Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2956 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 2956 is a jelly level and is classified as a hard level, so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it, I certainly did!.
Work downwards and outwards to clear the blockers and licorice so that your stripes and combos will have an effect on the side and bottom where the jelly will be covered in chocolate.
Once you can use combos to clear the chocolate you'll have to try to clear as much as possible by using a combo of some sort.
Hitting the chocolate with a single stripe won't help much but will help to keep the chocolate under control. A stripe/wrap combo will help keep the chocolate from covering all the jelly in the side and bottom and will help with the main playing area too.
You will need some powerful combos to clear this level, colourbomb combos are useful but often it is more useful to use a stripe/wrap to clear the chocolate and let the colourbomb take whatever colour it wants to.

This is not a fair level at all. IMPOSSIBLE
I have wasted countless boosters (bought and paid for like a fool) on this level. When a possible win with hammers has been close, the time it takes to get to the hammer runs out the clock! Another money grab by King. I will check back in a week to see if changes have been made. If not, the end for me.
Only 45 sec, definately not enough.
First 3 tries, not even close.
4th try, got the 2 CB from the SD next to each other for start - that make the all difference.
Even then it was not easy.
2 CB for a start is a must.

Again wasn't looking forward to this timed level. Got really lucky with a chocolate sprinkle combo on board at start. Finished my 1st try with 21 seconds left.

UGH UGH UGH!!! Need MUCH luck!!
Just lucky - on timed levels I use SD plus the additional wrap and cb. All three cb were next to each other. Gave a great start then got another cb and did one switch to get a stripe wrap combo and finished first try. I hate timed levels and admit I was lucky this time around. The earlier timed level I ended up using quite a few hammers (luckily I had collected quite a few) and some extra time.
Ready to give up this is ridiculous.
I also added a CB and stripe/wrap boosters to the space dash. I used a swap at the open to give three CB’s together and matched them. Things happened fast then. I don’t think I ever hit an extra time candy. They wound up getting covered with chocolate and I concentrated on clearing the jelly. With time winding down, I used two hammers to get the last jelly on an adrenaline high! Whew, what a relief!
45 seconds on tablet is insane, especially with all the blockers and locked candies. Definitely need cb boosters for this one.

Ridiculous! I had the space dash and added extra boosters as suggested after a couple of futile tries. Cleared a ton but as I was working chocolate starting moving fast. Didn't want to be on this level for days so I used that cornucopia booster that I got as a prize for something and it blew the board sky high! Don't know how to collect these but I'd love to secure another one;)

Posting for luck! Even when the board switch, the +5 candies remain on the right! So unfair.....
This level starts to get boring. Chocolate blocking the extra time candies, double meringue and double licorice blockers. Seems a bit of overkill. The beginning board is too small to use boosters. You won't get any more time if you hit the time candies in the beginning. And good luck getting a double sprinkle booster together like in the video! All in all, no fun.

I’m so frigging tired of timed levels. No fun at all. This episode has been exhausting.
I have played over 200 games and not even close,, I am giving up for awhile
I'm blue in the face trying to pass this level. I bought bars n wasted boosters.. Sick to death of it....
And the agony continues! Just thought I'd finally be done with this horrid level, but no such luck!!! I was done to one blocker. Used 2 hammers and when I went to use the third, time ran out! 😟 I'm out of patience. No more wasting MY time...BYE KING!!!

Still working on it now, but have played soooo many times! I have not spent one penny on Candy Crush and never will... I just get free boosters on phone, otherwise play without. Got this far along without wasting money! But this level is ridiculous! I HATE times levels...
It took me a couple of days to finally beat this one (no boosters), but I found it really fun. And while it of course requires some luck, I also noticed myself getting better at it over time, so it's definitely a skill thing too.

Did it using morts helmet plus sprinkle booster . 2 sprinkles next to each other and half the board gets cleared. Another tip is when you have helmet full at the end of the game just close the app when reopened helmet is still full. That's on an iphone
This level should be classified as a Impossible level candy crush not fun anymore got better things to do then waste my time on this stupid game

I was having no luck with this level even with helmet and starting with two CBS together. Then someone commented about using the piñata booster. I have 3 so next time it looked like I had a chance to win, I used it. Cleared every jelly except one which I had plenty of time left to get. JS
Are you kidding? 90 seconds isn't enough time...I can imagine your frustration with only half that...it's enough that I hate timed levels, let alone a ridiculous one...hoping for help...thanks for everything up till now..

Even at this for days. Not possible with wasted time reshuffling numerous times at beginning.
CANNOT.BE.DONE.....in time allotted....don't know how much longer....timed levels take a lot out of you....
Here is my conclusion....when you play a timed level that is impossible, one has to be quick, however, one slows down after time because he/she just doesn't care anymore.....this level has to change to allow more time or has to change...period!
Tried every booster mentioned above, still trying! Getting frustrated and bored.

whats the point to give us those time candies cause if you dont start the game with booster the chocolate will eat up all the time candies, is just stupid.

I was at this for days and days. Just kept playing with no boosters at all in hopes of honing what little skill this took. And then there was the lucky board and somehow it just happened. My suggestion, USE NO BOOSTERS. Don’t waste them. Just keep playing and then voila, it will happen. It just might take a couple of weeks...
