Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2368 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect the ingredients which are already on the board to complete level 3268 Candy Crush Saga.
First you need to release the ingredients by clearing the blockers underneath them, this will drop them onto the conveyor. Once on the conveyor the ingredients will move along to the right side of the board, where you will be able to drop them down to the exits.
You will need to make sure that you release the left ingredient with enough moves left for it to move along the conveyor. If you have less than 9 moves left when the furthest ingredient drops you won't be able to collect it.
You can use the fishing floats to help with clearing the blockers, if you can't hit a blocker with a stripe hit a float instead and the resulting fish will target a blocker.

Coconut wheel is the ticket here, plus starting with a game that has some match-3's at the top to start. I got some combos to form, which hit the floats, and for once, the fish went right for the candies that were under the ingredients. First try, 18 moves left.

Started with 2 color bombs & used 2 hand switches. Got first try with 12 moves left

I seem to get past some of the harder levels, but then stall out on some that others seem to whiz past. Marshmallow wheel comes out once for me---then never shows up again. Combos are hard to come by too. Just have to wait for a good board, I guess.
Worked on this one with no boosters for a couple of days. Finally got a lucky board. Finished on the last move.
