Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2873 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2873 is a dual task level, you have to collect 22 cherries and clear the jelly in 23 moves.
First you need to clear some of the licorice so you can get some candies into the bottom part of the board. Then you need wrapped candies! Lots of wrapped candies to grow the popcorns at the bottom. There is jelly under the popcorns so they all need to be cleared and the cherries can't get to the exits until they are gone.
If you can get two colourbombs together switch them to clear the board and grow the rest of the popcorns by one stage.
You don't really need to worry too much about the cherries until you have some of the popcorns cleared, but don't forget about them of you may find you still have one to collect when the jelly is cleared.
The video below was made before the changes and has 25 moves but the strategy is the same, blast those popcorns with everything you have.

Colorbombs create themselves pretty regularly.
The issue, though, is that you absolutely have to start the level with a colorbomb+colorbomb combo in order to get those bottom corner popcorns started, or else you'll find yourself at the end of the level with everything cleared except for 1 popcorn... which magically hasn't even started growing.
Can't believe there is only one comment on this level. Could it be a sign people are fed up with levels which take 3 days and a pile of boosters to pass. The fun is being sucked out and people are finally giving up and moving on to other games.
Getting nowhere near completing this level. Wrapped candies are definitely needed but can't make enough with the licorice continually growing and too many popcorns to zap with not enough moves.May be here a while. Agh!

playing this game only make me stress and frustrated, for my health concern i should quit this game, beside the fun is no longer exist since king become greedy and just want us to spend money on this stupid game !

King has changed this level to Super Hard class and made it 26 moves. it is now possible with a little luck. I have tried for over a week and completed it now with the extra moves and no boosters. I believe they do hear our complaints and want you to continue. Dont get discouraged and quit. Maybe you do have to spend a little money but if you enjoy the game and it doesnt cost more than a cup of coffee once in a while why not?

Thanks, that's true for me, too. I am addicted and want new games, so I pay a little bit once in a while to continue when one level is too hard or boring ... But I also think that it's fun to really work hard on a level and succeed in the end (instead of either having too easy levels or do everything only with space dash and without dwelling over it how to solve the riddle)
The developers of this game have gone on holidays and just want us to stay on till they get back and maybe they will give us some reasonable levels so we can have some fun again. You think?

Don’t see how it’s possible to pass this without double colorbomb to start and then lots of boosters. Not enough moves.
I’m fed up with the idiots who devise these levels. This cannot be passed to get 2 ingredients down and all the jelly in 26 moves. EFF you King!

Another impossible level. Once I got two choc balls together using a hand switch, but still didn't even get close. May I rant once again about how unfair it is that some people get space dash and others do not? I can't get it. Why is that so? I used to give CC a couple of dollars occasionally, but no more. No more money out of me. With each level I get closer to quitting this game. I play infrequently now. I play Cookie Jam on a more regular basis. Sorry Candy Crush, you've lost your edge.

This level was kind of fun and kind of pain in the arse. Passed it without boosters after several attempts.
Well, I got the lucky board. It helped getting a choc ball with stripe twice. Then two choc balls together.
BEWARE oh dear used my last piñata on this, and although it cleared the board it didn't get the cherries. I'm distraught need very lucky board please

I finally got a lucky board! Now on to 2874 and it's ridiculously hard as well!!!!
I used a helmet colorbomb and added a color bomb of my own. Then after I reset enough to get them together set them off. Waited for the cherry to be in a position to drop and set off the new piñata booster. The rest came easy.
Nothing but hard and superhard levels lately, made even harder with chocolate and licorice. That's no fun.
This is even worse than the prevìous level..its almost like king want us to fail posting for luck

I don't know how many days on this level. Boosters are gone. And I don't want to buy more. This level like the rest,need extra moves. If course they are on sale. For a long time I sat at the last level waiting for new ones. Now because I resist buying Boosters, I am stuck for days on a level. This game is no longer fun! More of a chore!! I either clear all jelly with 1 fruit lwft!! Or I clear all fruit with one popcorn left, or a few jelly left. Or BUY more moves??!!

I have 28 moves now but it is still not happening even after getting a 2 hour free play. I've come close but that doesn't help. I seem to get really good boards the first time I play in the AM so I guess I'll just have to wait.
