Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2728 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Clear the jelly in 15 moves to complete level 2728 Candy Crush Saga.
The jelly is all in the bottom section of the board where there are no jellies to begin with.
The best way to clear level 2728 is by using the frog. You don't have enough moves to fill it up by making matches, so look for colourbombs from the first move and use them to fill the frog.
Once you can use the frog put it on the conveyor in the bottom where the jelly is and look for another colourbomb to fill it up again. Do this for each of the three sections with jelly and you will easily clear the level.
If you have more than one colourbomb on the board save one to refill the frog once you have used it, there is no point using a colourbomb for any other reason.

Colorbombs help but I started with a fish booster and it went right to the jelly.

Wasted 2 fish boosters and each time it gave me 1 fish the whole game which broke only 3 jellies. Another time I placed the frog on a jelly which destroyed the surrounding jelly but not the one it sat on so had to grow him again and move him one square over - glitch! Finally got a lucky board with 2 chocolate sprinkles next to each other which destroyed 2 sections and managed to use the frog to destroy the last section.
Mrs. Cookies explanation is fantastically working, so in this case don't try anything else and don't waste boosters, you won't need it. Tried the strategy shown in the video and was through after maybe 8 attempts.
I did exactly what they suggested in the main advise - it's fairly easy to make colour bombs, so watch out for moves to create them. them switch them to grow the frog - do this 3 times for the 3 sections with jellies. Finished with 3 moves spare! Fran
pretty much over this game. moved on the garden scapes and occasionally home scapes but it is annoyingly like jelly saga which I ditched ages ago because it is just stupidly impossible til you pass for no reason. I am tired of this game and the impossible levels. but I came back to it tonite and realized why I hadn't played in weeks. just no fun anymore. but I will try the tips. just feel like I've lost the love.
Passed this level 1st try, followed cookie's great advice, had helmet to start with too, which helped!

Color bomb (sprinkle) combined with a blue wrap while the conveyor was loaded with blues did the trick for me. Explosions made quick work of the jelly, and the licorice was no longer a deterrent. Frog just blinked and looked on. Never had to use it. Seven moves left, three stars. Yay!

This would work better if there wasn't a glitch where my frog stops growing no matter how many matches.
start with a color bomb and a fish booster , wait till you have 12 candy's of the same color as the frog that will fill it up, then make another color bomb or try to fill the frog with matches and the fish will go after the jelly
