Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2866 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2866 is a points level, you have to score 60,000 points to complete the level.
The only way to pass this level is to make colourbombs and keep using them as soon as you get them. Stripes don't score much although wraps score a bit better.
Colourbomb/wrap combos are quite good but colourbomb/stripes are less good, better to use a colourbomb on a single colour and hope you can make another.
Ignore the spawner on the left side of the board, I never managed to clear it and completed the level a couple of times without boosters.

I had at least 3 stripes and 12 fish attack the spawner. The thing never exploded. I'm not all that annoyed, because I beat the level anyway. Just don't worry about the spawner, because it doesn't matter!
full space helmet helped with this one, I didn't hit the spawned and still passed, colour bombs and wraps help.
iPad NO space dash last few days. App up to date... help anyone?
I have space dash on one Android tablet but not on the other one. They are both Samsung Galaxy S.
I agree you don't have to destroy the evil spawner. Carol the elder don't stop the cascades at the end because that's how I got over 1,000 points to win.

First try. It was easy
Space helmet plus all boosters did it. I did not swap the,sprinkles. I had the points with a lot of moves to go, so still had to play it out. Thank you, anonymous, 8 November at 12:28: the tap to quit doesn't come up unless you have won the game, so there is no danger of quitting too early.

You don't need only luck, here the way how to do it without any boosters: ignore the spammer completely, the trick is to create little cascades, therefore wraps are good, double wraps are perfect (especially at the bottom of the board). CBs can be used early in the game (preferably with wrap or stripe) and should be saved in the end (results normally in more points). Do stripes of course also if possible. Improved with this way from 55000 two times to 57000 two times to 63000 in the end
Happy for you guys who says it's easy and manage to clear this level at first try. I make a lot of wraps, stripes a CB but still can't score the points. Started to get bored... posting for luck.

Took 4 tries with no boosters. Nice easy one. Colourbombs are the key, as many as you can make, supplemented with any other specials you can make.

I have been playing for a couple days. Free boosters with space dash did not help me, they self detonate right away. I can't come close!! And a sale on boosters! Coincidence??!!
Day 4, not even close. I average 40000. That's with Helmut racer boosters! Spin for extra moves lands on color bombs. Starting with boosters are not much help because they self detonate. But there's a cyber sale. I am not buying more boosters. I am ready to call it quits! It's not fun anymore
Tried several times with a full helmet, no luck yet. Hoping that after posting, I’ll get the elusive lucky board!

Lucky board please- getting nowhere - not even close
Had three colour bombs including a colour-colour double but didn’t make it. One game a while ago I got 58850 using 5 extra moves. Since then not even close.
