Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3283 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Collect the two ingredients to complete level 3283 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients pass through the portal in the middle square of the conveyor and up to the top of the board, one on each side. From there they will drop down to the exits at the bottom.
The only thing preventing the ingredients from being collected easily are the two spawners at the top of the board which are blocking the portals.
To collect the ingredients you don't have to destroy the spawners, the ingredients will slip down past them if you manage to clear the cream blockers from around them, but if the spawners get destroyed as you play it certainly makes life easier.
The aim therefore has to be to make as many combos as possible to hit the spawners and the blockers surrounding them. Stripe/wrap combos are good as are colourbomb/stripe combos. Wraps are only helpful if you can keep them near the spawners which is not easy. Using a colourbomb/wrap combo usually results in the wraps dropping down away from the spawners and being wasted.
There is only one portal in the bottom so you need to make a move that clears the space above the spawners when the ingredient is over the hole or it will not be able to drop through.

combined 2 CBs, got stripes to take out some of the blockers, the rest was pure luck with having plenty of match 3's land next to the spawners which took both out. With 21 moves left, that let me concentrate on making room for the cherries to drop down.

Started with 2 cb's & was able to make combos to get rid of spawners. Makes it a lot easier if you can get rid of them. Got it first try with luck & used 2 hammers. Only 4 moves left

I think this may be the hardest level I've encountered yet. I have no idea how to destroy the spawners and they create blockers faster than I can clear them. HELP!!!!
I had a full helmet and added a coconut wheel, which helped me a lot!

Posting for luck. I can get 1 but not both. Not finding coconut wheel very helpful. Most times it is at the bottom with the cherry.
Started with 1 CB, wrap, & stripe. Made a stripe next to wrap & cleared 1 spawned. That opened up board & concentrated on other spawner. Finished with 9 moves left.
Super difficult level played so many times and although I've hit spawner more than 5 times they do not explode hope this is a fault and it's sorted posting for lucky board soon

WHAT?????.......HOW??????.......Cannot get close....It's bad enough you have to make combinations beneath the spawners, let alone stopping blockers from continuously appearing.....WHAT????.....HOW?????
CC is not been fair to the players when u use coconut wheel they place it at the bottom with the fruits which is stupid and useless or else the coconut wheel only appear once. Feeling tired to place this game

This is not as easy as it looks...the wheel was no help..kept showing up next to the wheel...cleared one spawner yesterday. I will add the previous level was much easier when they changed it to 25 moves after spending days with 12..I thought it was going to be the end of my playing,
Can't even get started before it's all over. Tough level, need lots of luck
Made it with help of coconut wheel only, didn't use other boosters or helmet. Resetted the game until a coconut wheel was placed in a way (4th column) that I could hit all 3 blockers at one side with the first move. Could hit it again some moves later with a combo. When the block is open, candies can fall and be combined, so it's possible to destroy the spawner if you are quick and lucky - and what you should do immediately. When the spawner is gone, DO NOT care about the cherry but only to destroy the next spawner. Could use a new wheel again and soon after a stripe to open the block and again with candies coming from the top, destroying the spawner was possible. When the second spawner was destroyed collecting the cherries was easy then (you must just know that the cherry must be in the middle of the belt to be able to fall in the main board).
Am fast running out of boosters and finding VERY difficult. HELP WITH LUCKY BOARD PLEASE

Been on this level for days. Have tried countless combinations of boosters but to no avail.
If I am lucky enough to get wrap/stripe combo they always fall ,in the miiddle so are useless.
I’m sure the blockers multiply quicker each time I play!

And this isn't even listed as a hard level... When the blockers show up faster than your luck does, you've had it. Have only had one cherry drop after numerous tries---not even close with two.

Very hard level. Getting aggravated with the game. I don't mind a challenge but this is ridiculous. Not enough moves, boosters and have spent days on this!

not even close, wasted 4 coconut wheels which lined up in the middle and destroyed nothing worthwhile
If you need boosters try this: when they give out the bomb, wrapped and striped plus 3 moves for completing 3 boards in a row. Just go to board one and play it 3 times and for the one with 5 helmets play it 7 times

Got it first starting with the 4th Bot and a coconut booster. Read this blog after starting the game. The key tip is you must clear the square above the spinner when the ingredient is above the portal. On the right side I did so by switching a CB with a candy the same color as the one above the spinner. Having first cleared around spinner with cascades going off from CBS, stripped wrapped combos, and coconuts. Used a hammer on the left side to drop the ingredient down the bottom.

I need a lucky board
This level has been a pain in my back side for about 2 weeks now. I really do need to get past it and move one. I believe a lucky board is needed here and would be most welcome if one was to come along. So lucky board please come my way and help me out.
My word! Another mind numbingly boring level. I will look in each day and play once to see what happens but I absolutely refuse to spend time on levels like this. Thank goodness there are plenty of other games out there to wile away a little time.

Every coconut booster I have appears on the conveyor and is wasted and useless now you can't restart the board the game should at least not allow boosters to fall in unusable places

It's not that the level is hard, the system is a cheat. You set up stripes with colour bombs, and what happens? All the stripes shoots to the side and none upwards.
