Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3658 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3658 is a jelly level level with the hardest to clear jelly in the top section which is divided from the bottom section and is only influenced by combos which you can make in the bottom and fire into the top.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos can be fired into the top to grow the popcorns into colourbombs. There are also dispensers in the top part which will give stripes and wraps which you can use to help grow the popcorns.
There are dispensers in the bottom half which can be helpful, or not, depending on luck.
You may lose a few lives before you manage to pass this level, but if everything goes your way it can be completed in very few moves.
Once you begin to get colourbombs it is usually possible to get two to drop side by side so that you can switch them together, if this happens more than once even better!
The main focus on level 3658 has to be to grow the popcorns as thee jelly will usually be taken care of if you can clear them.

Fish booster plus space dash. Fish was a big help.
The fish never seem to go after jelly if there is licorice on the board. I had one popcorn left and the fish never went for it. Good luck everyone.
My fish went rogue. When switched with stripe or wrap, they would ignore all jelly and just swim to air. And seemed like stripes from below also missed their mark, even without a licorice blocker in between. Seemed glitchy to me. Finally passed.
Getting so many blockers and nothing lucky. Please send me a lucky board.

Help me here - I had a wrap/stripe combo beneath the left buoy, which hit the popcorn, but never gave any fish. Is that a glitch? Annoying as heck as I only had one jelly left and I expected the fish to eat it.
Same with me! Stripes did not hit the top although there was no liquorice! Must be a glitch
Had only one popcorn to hit left and the stripe in the bottom was in the right position and started in the right direction, but did not hit the popcorn (as if a liquorice was in between, but it wasn't). Same happened now 3 times in total, definitively à glitch :(
Posting for a lucky board. Having the same problem as everyone else. When it seems to matter the most, stripes don’t break anything on top level. No licorice in the way.

I cannot believe this is not marked as a hard level !! I've lost count of the lives and boosters used and still not even close. Same problem as above, some of the stripes do not hit the popcorn even though there is nothing blocking the way. Posting for a lucky board and hoping the 'glitch' will soon be sorted
I am so upset! Finally got this after using boosters and it didn’t take for some reason. I played on airplane mode to not lose helmets. Would that make a difference? What did I do wrong?
Passed 1st time used 2cb together with full spaceship & fish which ate my last jelly thanks again for tips I know I wouldn't pass without them 😀
Difficult level. Tried a number of times even was left with 1 blocker at times. Need a lucky board posting for luck
Not having fun here. Been stuck for a bit. Couple times I got close, damn glitches kept me from passing. Don't know how many times my stripes did nothing for the top level. Hardly ever hit top two popcorns. I don't buy boosters but I've accumulated quite a few. Can't even booster my way out. Bummer to have Mort's Helmet instead of Space Dash right now. Well, back to the races. Like all the levels before, know I'll pass it eventually...
Stupid level! Didn't use 2 CBs together. Matched one CB with the color of the wrapped in the center. I think I had lucky board because two CBs dropped next to each other on the belt. Matched them and still needed 4 hammers to clear the last popcorn.

I'm having the same problem as others here of stripes not hitting popcorn. Probably would have passed by now, or at least gotten closer. So frustrating to use strategy to make a smart move, and it does not do what it's supposed to. Is that what makes this a "hard" level? It cheats?
Not sure if I just don't understand how to clear the top part or getting bad hoards. Been at it for a few days and never close to clearing.

Im tired with this game, need lucky board, not enough moves and each time you clise to finish but not enough moves. Im done
Don't forget that the candy cane fences in the top will block stripes from the bottom unless they are part of a combo. I used two hammers to hit horizontal stripes in the middle row in the top section. That led to a CB combo on the top conveyor which finished the board. Popcorns have to be hit 5 times to clear. I just passed a nightmarishly hard level on the second attempt but this one is taking forever. Even with a full spacebot. How is this not a hard level? Need a lucky board.

I wasn't paying attention to the merangues forgetting that they're counted if you get one in a mystery candy and when I ran out of moves, thinking I needed about 5 more to win, it only showed 1 and I could've used a hammer. I'll be more alert on the next one. Also I used a sherbert(space ship lol) and it didn't even hit at the top part. Waste of a booster 🙄
Hard to have 20 moves left when you start with only 20 moves! Quit reducing moves in your lousy game!
