Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3282 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3282 is a jelly level and the jelly is under every square in the bottom half of the board, so everything has to be cleared and it isn't easy.
There are 50 moves at the time of writing but I suspect this may be reduced in the future as it seems a lot even for clearing such a hard board.
There are stripe and wrap dispensers along the top of the board so use them to your advantage to grow the popcorns along the top.
What you need to aim for at the start is to grow two popcorns into colourbombs side by side so that you can switch them together to start clearing the cakes and grow the rest of the popcorns by one stage. If you can manage to get two double colourbomb combos the cakes will all be cleared and you will only have the popcorns to worry about.
Once the cakes are out of the way keep looking for double colourbomb combos, it is still possible to get two of them together down the side as one colourbomb will drop into the empty space at the bottom of the board next to the lower popcorn, then you can grow the lower popcorn next to it and switch them together.
All this is not easy to do, but it is possible if you use the stripes and wraps from the dispensers carefully.
I completed the following video with 13 moves left but they may take away more moves so I will keep my eyes open for the updates.

Started with the space dash (CB, wrap/stripe, fish, 3 moves) and reset until CB was next to wrap. This gave me 2 CBs next to each other, and combining them gave me 2 more, Combining them cleared 4 of the cakes, and after that it was pretty straight forward. Used the wrap/stripes from the dispensers to unlock the rest of the color bombs; first try with 36 moves left.

Reset to get 2 cb's together. Fairly easy to get rid of cakes. Then watch for wrap & stripe combos or cb & wrap or stripe combo's or 2 cb's. Got first try with 29 moves left
It can be done with no boosters. A lot of wraps and stripes are generated as you work on the popcorns. Diane from San Diego
50 moves???? I only get 11 moves. OMG!!! STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!!! So unfair...
Me too. 11 moves it is. How can you pop all the popcorns with only 11 moves? Impossible
I only have 15 moves!! impossible! and it's only Thursday. Why take away moves after 2 days of release?
Started with space dash, added CB and got 2 CB together. Then 2 more CB together cleared all the cakes. Had to use 2 hammers for 3rd double CB and one hand switch for final jelly. Wortg using all those boosters to get past this one. This entire episode pretty difficult.

Wow it's come to the point where we no longer have enough moves to do this, just because the early players had 50 moves which was way too much. Come on King! Try and be fair ànd give us, later players, something doable! This is ridiculous.

This level is impossible. I have been trying it over & over. Not enough moves - not even getting close, why should some players get 50 moves and we only get 12/15 so UNFAIR!
Started with 2 color balls together and 15 moves (Mort’s helmet) and still had to use one hammer at the end.
Had 2 moves left.
Tried all boosters plus Mort's helmet still had popcorn down left side. Need a lucky board.
What a joke from 50 to 12 moves. You barely get a chance to even play. Why does CC keep changing these levels.So over CC doing this. Just not fun anymore when you only get 12 seconds of playing time per life

We from CC call this a stop level. It has two purposes: Our obsessed players either take a break (what is good for them) or go to our shop for buying lollies (they work in this level), what is good for us. During the next days we will change it to 15 moves. Be patient.
One try, two moves left (of 15). Started with helmet, reset until had wrap/color bomb combo. Used one hammer to finish a popcorn that was next to a color bomb, rest was just a matter of making combos
Finished in 12 moves and no boosters. Double CBs are the clue! Watch for stripe wrap combos. I too was skeptical but it can be done.
Impossible level without boosters. Tried a number of times. Very few moves. I have never got a helmet or space dash how in the world can I get through this level. Posting for luck

I got 1 hour CB from Rami still haven't been able to get through. Very few moves. Have been playing all day. King you need to make it possible for everyone specially those who have never got a helmet or space dash

Only 15 moves...rediculous! Also I have the full space dash boosters but only have one stripe/wrap combo instead of two, how come? Need all I can get for this level
Very frustrating level..after 2 days only got the cakes all gone twice and then there are no moves left....posting for luck..
Now only 12 moves. Impossible without boosters. The game hesitates to give you stripes and wrapped candies in the first move. So that is a wasted move and you are down to 11. How do they think that 12 is enough if they originally put it out as 50???? They may be looking for money, but they are actually moving people away from the game.
More play and still not getting close. Even when I am lucky enough to put 2 CB's together TWICE, right away, and you clear all of the cake, you don't have enough moves left to pop the corn in time to clear all the jelly. Come one, people, this should be 20 moves, on 12. You can spend you money all day long, if you are inclined to buy boosters, but you will not have time to use them.

Got 3 hours play and didn't bother cos after 1/2 an hour had had enough!
I uninstalled cc then reinstalled it and got 50 instead of 12 moves. Passed first time with 24 movesleft

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled and got the 50 moves and finished first go, no boosters needed, good thing as you lose them all if you do this.

They have just changed: now 25 moves instead of 12
Yes, now 25 moves - still challenging but feels far more doable compared to before.
Now to see if I can actually pass the level :)
Yup passed on my third try, no boosters, 8 moves left.
It took a few tries. No boosters used.
It helps when the sprinkles end up next to each other, then you can use them to pop more popcorn.
Didn't we just do this one, a few levels ago?

Thanks for the great advice!! Pretty boring resetting time after time in order to get those two sprinkles together! But it’s worth it. After resetting, I then had two more together! So lucky! I have no other boosters so that’s the only option! Yay!! Passed first try!!! Good Luck Crushers!!! 🍀🍀😊
