Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3511 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3511 is a dual task level, you have to collect 4 ingredients and clear all the jelly in only 17 moves. It is also classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
Try to get stripes onto the conveyor and use them to collect the keys from the top left of the board, or make the stripes under the key to collect it. The keys unlock two UFO's which you will have to hit with a stripe or a combo to detonate, but the UFO's will usually target the waffles and jelly in the bottom, exit sections. If your ingredients are over the exits when the UFO's are detonated they will collect them for you, so saving a lot of moves.
Try to keep the licorice under control so at least it doesn't block any combos you do manage to make. If the licorice is kept fairly clear you will be able to make special candies and combos to clear the jelly.
You don't have many moves to spare so play carefully so you don't miss any chances to make good combos.

I totally agree. Too much to do with too few moves. Not using boosters or paying for more moves. I don't think it's possible. Very frustrating level.
I think we are all so DARN frustrated with this one. That's why there are not too many postings. This is the one that just causes you to quit and ponder why you are wasting your time. Lucky board needs to come soon or good bye to CC

Apart from being totally impossible to pass this level, it is tedious and boring. No skill needed as the striped candies fall at random, more often liquorice appears making the game unplayable. Fed up, off to do the ironing.......!

Watched the video. What a farce. Not like my board. I can barely get any special candies. King is fooling the players again causing unrealistic expectations for his players. I’m fed up and stressed with this game. Gone to a much more relaxing game and it is not a King game.

A little bit of luck please!
Here's what I do all of the time...
Play level 606, it's easy.
Then play 607, you will have a sprinkle candy to start.
Then go to 281 and pass that.
Now you will have a booster with a sprinkle, stripe, wrap and 3 extra moves. If at any time during those 3 levels, you lose...just start again. Anytime you want that big booster, this works time & time again:) Good luck.
Not enough moves...impossible without boosters and a lucky board...guess I’ll be waiting for that lucky board or I’m going nowhere. Very frustrating :-(

Try what I've written in the comments for level 2 about how to get extra lives for free? This was the first level I needed them badly since I couldn't reshuffle without losing a life and I hope it works for everyone

Awful level… You do not need the keys to complete the game. They are there to unlock the UFOs which are a big help. Not enough moves definitely need lucky bored nothing else
