Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3314 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
At the time of writing there are 17 moves to collect the 4 ingredients and complete level 3314 Candy Crush Saga.
What you need are colourbombs, so look for them from the start of the game, if you can switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap better still, but only if the stripe or wrap is the same colour as at least one of the wraps at the bottom of the board.
There is no point trying to blast your way through the licorice with any other combo as it is a waste of moves and the licorice will come back within a few moves.
Just use your colourbombs to unlock and detonate the wraps in the bottom of the board and you will clear the level without too much trouble.
The video below was completed in 9 moves so hopefully will still be relevant if the moves are reduced in the future.

Reset until I had 2 CBs together; that cleared the licorice and unlocked the cherries and bombs, after that is was easy to create wrap/stripe combos which destroyed the spawner and set off the bombs below. First try.

Had full space dash and started with 2cbs together. Pretty much played itself. Must have had a lucky board. Also used a coconut wheel which set off the remaining wraps and finished the level.
Cookie56, tap the little gear wheel looking thing at the bottom left after the level opens before you make a move. Then tap the little box with the arrow and you will go back to the episode and you can open the level and it will be a new board. I’m on iPad and that’s the best explanation I can give.

Again, we have that jerk RA who only knows how to use 2 CBS. You can win almost anything with that, so unless you have an actual contribution, how about shutting up? And if it was so easy, why come to this site, except to brag??

I and many others APPRECIATE RA's and Cookie's and Bear with Me and other people's advice with the boosters that they and/or some of us have. I don't know why not everyone has the option to get the Dash/Space Helmet boosters and others like it. It appears to be offered to everyone, but I am not certain. And since these people have it, it is THEIR choice to offer their advice with what they know - which like I said, MANY of us appreciate and find extremely helpful. To all of you who have been so helpful and nice, please do not listen to any of the people who tell you otherwise! I would not have gotten this far without those boosters and the help of nice people like Cookie and RA and Bear with Me (and the others whose names I apologetically forgot!)!
Got a Lucky board. First try Without boosters. CB with stripe of same colour wrap at the bottom did the trick.

What do they think we are a genius no way could anyone pass this level one had every booster available to them . 17 moves come on crap crap crap.

Video looks so easy. Reality is not. Tried with and without boosters and didn't get anywhere, especially as making a CB is very difficult and a CB next to a stripe occurred maybe twice but the stripe in the bottom always exploded the wrong way. Next time I count it before... (the first stripe always explodes horicontically, the next vertically and so on...)

3314 ther is no way thad jou can pass this level in 17 moves i even get close to the cherry,s i try boosters a lot but nothing works i play it on my telefoon and laptop for tree day,s it,s a verry frustrading level can jou do somthing about it king pleas reset this game this is inpossible it can not mean the end for me playing c.c.

Yet again i get to a seemingly impossible level, i go to look up how people have got through, and as per usual it has been made harder since they did it. Yellow and red candies have been added so it's now nigh on impossible to make the required amount of packaged or striped candies. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

I thought the previous level was bad, but this seems even worse. Next helmet that is earned for me should have two CBs available, so maybe that will help. I never have tried "resetting" things until I get an easy board. Personally, I find that sort of like only playing only the easiest solitaire hands to win--- close to cheating. Boosters are part of the game, but resetting things shouldn't give you any feelings of accomplishment if you have to resort to that.
Waisted all my boosters including two colourbombs together and still here I am at this level after a week. Hoping for a lucky board or a change!

This level is ridiculous! It doesn't even show as a hard level?! Well, technically I guess it's not, but you just need a whole lot of luck to pass it! The blocks at the bottom need to be hit 3 times each now, it used to be two apparently. So even the wrapped candies exploding isn't enough as the block remains and needs to be hit one last time. Another SHIT level which requires pure luck. The morons that posts that they past on the first try are either full of shit or they are spending a small fortune on purchasing boosts. Either way, I also do not need to read how they past in one try. I want to hear from players that manage to pass without boosts after multiple tries. That why most of us are here. No boosts and countless wasted lives...

Played so many times and it's SO boring. Going back to 606 play 7(?)times to get a double colorbomb and extra moves. Trying that next.

It's yet another time wasting Rubbish level that doesn't ewt addressed, fixed etc. Basically 'Loaded' and moderators are a waste of Life and time. These levels are why ppl drop off and pay other 'rival' sites because frustration is not worth paying for. But Candy do not agree and are another wall of the bricks
The licorice keeps filling back in so even if we make Combos they can't get past the licorice.
It would be some kind of miracle to make a CB up top, and make a Wrap, and be able to combine them to take out some of the bottom. That combo would bypass the licorice but the odds of making it are slim.
Don't see how this can be beaten without an exceptionally lucky board.

Another impossible level. Moves don’t even do anything when there is no Licarice in the way. Never going to get through this. Need a miracle board!

The lucky board will come. I have no boosters but after a bunch of tries, got two cbs together and opened up the bottom. It will come and it can be done without boosters and all that stuff.
I've got 60 moves. Each move pointless because the liquorice will fill the spaces created after EVERY move. Can't even unlock any fruit, or explode any wrapped...WTF. How is level possible???

Got it after several tries. Made a CB and combined it with a candy the same color as a wrapped on the bottom. Then used a couple of coconut wheels horizontally over the licorice openings to finish.
You need to blow up the 2nd and 4th wrapped candies in the bottom row, using color bombs. That is all.
Agree with Jeanne above. Just forget about the licorice, it's only a distraction. CBs are the winners here. Use one on orange, one on green (2nd and 4th wraps). If you've already blown one of those wraps from above, you will need more CBs. So just concentrate on making CBs, and use them carefully

This level now gives 58 moves but nothing, and I mean nothing breaks through the licorice. Please, please don’t just complain but help those of us trying to get a level. I really don’t care if you’re going to quit, but I sure would like help. I’ve used color bomb boosters as well as stripes and even the coconut wheel but nothing does any good on the bottom candies. Please help.
I agree, last few levels I've been on for days and that's even with all day "bonus" play. I'd rather have it not so difficult, it makes it no fun. Right now we all just need some fun.
