Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3682 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3682 is and ingredient level, you have to collect 4 ingredients to complete the level.
You only really need to work on collecting one of the ingredients, the other three will take care of themselves so you can forget them.
Concentrate ONLY on clearing the blockers down the diagonal column bottom left as this is where the last cherry has to go to get to the exit.
Work on making stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers and as you are doing this the keys will be collected and this will release the other three ingredients, which will simply drop out of the exits as the keys are collected.

I am sure this level is possible without boosters but it is fairly boring so I gave up after around 15 tries and used a coconut wheel to clear the blockers.
There are no videos on YT yet without boosters so I will post mine below using the coconut wheel.
If you don't have a coconut wheel then I would suggest you go back to an easy level and get the helmet or spaceship boosters to give you a better chance.

I can no longer back out and restart to get boosters tighter. Does anyone else have that problem? Dianne
Focus on the diagonal block squares FIRST. The rest will take care of itself, Used coconut booster to help
Dianne - I have the same problem. I also had it last week, but after completing new games I wa able to back out and keep booster. Judy
I am able to reset (restart) thank goodness. The wheel is a big help. Try to get it located to hit the diagonal blockers first. It also came back in a spot to hit the last diagonal blockers where the last fruit is located.

Why all the hard levels in a row king?? You're gonna lose people to peak unless you send a lucky board

This level is the worse ever! I have used 11 wheels that have not helped at all. Not enough moves! I keep getting an ad at the end about the New Candy Crush game to play now! Well I just might end up downloading it very soon!
Using wheels is useless. Afterwards you get nothing, and in the end you lost all your wheels.
Again a level that is programmed not to finish. At least not too soon.
Again it shows that CC has nothing to do with playing smart.
This level made me decide to quit CC.

There are more than enough moves.
But not of the game only gives 3 Candy combinations. Or destroys the striped and wrapped before you van use them.
Boring as hell. Like a lot of levels lately.
It looks like CC has run out of inspiration.

I agree with the last posts. I just made it using no boosters But not because i played well but because i got the one after the other striped candies just like that and exactly at the place where i needed them.
Its actually a stupid but addictive game where they give you the feeling that you have influence in when you finish a level, but in fact you have almost none.
This is a horrible level for me.
I used my wheels and that didn't even help.
I'm not getting close to breaking the blockers.

This level is mathematically impossible with 4 keys and over 30 blockers in 21 moves

Yep, same as others. Spaceships are loaded and useless. Coconut wheels did not help. Keys don't fall down quick enough. And I'm not getting rewarded for having most levels per week. Also no choice on spinning wheel. It automatically spins itself.

I read all the comments and the 2 that said get the diagonals and use a donut worked for me on my second try.
I focused on the bottom right, but still had one blocker left and no hammers. So, I used a UFO, and that did the trick. Finally passed after attempting for 2 days.

We bought new phones, and now I only have on MY phone I only have 14 lives where as on my old phone I have 1058 lives. How can I fix this? I did fix it to get me to my current level 4148...but can I bring my lives up to speed too? Thank you...Linda jeffswifel@yahoo.com

Linda I have 2 tablets & on 1 tablet I have over 200 lives but on other 1 I have over 50 on my pc I have just 2 lives, the gold bars are all the same but lives are different
