Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3209 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Collect the ingredients in 18 moves to complete level 3209 Candy Crush Saga.
You need to break through the blockers and also grow some of the popcorns so that the ingredients can get to the exits at the bottom of the board. There is no need to clear everything, just enough to let the ingredients through, remember the task is to collect the ingredients, not clear the board.
Wrapped candies are always best for growing popcorns and for this reason you should avoid making matches along the bottom conveyor, then if you get a colourbomb next to a wrap any candies of the right colour on the bottom conveyor will give you two hits on the popcorns.

After a lot of attempts I tried with a CB/wrap combo and passed it
I used a coconut wheel and that was a waste. It always showed up next to an ingredient or was set off during a Cascade so they were wasted.
I haven’t passed yet but came very close with CB/stripe to start — lots of stripe color on the board. I tried it because I got tired of resetting w/o achieving CB /wrap that you was seeking, following Dieter’s advice above. Elektra

I didn't understand Coolies advice not to make combos along the bottom until I was about to do one, and saw it would set off the color bomb I had opened from one of the popcorn. Thanks! Instead, I waited until i had two CBs along the bottom. One set of those on each side finished off my board for me on the first try.
Choc/wrap and a coconut wheel. First try with three moves left.
Space dash plus coconut wheel which I found very useful as lots appeared during the game.
Coconut wheel next to a wrap on the bottom conveyor did it with 9 moves to spare. Diane from San Diego

Not even close, no boosters, and they always show up during the game where you can't use them. I got a few colour bombs during the game but they exploded spontaneously so no use at alle.
Have to wait again for days till I get a lucky board.

This is really hard! Hoping for a lucky board soon please!
I made several attempts to pass this level with a double sprinkle. Besides requiring so many resettings, that combo didnt do a whole lot of good--even with an added coconut wheel. So I tried a sprinkle/wrap combo, waiting until I had a wrap with many matching colors on the board. Worked very well, taking 2 blockers vs one in many key places. I also used a coconut wheel, which helped. The sprinkles released from the popcorns were great on an occasion (they often explode prematurely). I held onto them until 4 fruits were over the exits before swiping and then used the coconut to get the last two out. This was a difficult level even with boosters.

Ha ha the video shows 2 stripes, and wrap and sprinkle candy appearing in the first 2-3 moves!! Utter joke they are having to show the lucky boards now as there is zero player participation to think about anything anymore! Just a cash cow screw our loyal players we’ll get more new ones....corporate greed at its worst!! Scam of a game should actually post this on levels 300 onwards let them know what they will be facing and not to spend money corporate scum!!
