Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3110 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3110 is a dual task level, you have to collect two ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
This is a very hard level as there are multi hit blockers stopping the cherries from getting to the exits and the only way to clear the blockers is with both combos and fish from the floats.
Stripe/wrap combos are great for clearing the blockers and at the same time they will hit the floats and give you lots of fish.
A good combo for clearing the marmalade and jelly in the bottom right section is a colourbomb/stripe or a colourbomb/wrap. Either of these combos will clear most of the bottom right section.
Apart from the bottom right you don't have to worry too much about the jelly as it will be mostly cleared from under the blockers by the fish.
There are not many moves so if you don't get a good start you are unlikely to pass.

A challenging level indeed. Should be labeled as Hard Level. Just not enough moves to clear jelly and break blockers. Will keep trying.
Much easier with a color bomb and stripped candy. Won first time I used the combo

which have 4 x CB & 4 x stripe & wrap combo in it.

I've been working on this level for a few days. It's been difficult but fun to play. What is a lovely letter?
I found this episode fairly easy to complete but used fish boosters on a few levels. Found the love letter boosters very helpful and cleared all but one level the first time. But, very difficult to get 3 stars on a lot of the levels.
I completed this level with 6 moves to go. Concentrate on the blockers on the left side of the portals. Clearing both blockers on the left and right takes more moves. Once the blockers on the left side of the portals are cleared, make a vertical match underneath it. That will facilitate the falling of the cherries.
I was able to extend my first-go streak to 69 games. Level 3104 is scary. Once, the board was almost full of licorice. It’s a good thing there were 3 candies of the same color and I was able to continue due to the reshuffle. If there were no 3 candies of the same color, it would have been Game Over, since any amount of reshuffle won’t let you continue. Even then I have to buy extra moves to extend the streak because I was one move short of completing the order.
The streak is on, extended to 120.
For the first time during this streak, I needed the 5 extra moves from the free spin to pass level 3104 on my first go.
Couldn't do it without the help of the boosters from the SD/SS/LL whatever King name it.
Tammy - the “lovely letters”is what King is calling Space Dash because of Valentines Day. As someone mentioned -you can actually get a double space dash and end up with 4cbs and 4stripes and wraps. Made it a lot easier to get through the episode first time but did not get 3 stars on several levels and on two of them(including 3110) I needed to get 5 extra moves to finish first try.
Oh ok thank you Bear with Me. I don't get the space dash so that explains why I didn't know what the letters were. I thought it might have been something different that I might be able to get.
Another fairly easy episode. I didn't get the "double" Lovely Letters. Level 3104 took three tries and had to spin for five extra moves only needing one of those moves to finish. Finished the rest 1st try. Til next Wednesday.

KK, I also had the double love letters. It certainly was a big help. I don’t know what I did to get it. Maybe CC somehow knows I’m really old and feeble? Anyway, even with all those boosters, I did have to restart 3104 a couple times and then used some of my gold bars for extra moves. Congrats to everyone who made it through without the extra help, you rock!
Hurray for double love letters. I finished this episode with a gold crown on every level. First time I could ever say THAT!

With hints from here I completed all levels of this episode 3096 to 3110 in first attempt except for two.
Down to 14 moves now. All but impossible even with great boosters

FINALLY completed this level. Started with a full Love Letter and a fish booster. Followed someone above advice to work on the blockers at the bottom left side. Had to use a hand switch on the last move. Well worth it!
I actually completed this entire chapter on the 1st try for each level! Wish I could post a picture
Now I passed it with all booster to start and 4 hands at last. Without boosters impossible

Finished this level last Monday and there aren't any new levels. I thought new levels come out on Wednesday of each week. Am I wrong?

Played level 606 6 times to get 2 of each booster, added a fish, started with cb to stripe, finished with 3 moves to spare after 3 days! Whoo hoo
I play on iPad and got the love letter boosters which has ended. I am seeing space dash boosters.

Lucky board arrived!!! I hope these are helpful hints for someone struggling with this level.
1.). Try to unlock the cherry on the right side first. Then swap the cherry to the last column on the right column so it fall through to the lower right side. You will need to clear the jelly which is a requirement. This by passes the frosting blockers.
2.) The second cherry will appear only when the first cherry is captured. For me the second cherry appeared on the left side and I was unable to swap it to the last column on the right to by pass the frosting blockers. I manage to unlock the left side of the frosting blockers right and bottom only so the cherry could cascade to the lower right side. Soon other words no need
I ended up losing 10 gold bars to get 5 extra moves to complete I was so close as the 2nd cherry was in the right side portal.
Cascading is the key to winning as well

Susie, those of us who play on iPad, etc. get new levels added every Wednesday, so you must wait until then. Only Windows 10 people get further levels.
Only played this level a few times, and with full boosters,jelly not difficult clear but blockers? .... impossible, not enough moves!

Not possible or even close to passing with 14 moves without boosters. Done until CC puts more moves.

Firstly, on some devices they are 30 levels in front of mobile phones. Secondly Cookie once wrote, she kind of works together with King and gets/tests levels before the normal players get it (sorry for my English, I'm German).
You are a genius! Thanks... It would never have occurred to me to bypass the frosting blockers, but that's much easier in fact!
John Lee is right.... Bypass the frosting blockers, then it's easier! Still 14 moves are very few and less than the very very lucky player in the video needed...
Impossible! Had all the jellies or so i thought and both cherries. There was still jelly under the blockers!!! Not all of them but still needed some.

went back and played some easy levels til i had triple boosters and then was able to pass this level before tht i was getting nowhere
I see this level has 20 moves now compared to 14 that we had last Wednesday. Should be much easier now.
I passed this level and while waiting for new levels to come out I decided to go back and get more stars for the " collect stars" contest. How are the leaders in this contest collecting hundreds of stars?!?!!
Discovered that you don't need to destroy all the frosted blockers.Concentrated on destroying the bottom right,making as many fish as possible.Had several stripe & wrap combos which did the job.Managed to move the cherries over to the bottom RH side(used 3 hands) and down and out they went.Luckily had the right moves to clear the rest of the jelly-you only need to worry about the bottom RH side!

Just passed this level found it quite straight forward get the fish going as much as possible they will free up the cherries and away you go good luck
