Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3463 Candy Crush Saga by Cookie
Level 3463 is another level that may be impossible to complete without boosters.
You have to collect 30 licorice in 22 moves to complete the level and the licorice is not easy to clear especially at the start of the level.
Collect the keys quickly to unlock the stripe and wrap dispensers as these will be very useful later. Try to make combos to fire into the licorice and get some candies in the right section, this way you will be able to clear the remaining licorice more easily and also get the stripes and wraps dropping through the portals from the dispensers. The more you can make moves in the right section, or hit it with combos, the more chance you have of getting the special candies to drop in there.
Stripe/wrap combos in the right side will collect the licorice from the conveyors then you have to make moves until more licorice drops and clear it again.

As Cookie says work in the right side and the stripes and wraps from the dispensers eventually fall in the. A stripe/wrap combo in the right gets a lot of licorice. - Boris
This is one of the most confusing levels to me...haven't had much luck- have gotten down to needing 10-12 licorice...just waiting for that lucky board...tap,tap,tap...others have commented throughout all these levels about leaving cc-I haven't left/quit but I did start playing best fiends...
Just thought anyone looking for a new game might wanna check it out...its another addicting game(every 10 mins you can spin n do win bonus items) so far I'm enjoying playing :)

Use CB combo to start. Don’t worry about the keys. Or use wrapped and striped combos on the far left/right side of the board. Try not to use two wrapped doesn’t help I have another secret but I can’t post it here 😩

At last with 4 hammers I passed it.
The sprinkle ball always explodes before I can switch it another tough level will keep playing until I get my lucky board
Since I'm out of candy hammers, I guess I'm screwed unless I quit trying to move forward and go backward to collect sugar drops to reload the boosters. This is so not fun anymore. I've started playing this level multiple times, play twice, realize how stupid it is, quit and do something else. Obviously I love Candy Crush or I wouldn't still be hanging around but these last levels have been so insane it may be time to cut the cord.

Infuriating level. Just got a free hour with free colourbombs for an hour and still couldn’t get it. Very difficult to hit the top and bottom liquorice, stripes and wraps keep exploding before they can fall into the right section.

Nightmare on Candy Street. This has to be one of the most confusing, frustrating and booster costly round in a long time. No skill required just boredom and boosters.

Finally figured it out.....stay away for a week! Came back just to make sure I did not leave lots of gold bars and was awarded an hour of colour bombs. Finished this stupid level on one try with moves to spare. Guess they really do not want to lose people so they give lots of 'incentives' to get you back.

I've been on this level for a few days and not getting close. I can see what i need to do to clear the board but every time I setup combos they get destroyed so I don't get to use them in a way that clears some of the licorice. This is a very frustrating level.

Passed the very next game after my last post!
After a couple of weeks of opening CC, remembering that I’m on this impossible level, and closing it again, I finally used all the boosters I had to start it and 5 hammers to finish it.
I can no longer make the cheat to keep the helmet/space dash work, and since then, all the joy has gone out of this game and it’s become just annoying. Most levels are impossible to pass without helmet/dash and it’s far too tedious scrolling back to level 1 all the time. I thought I would never get sick of this but the time has finally come.
If I had about six hundred hammers I could beat this level too but I don’t have any so I guess it’s not happening

Fed up with this stupid game. It bothers me that King has control and no matter what combinations you have, it never seems to work. Watched the videos and have made all the right moves. Still, no go. King decides if you get the level and that’s frustrating.

No matter what I do, I've been down to needing 6 licorice, there's no more showing, and there s no way to bring more up..I'm moving on..someone suggested some best fiends game, I'll give it a try.,but bye CC

Can’t get the hang of this level just doesn’t seem to work - just luck no skill needed v boring - just want to get it over with - and liquorice doesn’t seem to drop ?
This wasn’t any easy level by any means. I cleared the licorice from the RIGHT set of columns then made stripe+wraps in far LEFT column, go back to the RIGHT columns to continue play. The stripe + wrap will drop through the teleportor to the RIGHT set of columns, you should then be able to hit the licorice in the top and bottom conveyor belts. You may need to do that a couple of times. Hope this helps someone as I have also had a lot of help from the tips on this blog, so this is my contribution.
Boring level. This may take awhile to beat.
Don't like these types of levels because they want you to purchase boosters to win. Should be based on skill, not boosters. Will beat if when King lets me.

don't even bother to start with boosters. the trick is to work your way to the right side , the keys will collect as you get there and when there is candy on the right side when you make matches over there special candies fall , and as they rotate form combos .. you need to blasting the upper and lower licorice above and below. no new licorice forms in the middle after it is gone.. good luck everyone.
Another totally impossible level. Takes the fun out of playing. Too stressful. King needs to change advertising to swipe the stress away because levels like this Bri gs on stress. I need to find another game.

Stripes and wraps from the left side conveyor will drop into the right side around the popcorn. Then you can use them to get the licorice.

Well one thing is true,you do need the boosters. However, I used all of mine trying to get off this level. So now I am just trying to get by this level using the candies that drop. I so need a lucky board to come by and help me out here. So please lucky board, come by and help me out. I really need your help here.
As Anonymous 18th March said (and Cookie!): just keep on hitting the right side with combos, get colours in there. Then clear what you can while watching for opportunities to make specials on left, which will eventually fall into the right side. I think I noticed an improvement: when you use a combo on the right, you don't have to wait for more licorice to fall. I enjoyed this level, got it first try without boosters. Relax, take your time, it's not so hard
Managed to get down to 3 liqourice but that's the best I've done and sadly did not have any hammers to take them out. Been playing for ages and rarely get the candies I need on the right side to attack the liqourice. Too tedious for words. Will now check in once a day and play the 5 games but no more than that. Better and more fun games out there than this.

What's with this level . I got all the licorice but no more would fall , how do you get more to fall ??? This level sucks !!!
Won after a few tries after following the advice from a few posts here. Once the right is cleared, special candies drop quickly and pretty easily from the top center, down the far left lane and into the right side. Need to coax some stripe wrap combos together on the right to clear the licorice at the top and bottom six at a time.
Confusing and frustrating. Very hard. Waiting for lucky moves.
