I moved two sprinkles next to each other and bingo! Level done.
Wow an easy timed level! Usually I freeze, the time goes by while my finger hovers uselessly above the board and board after board goes by without even getting close to the needed score. This one I passed on the second try with no boosters. I'm guessing from the relative lack of posts that this was pretty easy for most.
It's hard enuugh to pass some of these levels, but when the program keeps crashing in the middle of playing a level, it eats up 5 livess pretty quickly. No hope of making much progress in ghe game if it keeps being buggy like this.
