Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3623 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3623 is a jelly level with 17 moves. The board is divided into 4 sections by the fishing floats which are in a cross formation in the middle of the board.
All the jelly is under the blockers and locked licorice and you have no chance of clearing it without the help of fish from the floats.
Your moves are quite restricted as there are only the two top sections to make moves and it is impossible to make colourbombs. What you need are stripe/wrap combos, these will hit loads of floats and give you a whole school of jelly fish! The fish will do all the work for you until you get some candies in the bottom half of the board, then you may be able to make matches in the jelly, but you still need fish, so keep looking for those combos to hit as many floats as possible as often as you can.

Really tough. If you can't get into the bottom candy you don't have much of a chance. I was impatient and bought 5 extra moves and then 5 more. Glad to be done. Barb

I started off with a sprinkle/sprinkle combo, then made as many combos as I could to hit the floats. I had to buy 5 extra moves, then I used one of my UFO boosters which did the trick and finished this nasty level.

Worst level ever. I'm starting with full helmet and once I've used that its practically impossible to make a stripe let alone a combo. Horrendous.
Back to impossible levels where you have to buy extra moves to pass!! A clue is the special pricing on the piggy bank filled with gold bars!! Which you need to buy extra moves!!

As difficult as this level looked it actually wasn’t difficult at all for me. I was able to pass this level on my 1st attempt having SD and using double color bomb. Although, judging from the comments I’m assuming I received a lucky board. The only advice I could give is going in with full SD and wait for a double color bomb if that isn’t enough to do the trick then I guess a lucky board is needed

I figured that the best booster that you can use in this level is a UFO. So on the 2nd try, I was able to penetrate the right bottom side with just a few candies left there, but the left side is still almost intact. With 3 moves left, I bought and launched the UFO (20 gold bars). I was hoping that the UFO would send all the wraps on the left side but it sent only one. But it did a lot of damage, though. I was able to get 5 more moves from the free spin, and that allowed me to pass this terrible level.
Horrible level! Three times I have had two CBs together, lots of wrapped, still can't even clear HALF the lower level. And I am using the full helmet. And the fish were eating the candy in the top half of the board! That doesn't help clear the jelly! Geez O Pete.
I started with a chocolate sprinkle combo and a fish booster. Managed to make a few single wraps close to bobbers and stripes which got part of the bottom right open enough to make some moves and a stripe/wrap combo and fish finished it off. 1st try with six moves left.

This level is just plain stupid. I don't even know why I am wasting my time with this game any more. I stay frustrated more than I enjoy playing. I think this is the one where I call it quits. I will not spend one more dime to buy a pass on a level.

I added a fish booster to the space dash and an extra CB from Rami. I was able to start with a wrap combo next to the bobbers and after that still had the CB combo. It was hard to penetrate into the bottom, but finally made a strip/wrap combo in the center which helped a lot. I got down to one bare jelly in the top left corner so added 5 moves and was able to set off a fish which got it.
They have doubled the amount of times you have to hit the blockers.....Not a chance in hell !!!!
This level is impossible. I have full spaceship, extraCB, extra moves and still can’t get less than 28 left. Need a lucky board from King.
Totally impossible. Not enough moves to get to th3 bottom half. Even with every booster, SD, extra moves etc. Come on King, this is so unfair.

Just passed it, maybe 15th attempt. Had full space dash and tried all sorts of combos but double colour bomb the only one that opens up the whole board. Also tried the full set of boosters a couple of times but that didn't help. Mostly had to make numbingly boring no use moves in the top and just managed a couple of times to open up the bottom before ran out of moves. Then Bingo... A double colour bomb which set up a stripe wrap combo. Then magically another a few moves later and another stripe wrap. And then another which set off a spectacular cascade that cleared the lot with 6 moves left.
NO SKILL WHATSOEVER. Mind numbingly boring and pointless. Sharon, you were very lucky to pass first time! Nanny Annie

Posting for luck. Even starting with space dash and every booster allowed I can’t get anywhere close. I absolutely will not purchase so I may be near the end of CC. Good luck everyone and don’t pick on the French speaking person. Maybe they don’t speak English. I don’t understand them either and therefore can’t help them but there’s no need to be nasty.

I am so glad I got through on the first try. I didn't really match on the bottom when it opened up with 5 moves to go, I had a wrap and I used it to get some fish. I did get a lucky wrap stripe combo right down the middle though early on.
If they think I'm gonna spend my cash buying their boosters, they're completely WRONG!
I can't even get the bottom part to open up. I have used the double bombs and the fish don't open up any blocks. Totally not possible without lucky board

Blockers take at least 6 hits to clear. How is this possible? It’s not. Not with SD, every booster, extra moves,etc. This is the definition of insanity. Every time I’m left with 28. Got Down to 26 once. Need a lucky board.

I posted on the kingcare website through the help menu and there are no other postings in there??!?! When you can’t make a color bomb after using your full booster power to begin with (I think you are all calling it SD, 2 wrapped/ striped combos, 2 CBS and 3 extra moves) it doesn’t help as the board is only 4x4 and maybe if you were able to create one in play to combine with a wrapped or a striped we would have a chance. This level is almost as bad as the 4 magic mixers at the bottom of the screen that create chocolates or blocks every 2 moves and you have to clear the whole 9x9 grid, do to all remember that one?

Passed, finally! I think the combination [wrapped+striped] is the best to be used here. You also must destroy the blocks from one of the down sides, and using the combination above you can call many fish in order to help you destroying the remaining blocks. You need to play many times because maybe this combination does not appear easily.
Have just played this level for 3 hours solid - best result yet 27 - that may also be the number of weeks it will take to save up enough hammers to be sure of passing. Several games finished 32 blocks which I think should earn an automatic wooden spoon prize :S. King doesn't give a lady luck tonight. Hope to be through before next star chase

This is absolutely ridiculous level
Another level where you have limited moves, most of which are wasted, and you must rely on the fish! My least favorite! My fishies do not like me, many times they don’t help where they should, such as clearing one side so that I have a chance. Sometimes they even eat the candy on top! Like I need that! So here I whine waiting for my lucky board. I have used many boosters, played many times, and have not come close. I have done the double chocolate several times. So now I post for luck. Hoping my evil fishies turn friendly and the King makes some magic with the board!
I will give King two weeks to fix this. CC is not fun anymore. I have already gone back to Rosetta Stone. Learning French is at least constructive. I hate to think how many wasted hours I have given to this game.
6 layers of blockers now is insane with just 17 moves and a board so restricted you can barely make a special. Increased blockers should have extra moves!
Full space dash doesn't even begin to touch this one. I'm bored with the game anyway so if this level finishes me - I won't miss it.

After playing this level for ages and despite having a full space dash I still couldn't complete this level. When I had a fairly good board I had to resort to using 20 of my saved gold bars to add the space ship and finished with 1 move left.

In my version two upper rows are the same as 2 on the bottom so it's nearly impossible to crush them. I start with two chocolate balls and still have all 28 jelly left, fish doesn't help a lot. I passed all levels without buying anything and I don't intend to buy this time so sprobably it's my final stop.

How the hell are we suppose to pass this ridiculous level with so little moves. Again king ur money making scheme won't work people are losing interest just like me. Done with this Sh.t!!!
The key to passing this is combining two wraps close to the floats to begin with. Then a couple more wrap combos or at least a stripe/wrap combo. I came close a couple of times doing this and then got it on my third try.
Waste of time level. Even with all special candy combo's you barely get in the bottom half. All the fish do is uncovering a layer of meringue and by the time you get a few candies showing your moves are done. Most of the time you can only play one half of the top also. Super boring level and I'm not playing anymore till it's fixed back to the way it shows in the video with less blockers or till there are 30 moves. Even then it'll still be a super hard level.

Ridiculous, impossible level, it's a joke! Can't imagine trying to complete this one, would have more fun watching paint dry! The most candies I got into lower level was 3. Maybe try again in a week or two if they change it, I have better things to do with my life!

I got it at my first try. I have full helmet and take the fish booster. I started the game with 2 colorbombs together, and used 2 times a handswitch in order to make a wrap/stripe combo. Bingo!

We need more moves to complete the level. More boosters, like the space spinner.... Otherweis it is imposible to finisch the game...

Yippee - finslly got a lucky board - full space dash and sprinkle from Rsmi - all wraps were orange as were the candies separating 2 of the sprinkles so using one sprinkle on orsnge set off the wraps and set up a double CB. Finishdd 3 stars and 8 yes EIGHTmoves left. Hang on in there a lucky board will turn up eventually.

I got so lucky. Started with SD but didn't really pay attention to what I was doing, although I know I tried to get wrapped/sprinkle combo's. I spun for extra moves and got the 15. YEAH!!!!!!!
I'm still stuck, can't even get close even with full space dash and all 3 boosters. How do you get more than one party booster? I can't even get one anymore when playing level 2000.
I think I'll never pass this level, the best I could do was 5 jelly left, so close....
Tried double CB several times but without success. Still too many blockers in the bottom area and not lucky to make many combos
Thanks Rick, for the good hint, I agree. After at least 30 useless attempts (all with space dash - I just stop the app and don't lose space dash) I started with wraps on the left side, then switched one candy on the right side for a double CB and when I had 8 moves left, I started the one UFO I still owned. The ufo dropped one wrap bottom left, one bottom right, one in the top next to the bobble. Still many jellies left, but could form a wrap-stripe combo when 2 moves left and that finished it
Lots of wrapped candies is the only way to pass this level

Today finaly, after numerous tries since this level came out I had a lucky board. Never came close. Now only needed 1 hammer. This has nothing to do with skill. Just dumb luck.
4 hits per blocker and only 13 moves. Guess it wasn’t hard enough the first time so they changed it.
I have yet to get lower than 26 jellies.
It will have to be one hell of a lucky board to get past this one.
I start with 28 jellies and finish with 28 jellies. Can't crush a single one. Very difficult to make stripe wrap combos because only 3 colours means tge bombs keep going off before you get a chance to make a stripe. Ridiculously hard level. Can't see a way out of this one.
On my next attempt after posting I was given that lucky board.
Full morts helmet and no extra boosters (already used most of them up on this level), I completed with 7 moves remaining.

As someone else commented, funny that the ‘piggy bank offer’ now available. Well I’m not buying anything!
And for goodness sake, fix the stupid buddy challenge on iPad or better still, just delete it. The stupid rosette sticks on the bottom right hand corner so you have to,exit and start again and NEVER get the 30 mins bonus. Have reported it but this has gone on for over 2 weeks now, was hoping Wed update would fix it but no. Bored bored bored.

Managed it without boosters - concentrate on getting the stripe/wrap combos in the top areas. It's tough, but not impossible. Need a fair bit of luck of course, but you do in most levels now!

It could well be just a computer recommending that levels are made easier or harder, which is even more annoying.
My 'method' ? Full space dash, then try and make moves in the bottom half only if you can.
Assuming the fish have done their job in combination with all the other boosters you start with.
I didn't need any other boosters or hammers or more moves etc...
However, my reasonable chase to get to the end, and catch the 'wednesday' club, has slowed to just keeping pace now.
Well, I catch about 10/20 a week, which means that could take almost a year.
It just gets harder when you get into higher levels of the game.

Where is the challenge if you just sail through every level as if it was a lower level?
That's why King should really allow people to reset and move back down again if they want to.

Definitely tough. Had to fill up my robot booster twice. Finished by starting with a double CB and using a fish booster to give me more fish. It helps if when setting off your double CB you have a good number of wraps next to the blockers.
Lucky board is the answer. What a pitty. No real Game, just luck.
Fish are no use as they just go for the blockers with the most layers first. If they hit the same blockers over again, the bottom part would clear quicker as candies would start dropping into it. Build a Bot now only works for new levels and even the free spin every 48 hours has been taken away!
My board is completely different. I don't have any fish and have keys locked in blockers. Also the whole right side is locked licorice AND I only have 15 moves!!! Help!! Anyone have the same board as me???
Not enough moves King and I guess you want to lose players. Keep up with these boring levels and it will eventually happen.
This is certainly a nightmarishly hard level i just can't see how it can be done would need about 50 moves to have any chance at all.guess I'll definitely have to wait for a lucky board
