Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3104 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 200 yellow candies which are provided by lucky candies which drop down from the dispensers at the top of the board.
Unfirtunately you also get licorice dropping from the dispensers which you need to keep under control to have any chance of clearing this level.
What you need to do is create cascades of exploding wraps, which will keep the licorice from taking over as well as collect the yellows you need without wasting too many moves. For this reason look for chances to make wraps at every opportunity, match them alone or switch two together for the best results.
At all costs avoid combos like stripe/wrap combos if your board has no licorice, this will release loads of the stuff and you will waste moves getting rid of it again. Only use these combos if they are next to licorice so that it is destroyed with the switch, not the blast.
Colourbombs are OK for changing and collecting yellows, but are not a priority so go for a wrapped candy before a colourbomb.
At the time of writing there are 25 moves but this may change in the future. The game below is completed in 18 moves.

Really not easy. Will try again using Miss Cookie's tips. Hoping to get enough wrapped candies.
Ms. Cookies tip is the way to go. The only way to complete this level in the allotted moves is to get cascades and the way to do that is with wraps. Even so, I still neede to spin the wheel for 5 extra moves in order to finish the first time.
followed ms cookies tips used a swap twice to get it next to a wrap. i tried not to match the yellow and just let the board take care of that. good luck
I've started with wrap booster and made plenty of wrapped candies. No matter what...Not enough yellow fall. Oh hum...more mindless playing till I get lucky board.
This is a toughie! Even with the double love letters booster I somehow have, it took three tries and buying five extra moves to get it. Good luck everyone

Cascades are random, so you really do need a lucky board.

Like Carol, I too have been given the double love letters booster. I also used a lucky tick booster and started by combining one of the color bombs with a wrap. This created a cascade and more wraps seemed very easy to form creating more cascades each time. Finished with 2 moves to spare.
This level is hard, but it produces tons of sugar candies which can be gathered to provide boosters for use in future levels. I collected 82 of them with my first five lives today. I watched the little ads at the start of the level to get boosters to start, but other than the three extra moves, they haven't gotten me close. But as long as I can collect lots of sugar candies I don't mind that it is taking a while to get through this level. Though I'm sure that eventually I'll get tired of it, and will start hoping for the lucky board.

Nowhere near on the PC but got it first try on Android. Lots of cascades, so I didn't have much to do with it. Onward.

Of course it doesn't work and I wish people would stop doing it. Endless "posting for luck" messages just produces a load of mindless drivel to scroll through in the hope of finding useful tips people have added. Just stop. Please.
And this level is just ridiculous, isn't it? No real skill, just hope and a shedload of wasted time.

First tried it myself few times No change Then used the wrap tip and started with cb and wrap stripe combo Got it first try
If you use some logic, how can "posting for luck" help? Perhaps on the very start of the board, but after you make one move you'd be on your own anyway. No way they could help people with their countless possible moves after the initial board set up. You just have to hope for 2 or 3 huge cascades on this one.

This level is impossible. Even when you get a good start with multiple wraps forming and some nice cascades it all grinds to a stop once you get below 100 and the liquorice drops on every move you make and you waste your remaining moves trying to clear it. Even had an hour of free lives and got nowhere near. I don't mind a bit of a challenge but this is just a waste of time.
Another stupid level that requires no skill and only luck. Why do we keep playing? BTY, has anyone ever spun the wheel and got the big jackpot? Yeah, me neither.

Seriously...a fairly easy board...not so. Have tried all the tips, made plenty of wraps..hardly any cascades..not like the video...and I still end up with 50 yellows left. Definitely another lucky board level. :-(

I cannot believe how many times I have played this game even had 2hrs free play and still not getting anywhere near finishing. These games are ridiculous and very boring I seem to be spending days and days on the the games in this level. CANDY CRUSH is certainly not fun any more as the games are getting more and more difficult to pass. Time the creative team looked at the way they are making this game difficult to play. One more day of trying and then I will give up on CANDY CRUSH.

Following all of Cookie’s instructions, but not coming close—-at least 50-70 yellows left when moves are over. What is going wrong? Just hoping for that lucky board !! ( and more wraps ! )
Don’t know what my problem is, but I can’t even come close in 20 moves. Even with lots of wraps and cascades, I’m still short of yellows. Been on this for three days and used a lot of lives and have never come closer than 43 left. Most of the time ,I have over 100 to go. Ugh!! The only thing I can hope for is that super lucky board !!

Been starting with a CB, it doesn't matter, first 3 moves only give licorice, in 5 games I got to 64 left, cascades if lucky, No skill needed. no tips provided because it's all luck only.

Finally...no tips, sorry. It's really just luck. I started with 2 wraps, got down to 48 yellows. Spun the wheel for extra moves and luckily got 15 extra moves. Pure luck.

Finally. I used Ms Cookies tips and with 1 move left I launched the wrap booster the used a switch to match up a wrap with a color bomb. That did it! Moving on.
Help, no boosters so no win...
This level is only doable with extra moves. I got 15 from the play-on wheel. Lucky, cuz I would never have passed this level without the extra moves.

Tired of playing this level lucky board plz
So the pattern is, use the five lives and get nowhere. Refuse to buy anything as a matter of principle. Try half heartedly for a few days. Get no pleasure from it. Get nowhere. Refuse to buy anything as a matter of principle (they get nothing from me whereas if the playing field was more level I’d buy boosters or extra moves). Play a few more times. Leave it for a few days, play, refuse to buy anything. Get nowhere. I know that, eventually, the game will play itself but these days I feel less and less inclined to play or wait. What’s the point? I deleted the app once before and it was a year before I reinstalled it: really close to deleting again.
After YEARS of playing I do think I have been defeated. I will play until my boosters are gone and then find a new game. Been on this level for over a month and I am bored. No stones thrown, just my time to go. Thanks for all the good years!
