Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3083 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3083 is a jelly level with lots of chocolate spawners to hinder you.
Since the tips were written level 3083 has been made significantly harder by reducing the moves and giving only one stripe dispenser in the bottom right square.
Concentrate on growing the popcorn in the bottom right with stripes and stripe/wrap combos. Once the popcorn is grown it will almost always drop through the portal with a stripe from the dispenser next to it. Switch them together for a good clearance of jelly.

Now there are 18 moves, 5 colours and 63 jellies.
There is only one striped dispenser above the popcorn as well
Ridiculous level - is candy crush now just a game of who has the most boosters ????
Used a chocolate sprinkle/wrap combo making sure that candy directly on top of popcorn was same color as the wrap. After that hit popcorn again with a stripe/wrap combo and it was easy to clear rest of jellies.

I don’t know if anyone else experienced this but I never got any special candies to drop from the dispensers even though I cleared the candies underneath them multiple times.
I also have only 18 moves and like several others, there is only one striped dispenser above the popcorn...where no striped candy comes out of.

To Bear with me: That's because the maximum amount of striped candies on the board is only 1. So, if you already have a stripe on the board, none other will drop from the dispensers.
This level 3083 is ridiculous very different from solution in google as only one candy dispenser and also no special candy coming from it
Another head-scratcher....how to get any stripes/wraps, etc., to show up and help....this frustrating level is another in the saga of playing the same level over and over again...you would think that after playing for soooo long, a helpful board would appear....and having a middle/top square (on the right side) that is even more difficult to activate doesn't help....come on now!!!!

Simply impossible. I am really tired of this shit. This is not a game, is a pain in the ass. NO REASON TO PLAY AGAIN AND AGAIN THE SAME F...ING BOARD.
CANDY CRUSH wastes the most valuable thing we have: our free time.
I started with a color bomb & stripe/wrap boosters. I kept resetting (on iPad) & found a board set up to make a color bomb.
I used color bomb with a stripe which actually burst the popcorn. I had to use hand switch to put a stripe next to wrap.
That left me with 2 jellies left. I used a hammer to take out 1 jelly & a stripe/stripe to take the other.
I had 18 moves. It can be done but damn. They changed it from 25 moves & 36 jellies to 18 moves & 63 jelly. REALLY CC??

Posting for luck. I don't even know if that will help. I got an hour of free play and still got nowhere. Very frustrated
Every level, like a jigsaw, should have a solution... but this is one of the MOST sick levels here at CC. Buying boosters? NO way!

Failed so many times on iPad. Then tried phone. Exactly the same requirements, moves, etc, but after the first two moves I only needed 9 jellies. It's always worth trying on a different device!

so how to remove that one square middle top right that McT mentioned on Feb 8 2018? I cleared everything else with several moves remaining, but can't seem to get anything to occupy that square so I can get it. Please advise? Much appreciated!
