Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3399 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have 25 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 3399 Candy Crush Saga.
To make life a bit harder there are Evil Spawners inside candy cane fences, so you can't get rid of them easily and they will spawn chocolate every three moves. There is no need to clear the spawners as there is no jelly under them, but it won't hurt if they do get cleared as you clear the jelly.
You will need to look carefully at the board to make special candies and combos as there are candy canes blocking your moves so it can be a bit confusing.
Work as close to the bottom of the board as you can and with a bit of luck the resulting cascades will help to keep the chocolate under control. Try to make special candies whenever possible and don't leave them sitting within range of the chocolate or they will be lost, better to use them than try to save them and waste them.

Started with double CBs plus a fish booster for good measure, had enough stripes and a few wraps that took care of the jelly and chocolate for me; the fish booster definitely helped. Finished with 16 moves left.

I was able to make several good moves in the top with the two CBs near each other in the bottom. I used a swap to then put them together. Thanks to RA, the fish did help, but then the chocolate swallowed it. Another move with a wrap and a cascade cleared two evil spawners. After that it was smooth sailing to get the last two jellies.
I'm gonna just start crying.
level seemed easy for me. I did it again without the space dash but made a couple of fish and was able to get it.
Another lucky board. I was given a wrap stripe combo right in the middle so I went with it, cleared all 4 spawners. Then got CB next to stripe which cleared all but two jelly. Finally got a fish next to a wrap, this took care of final jelly with 16 moves left.

CB wrap combo worked for me. Cleared a lot of the board in the first move but still took every move to finish the last of the jelly.

Its frustrating to read "I got through it" without saying how. My first try had full space dash plus an extra cb and stripe/wrap combo that was automatic from Dexter and I got nowhere. Next try, I had just the stripe/wrap, but it was near the middle. Another wrap in the middle got rid of all the spawners and I made a few fish to win. The spawners don't have to be hit 5 times like in other games.

It’s so frustrating when they continuously change the amount of moves! It’s just not fair! I really believe they either want people to quit or keep buying boosters which I am not doing again no matter what! Rediculous!!!

I had 25 moves for 24hrs now for the last 48 I have had only 17 and can't even get close. I didn't mind spending a few dollars a week but no more as I spend a few dollars, only to move a couple of levels, then stuck for days again on one level not even getting close. Not another cent from me King

There is a flaw in this level. I had no moves but the board blinked a fish move however it was not possible due to the wall. It would not shuffle and I had to lose a life. If you are going to make a BS level yet again at least work the kinks out.

This level is totally do-able without boosters, but you need patience. I tried CB with wrapped and the striped/wrapped combo and did not find that it got me any further than just going cold. I concentrated on making wrapped candies and eventually they blew away the spawners and once that was accomplished, I only had to get rid of the jelly that was left. I did use the hammer for the last 2 because I had one move left and no opportunities to finish it off.

So this is how it ends. 3399 levels and it all finishes on an utterly stupid level where special candies are a rarity, and when you do get one it's instantly covered with chocolate. Been playing it for a week and only once have I got down to less than 20 jellies. Just pointless.

Candy Crush Saga level 3399 is extremely difficult level. Perhaps being a senior my reflects are slower. As soon as I create a CB chocolate cover the CB. Please end me the LUCK required to complete this level. So frustrating.

I just thought I was frustrated! This level takes the cake! I had five moves left. Spun the wheel and got five extra moves. Had one move left and had one block to clear. Used my lollipop hammer and cleared it. Showed I had won, went thru all the bells and whistles and guess what? I DID NOT GET CREDIT! Same level came up on the next level! Beyond being frustrated!
My level 3399 is relly different from the one showed in the video. Only 17 moves, not 25,and multy layered meringue that doesn't appear in the video. Why are there so many diffeences if it is the same level?
Have got it down to 1 left twice now and the spawners just cover all good potential moves. Really fed up and only 17 moves too.
Collect a space dash, reset until a colour bomb and wrapped candy are next to each other, set off the combination and it clears most of board, completed in 5 moves!

It's funny how the ones who are devoted the most (since we've played so much we are on this high of a level) seem to be the ones punished more! It seems like the higher the level, the more often the games are super frustrating! It's getting old really fast! SMH!

Sorry King absolute rubbish level. Board far to restricted, no skill, impossible to do anything until you get the lucky board. I've just been blessed with this. No skill or clever play on my part, everything suddenly started to go bang but still left me needing to use a hand and a hammer. Very poor.

Ich spiele schon so lange, bin immerhin bei 3399, und habe mir hier auch immer hilfreiche Tipps holen können. Aber kein Level davor war für mich eine so offensichtliche Abzocke wie dieses hier. Ich bin richtig sauer und habe keinen Bock mehr, mich so verarschen zu lassen. Wiederholen und wiederholen und wiederholen bis es nach Tagen ein Lucky Board gibt? Wie blöd bin ich eigentlich?

Failed 5 times on iPad. Changed to phone. No starting boosters used, but needed 2 hammers to finish. Not sure about tips, except do try if you can to work from the bottom, tho that isn't easy. I was lucky to get a wrap/stripe twice in the middle, wiped out all the spawners
