Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3513 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3513 is a dual task level, you have to collect the two ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
First you need to open up the board by clearing chocolate and collecting keys, this will give you a good space to work on making combos, which you will need.
There are only 4 colours on the board so making special candies and combos is fairly easy.
Don't worry too much about the ingredients, they will find their way to the exits as you clear the jelly. The ingredients drop from the dispenser on the left and travel down the board to the portals, from there they travel up to the top right and down to the exits in the bottom right of the board. Although you do have to make sure they get off the board as there is only one ingredient on the board at a time so if you leave them hanging around too long you won't get them both.
Look for colourbombs as they are pretty easy to make once the board is opened up and you can either use them alone or switch them with a wrap or a stripe, this will depend on what you need to do.
There are 25 moves at the time of writing but the video is completed in 18 moves.

Hi, on the cellular version of the game, it's 21 turns. One thing that isn't clear, how do you get keys to appear? I see they come out at bottom center, but it seems random. Any tips?
The problem is that the keys don’t drop. The board can only be cleared as the keys drop. The last 2 keys are taking much too long to drop. I typically do not get even one candy down because of the keys not dropping.
Since the keys won’t drop, start with boosters, clear the board, and try to move the first candy over one column, this way it will go through the portal to the other side of the board while you wait for the darn keys. Once I was close, I used another hand switch and lollipop to end this level. It’s not fun with the final keys not dropping until you have only a few moves left.
I beat this level twice. Once, a color bomb on the last jelly but it magically didn't disappear. The other time, I had the final ingredient near the bottom with two moves left. I moved to set up the final move but one of the green candies turned into a waffle thing. Sometimes I guess it doesn't matter what you do. If the game doesn't want you through, you're not getting through.

This level is BULLSH.. you can have what ever boosters you want and still can't finish it!! I have a full UFO helmet, 1 hour coulor bomb, (I used all my fish 40) and still couldn't get though it.. maybe with 20 hammers and 30 hand switches you could get though it.
I don't even want a lucky board because I'm done with this BULLSH...

And now there are only 18 moves - on my desk top. Keys won't drop. This is no fun.
Thank you Caroline A. Great tip. The key to winning this is getting the first cherry in the middle, dropping it through and then getting the next cherry started or even through (also in the middle) so that you can be almost done when the last key appears.
The third time is the charm. Double CBs, and had a board with a couple of long cascades which took out a lot of the jelly and kept the ingredient moving. Even had 3 more CBs form along the way, which helped a bunch. Last cherry dropped with only 4 moves left but another long cascade moved it to the right side almost all the way out of the exit.

Also having a problem with the last key dropping. Not enough moves to pass this level.
Combined a couple of cbs near the start, which opened up a lot. Clearing everything out nicely, but the last key did not drop, despite the candy in the key dispenser box moving almost every turn. What gives?
Really not enough moves to allow the las cherry to drop. Please give us more moves

hehe... so some of you players also noticed that the key/cherry doesn't drop even with few moves left. it was programmed for most of us to not complete level.
creating all levels is not a joke, hardwork is required. King needs to make money somehow. hence, impossible levels where players will eventually need to use all their boosters and eventually buy some gold bars.
many players are smart not to buy gold bars, however there are some that do.
this type of impossible level of "no skill" will be come up once in a while. players should understand King also need the money to keep creating levels/episodes for everyone. JEG

I can clear the whole board and drop the first ingredient but at no time has the second one appeared despite clearing with 8 moves left.

Tried it now over 8 days!! on 4 different divices and not even close. The last key gives you no more than 3 moves. Why is this? To want peoples to stop? It is no longer an fun game, but a lot of irritations.

This level is clearly designed to halt progress and force use/purchase of boosters, with the keys not dropping and only 21 moves.

Very difficult. Keys don't drop fast enough and not enough time to get both ingredients! The waffles are a pain too. Lucky board please!
If you want to beat this level, you must start with 2 CBs hit together (to get rid of the chocolate immediately) plus MUST switch the first cherry to the 2nd column within 10 moves. Then the 2nd cherry appears and enough moves are left. As everyone wrote, the last key does appear too late to open the last locks. CB+Wrap also helps well clear the jellies. Still needed 18+3 moves from dash + 5 extra moves from the spinning wheel, as the 2 final jellies were difficult to remove due to the waffles...
This game has jumped the shark. Too much crap now. The waffles are stupid. The fences are ridiculous. It’s now a chore to play this game. It used to be fun and challenging. Now, everything is just thrown at you and cc appears to think that we’ll just give them fewer moves to make it hard. CC make this game end somehow so there is some sense of achievement and satisfaction. Quit this idiotic mess and offer a real game or end it already!!!!!!! Or, I for one will quit it myself with the feeling that it was the biggest time suck EVER. CC is just a big joke on us and ... they are just sitting back laughing ... counting their cash.👋👋
I agree with the last comments no way to do this . Those stupid waffles cover the cherry at the bottom but all you have left by the time you get it there is 2 moves . Fix this one or shove the game where it fits .

Wow, a fun level. Took about 10 tries and a bit of luck with the cascades on the last move, but got it with no boosters and enjoyed playing. A rarity these days. Onward.

Maybe it's just me, but there is a glitch and the keys flash and turn colorless..... so i can't match it or color bomb it because i don't know what color it is.

18 moves ... stupid, impossible, ridiculous! Also with colour bombs you cannot get it without a very lucky lucky lucky board. I hate these stupid levels! No strategy, nothing, only luck needed ...

I've gotten a few keys that are just plain white. What the heck are you supposed you do with those. They do change to colors later, but whats the point off them being white to start with?

Posting for luck, once I matched a cb with the color beneath the ingredient and above the exit and instead of clearing the path a waffle appeared.
Why will the keys not come out when they're supposed to? I've had it with this level.
i finally passed using no boosters... i worked at the bottom of the right side of the board when i wasn't collecting a key or making a booster . i cleared the right side mostly first and the combos on that side did good work of clearing the left side because moves on the right cascade the left side.and keys drop when you get the space under the key drop easily when you are working at the bottom right. i went back and tried it one more time to see if it was a fluke. and passed the second time also. good luck everyone.

My version is 148 jellies and only 17 moves!
Impossible will be waiting again for King to decide when I can pass this level and move on.
