Candy Crush Saga Level 3148 Tips and video

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3148 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
There are 16 moves to collect 10 colourbombs and 10 stripes.
It is fairly easy to make the stripes once you have cleared some of the chocolate, but the colourbombs are not so easy. All the orders are provided by the lucky candies if you can hit them. The trouble is that even when the lucky candies turn into colourbombs you still need to hit them with a stripe to collect them.
If you can manage to get a shuffle of the board near the start of the game you can get some of the lucky candies onto the main part of the board where they are easier to use, but after that you have to try to hit them in the dispenser squares.
Here is the latest video with 16 moves by Johnny Crush

I used a lucky candy booster which was very helpful as it gave a few colourbombs on the board where they could be used.

If the level you play is different from the one here it is because the developers have changed it since I played and I have no control over this. Please let me know in the comments and I will try to change it.

Made it on first try. Not hard level but I did start out with 2 color bombs.

It is always the same, you had 24 moves, I only have 19

I only have 19 too. A tricky level.

I did it on my next attempt in 4 moves!! Crazy! I started with two colour bombs from the love letters and added an extra one that I had. I reset the board so that I could cross two of them together and that opened up the board a lot. And I found I had two stripes and wraps next to one another , Set them off, and it was done. Very surprised I have to say.

I only have 16 moves!!!

They reduced it to 16 FREAKING moves, this level originally had 30 moves and then they reduced it to 24 and then 16. Hey,,!!!! Why not reduce it to 12 moves, add some licorice, and make us collect 20 color bombs and 30 stripes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The way they keep buffing these levels is really making me want to quit!!!!!!!

Why don't they make a level where we have 5 moves.... in 5 moves we have to collect 100 jelly squares and 20 chocolates. Make the board narrow too add lots of licorice and bombs too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another good idea, make a ONE MOVE level... sarcasm

HOW LOOOOOOOOOOOOOW will they go....???? 30 moves to 24 to 19 and then to 16.. why not just give us 8 moves!!! How about some licorice too!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make it 7 colors as well. That would be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!Sarcasm!!!!!!!!!! The buffing has to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder when they will make a one move level?

I've long ago accepted (as I'm sure we all have over the years we've been playing this stupid game) that no matter how "impossible" a level, if I play it enough times I'll eventually solve it. Even without boosters. Usually I'll spend the time saving up the hammers, hands, and gold bars that King makes available. And when I come close to finishing off a level, I'll use some of what I have saved up. But sometimes, like just now, I got two candy balls side-by-side and was able to finish off all of the candy balls I needed to make it through. And without having to use any of my tiny number of hammers and hands.

What you say is true.
But it's stupid too. It's not about playing smart anymore.
It's 95% getting the right board, and only 5% playing well.

I started with 2 colour bombs and added a special candy booster which produced a colour bomb each time, job done!

16 moves????!!!!! #$%€£¥₩)(&%$@=×/:$# Insane. Boring. Makes me angry.FTS

Again. Impossible level. They just want you get mad and buy boosters. After a week, you ‘magically’ get a lucky board.
There is one word fir this approach: THIEVES.

I passed this level without using any boosters after playing about 50 times. By the time I was down to two moves left, I had CBs in a number of candy drop slots, and by combining two CBs I obliterated this level. It seems the best chance results if a reordering can be induced in the first few moves, exposing the special candies to being activated on the main board.

So if you don’t have a lucky candy booster then you’re screwed!! Yep I’m screwed another really stupid level!!!!!

Lucky candy booster helped me, it enabled me to get two colour bombs together on the 4th move and after that it was plain sailing. I don't have lovely letters, space helmet or any of those fancy things.

Ridiculous level with not enough moves for what is required. Just ridiculous!!!!

Every time KING knows how to spoil the fun of playing this game by making levels which are almost impossible to finish. 10 colourbomb bombs only can be taken with a LOT LOT LOT of luck. Anoying, boring level.

KING: 1 word: RIDICOULAS!!!!!

16 moves now

Getting tired of this now. I’ve never spent a single cent and never will but this level is a cynical attempt to try and make me. These levels are becoming more and more frequent. It’s starting to feel personal, lol! Time to step away and get a life.

I think they heard you guys... Now this level starts of with only 12 moves...
I've taken a screen shot... Don't know how to share

Help please impossible, stuck for far too long

I have only 12 moves ?

Anonymous said...

to those who complained about the moves being reduced to 16.....I would love another few, only have 12 - how fair is that to reduce the moves by so much ????

Unknown said...

I echo the above comment, someone sarcastically suggested reducing the number of moves from 16... Wish granted! Now only has 12 moves

Unknown said...

I have managed once, to get to the point of only having 1 colourbomb to collect... Clearly designed to make you purchase extra moves or boosters!

Anonymous said...

Really? Really? Are you guys crazy? How with little moves! Impossible!

Anonymous said...

12 moves! How, how. This is nuts! I quit!

Anonymous said...

It’s ridiculous that this board started with 30 moves a year ago and now it’s down to 12. I don’t buy boosters so I’ll keep playing until I pass.

Unknown said...

Great now only 12 moves. See if you can do it in 12

Gina H said...

12 moves?!?! HOW?!!?

Unknown said...

Try the check mark booster

HELP!

Donna said...

Yea not as many moves as they say! Help

Anonymous said...

Only 12 moves now.

After a lot of struggle I've found the trick of this one. As soon as you can make a cb in the middle part only take out one colour. Then it's easy to make another cb and take out another colour. I tried to take out a colour that was the same as the check marks in the top and bottom rows. I finished the game with 2 moves to spare

Unknown said...

How come I only have 12 moves. This is impossible I feel like giving up

Less and less comments. Looks like people have moved on to bigger and better games!

Cari said...

12 moves - so frustrating! Why did they reduce them?

Per usua we've only 12 moves, I just about clear the chocolate I got down to wanting for colour bombs once in 50 goes so a little help would be nice or the famous lucky board.

Ok I'm obviously on the wrong number here cos my 3148 has 20 moves to uncover 50 layers of meringue. Bizarrely enough the extra meringue will only come from special candies which clog up the portal. I give up actually. I'm finally beaten.
