Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3099 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You need to collect the 5 keys to unlock all the locked cells, some of which have chocolate under the locks.
The fish from the fishing float have priorities, when you get fish they will go first to any chocolate that is on the board, if there is no chocolate they will go to the keys and lastly they will clear jelly. So if you bear this in mind when you are thinking about your moves it is best to clear the chocolate first if you need to get the corner jellies cleared.
Hit the float with combos whenever possible to get plenty of fish and they will almost clear the board for you.

If you can start this level with a stripe/wrap combo that hits the float then this board is very easy to beat. The fish from the first play will hit all the keys.
I started with a double cb combo (thank goodness for the Valentines dash) and the board pretty much cleared itself with cascades.
So far, every level has started with double love letters bonuses. I get four CB’s, four wraps, and four stripes to start. I don’t know how this happened, but I like it! I remember there was a little glitch when I played levels to get the love letters so maybe that’s it. I was notified I had earned the full letters, but the gauge on the sidebar didn’t show it so I kept playing until it showed in the gauge. This is sure a Valentine’s gift! ❤️😊
Chocolate sprinkle/stripe combo finished 1st try with 11 moves left.

Well seems I should have played a few days ago...now it is down to 14 moves...a bunch of bombs with countdown of 8 that are covered and blockers...I have been at it all day and getting nowhere,,..the bombs count down and they are all over the place once things fall....I have tried the space dash and used different boosters but I need to see how this is done..please give some help Cookie...thanks you,,,never mind the help...got it...don;t know how but as I was typing this was already replaying the game and all of a sudden things started flying and it was over...don't even know what happened....good luck whoever gets here soon

This is a hard level..very hard,it doesn't say it is and I read you have lowered the moves yet again..No fun or skilled in this level

This is a bit of a funny level as you decide the moves, true, but whether you get through or not isn't skill, it is totally up to getting the right board. The only reason it is not labelled hard is they send the right board usually within a couple of days.
If you can't hit the sticks with a combo at one stage, you won't get through as you need several fish, which will hit choc first then the keys.
Boosters didn't get me through (though they may help other people) but I think if you use a booster, it signals something to the King computer program and they seem to send the lucky board not too much later.

This level is sooooooooooooooooo annoying. It's apparently not a hard one but it's taking forever for me to get through.
Wowwee..not enough moves, no boosters. This is just another hard level ..quite boring if you ask me

Just passed this level took a few plays .. if you try and make jellies and make the fish you will get there its all about hitting thd float good luck
