Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3091 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
The fishing floats in the middle of the board are locked and will not give any fish until you have collected the keys, each key will unlock one of the floats and allow it to be used.
The fish will be helpful, but you shouldn't have to rely on them completely as all the jellies are accessible.
As usual work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and look for combos whenever possible. Use combos to hit the floats once they are unlocked and the fish will clear up the last bits of jelly for you.

Harder level. Will require a lucky board.
20 moves now. Not possible even with a lucky board. Fix it CC. I’ll wait until they add moves.
Once again did my favorite. Combined 2 CB and was off to a good start. Hit the floats every chance I had
Why tell us you used 2 cb 's. Lots of us don't have space dash so your comments just don't help any of us. Some useful hints please
Just after posting passed this level by using all 3 boosters the chocolate sprinkle + stripped candy did a lot of damage. Keep your eye on the number of moves . There are only twenty and they seem to count down very quickly.
I think I got a lucky board. CB with stripe managed to clear all the keys in the first move. I played the bottom half of the board and the cascades slowly cleared the top half also. It was fairly easy to keep making stripes and this finished it off with 13 moves to spare. I didn't concentrate on hitting the floats as it seemed to be easy enough to clear the jelly without having to win fish from floats.
I used double CB, stripe/wrap combo, fish booster plus I purchased 100 gold bars and used those to get lollipop hammers, and I got it first time! Yeah me!
pfffff another level where luck is the only way.
Used all my boosters, not even close.
Don't know if it is worth while to wait again.
Every level does not work without luck.....instead of using your head.

What instrument is someone who cannot get Space helmet? I play on PC at FB and on cell phone and Kindle Fire. Believe the cell and Kindle are Android.
I haven't passed this level yet, seems pretty hard. However, if you are desperate you can scroll all the way back to level 606 and play 3 times. Then take your space dash loot back to this level and just keep backing out until the boosts are lined up to your liking.
Watched the video. At least now I know what a lucky board looks like. I can't get below 30 jellies left.

I have tried starting with multiple different combos of boosters and can't come close! This isn't fun!
