Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3539 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 35389 is all about the colourbombs, you need to get the popcorns grown and switch the colourbombs together to clear the jelly and grow more popcorns. This is the only way you will clear this level.
If you have the spacedash it is worth going to a lower level to build up the boosters and when you have 2 colourbombs come back to this and keep quitting without making a move until you have to two colourbombs together so that you can switch them.
You will still need to keep making combos to grow the rest of the popcorns and try to get them grown 2 at a time so you can switch them together.
If you don't have any boosters to begin with you will struggle with this level.
To begin with you need to get the chocolate out of the way so that you have room to work, the good thing is that once it's gone it doesn't come back.
The best combo if you can make it besides the double colourbomb, is a colourbomb/wrap combo. This will help grow plenty of the popcorns and may give you the double colourbomb combos you need.

I added all three boosters and reset until 2 CBs were close together, the kept trying to make stripe/wrap combos that would hit the blocks. I don't think the fish booster helped. At one point they destroyed a CB combo I was going to use. I needed to make a couple swaps to get the combos.

Got a real lucky board. With the helmet, and using a colour bomb booster, I got the colour bombs adjacent and also the wrap and stripe adjacent in a configuration that took out the chocolate, hit some of the popcorn and left the colour bombs untouched. Then I set off the colour bombs and as the popcorn popped, I kept getting adjacent colour bombs, so four moves and done. This lucky board no doubt makes up all the crappy boards I had in previous levels.
Using boosters to start this level but not getting anywhere so posting for luck
Ok I have a question; when I get the golden spaceship, on my iPad I gat 2 CBs, 2 stripes and 2 wraps plus the 3 minutes. But when I switch to the PC app version, I only get 1 CB, 2 stripes, 2 wraps and the 3 minutes. Does anyone know why that is?
I played this a few times until I finally got the lucky board where I managed to pop 2 popcorns next to each other, and matching those 2 CBs popped more popcorn, and so on and so on.

To reset: open a game. Hit pink button bottom left. Then hit the red exit button. No lives lost.

UGH, THIS LEVEL SUCKS ASS! Not even close in the 100+ times I have tried.
Hurts when I have 2 jellies left and no lollipops or other boosters left to help out!!

you guys are so busy blowing up the whole board at once with boosters you forgot how to play.. i started with a stripe wrap in the middle .. all the chocolate gone , then a few boosters form near the popcorns and as they pop you get two colorbombs together. not so hard .. i played twice with the same strategy and it worked both times. good luck everyone .

I can no longer reset the board without losing a life. So beyond luck, I can't get two color bombs together. And the ones revealed after growing the popcorn are not useable due to the holes in the board around them. I can't even get close to winning this level.
No boosters to help!!! and, did CC stop us from collecting candy?
