Best hints and tips showing how to pass level 1407 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
Level 1407 looks worse than it is. The jelly is all under the cream blockers so everything has to be cleared. The bombs can be a problem but they have a long countdown so you should be able to get to them before they count down to zero.
First see if you can make matches with the bombs as this will begin to break the blockers, otherwise you'll have to work your way in from the top right, which takes a bit longer.
Stripes, wraps and combos of the two will do a lot of damage and once the board begins to open up you'll be able to make colour bombs which you can use alone or switch with another special candy.
Keep an eye on the number of moves you have left and once your moves are less than the countdown on the bombs you can ignore them and concentrate on clearing jelly.
Look at the whole board before every move and if you have a good move on the conveyor don't try to save it as it won't stay!

Really enjoyed this level. It actually required a bit of skill rather than just another boring level that relies on getting a lucky board.
It needs a bit of both skill and luck. It's another level that's easy in theory, but you need a lot of combos and lucky cascades to clear the board.
Second try right down to the last move, no boosters, two stars. Got a chocolate sprinkle/stripe combo and a few wraps this time.
Once again, this video shows 40 moves and I have 45 on one Android device and 32 on the other. I don't undrstand how this is possible. Anyone else?
Sharon
Wow took me a long time to get this one. Couldn't make a combo to save my life! Should have started with a colour bomb! Managed one star only, as the combos didn't come u til I was well into the game. Need to watch every move. And yes, Sharon, on my iPad it's only 32 moves. As it is, I had t use a couple of hand switches to get me through. Guess I'm spoiled with all these boosters. Don't like playing a level more than about 5 times or I get frustrated! Good luck everyone!
Happy New year to all ccs fans.A few moves on this level 32
Harder on mobile with less moves
Mobile version much harder with less moves
I struggled with this one on my iPad. I have fewer moves (as usual!) and I frequently ran out before I could finish. Eventually it all worked out and I only needed a lollipop for the final candy. PHEW!! A real marathon.
Played on my tablet-Android.
Passed...45 moves on Android...
But felt much easier than my mobile Android phone.
on my android phone , its 30 moves only. seems difficult.
Struggled on iphone got it first try on PC - no boosters.( was getting free wrapped candy on phone plus added color bomb.)
Mist be nice having 40 moves. I only get 32.
Managed first attempt. Usual combinations opened up the level then just lucky combinations did the rest. Bombs not a problem.
Tried this level about 100 times and have not even come close once. uggggh! Only 32 moves are available on my pc and on my phone. Grrrrr.
I've been playing this for the last few days and never even got close. I ended up using a sparkle and fish, then I got a sparkle and stripe which eventually left me with 7 jellies and only one move left. So I used 3 handswitch and 4 hammers to finish it. This was an awful level for me and it should have been labelled a hard level. Glad to be moving on.
Good luck to anyone else who experiences the same.
AGAIN! Fewer moves on iPad and iPhone. Not fair. Video should show fewer move scenario. Frustrating and not fair.
AGAIN! Fewer moves on iPad , desktop and iPhone. Not fair. Video should show fewer move scenario. Frustrating and this needs to be corrected.
Needed two more moves to win, but of course I didn't have those extra moves that the video did.
This level was a pain in the ass. Had to use 2 hammers to finish it off. Wait for the lucky board because boosters will not help
Boosters always helps when they're used correctly. I have plenty of them because of the helmet. Used wrap/color combo to get me started, and then I studied the board, anticipating two or three moves in advance. Think of it as a chess game, you'll be surprised, on to 1408 with the helmet in tow.
