Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2823 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have only 16 moves to clear all the jelly and complete level 2823 Candy Crush Saga.
The earlier you can unlock the keys the better chance you will have of clearing level 2823. But be careful how you collect them. The best way to collect the keys is by using a colourbomb, either on purple or red, this will give you all the keys and unlock the dispensers which drop special candies.
The chocolate will also collect the keys for you, but this takes longer and if you clear any of the candies under the chocolate it will stop it from growing and you will have to collect the rest of the keys yourself, so better to try to make a colourbomb, or use a colourbomb booster.
The keys also unlock countdown bombs which have only a 6 move countdown, so keep an eye on the number of moves you have left as you won't have to worry about the bombs once you have less than 6 moves.
Use the stripes from the dispenser and check the mystery candies on the left as these can also be helpful if you are lucky.
Colourbombs and colourbomb combos are the way to go as there is a lot of jelly and not many moves.

Took me a few tries to get this. Played mostly at the bottom and finally the cascades cleared most of the board. Good luck everyone!
Not quite as many moves left as anonymous, but I made it with ball/purple.
can't get this one...the bombs get me before I can get all the jelly...even with space dash AND fish booster

Yes, 10 blockers, much more difficult to clear.
No boosters, but needed the extra moves from lucky spin. Onward.

My version is completely different. I have to get 640,000 points in 25 moves. Bombs are locked in a block of 9 in candy canes. Scoring is hard after collecting keys, even with getting several bombs per move.

Very different- 55 squares to clear with 12 moves and cream blockers on the board. It will take and extremely lucky board.
I only have 14 moves even with boosters I am finding it impossible need a fluke!

Oh come ON! This is ridiculous! No way of making a sideways stripe and even if you could, the chances of it being in line with a key are slim. Also, if you do happen to make one but the chocolate then gets in the way, it won’t then collect the keys. Finally, even without the bombs you’d never be able to collect 55 jellies in 14 moves with all those blockers, especially as they’re layered, and they have jellies underneath. At least make it seem achievable (and to all those who have previously complained about people complaining - this is why we do. Because the game is fixed so you don’t win unless you are willing to buy boosters. And because the game is addictive, we still keep playing and so King are trying to exploit an addiction).
(Oh, and if you do use a sprinkle it’ll be out somewhere where it’s nowhere near a red and can’t be used. Every time)
I only get 14 moves and dont have Any Boosters. I used my 2 candy hammers on it already. This is a crazy level. It seems impossible to clear. And Only 14 Moves. I been playing this level since last night. I Cant Get anywhere on this.😣😢. I guess theres nobody to help me here. Thanks anyway. Yall had 16 moves?

Sounds like you had the same one I have. 14 moves ans so many things Blocking me. I hate this level. Its so STUPID! And then they Cheat too by taking away candy that ya was gonna use.
