Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3684 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3684 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. You have to collect 4 ingredients to complete the level.
There are two dispensers for the ingredients but if you are careful, or lucky, you can get all four ingredients to drop from the same dispenser so you only have to clear one exit.
To get the ingredients to drop from the left dispenser, which is the easiest to collect them from, make moves on the far right of the board, this will bring the waffles down out of the exit column and allow the two ingredients to drop out of the dispenser.
The ingredients from the dispenser on the top left go out of the exit on the right and the ingredients from the dispenser bottom right exit bottom left.
The one thing you need to look out for is if the ingredients slip out of their column, they must remain in the same column or you won't be able to collect them. Sometimes when you are clearing the waffles the ingredients will move sideways if there is nowhere else for them to go, if this happens you may as well quit and start again.
There are only 2 ingredients on the board at a time so you have to collect the first two before the others will appear.
If you are struggling with this level you could try using a coconut wheel booster to clear the chocolate.

The latest 2 obstacles that Candy Crush has added have taken all the pleasure out of the game for me. I have suffered through the last few weeks hoping they would stop putting them in the new levels but I guess they are here to stay. I am DONE. Time to find a different FUN, RELAXING game. Not interested in unnecessary FRUSTRATING, STUPID games.

I want them to get rid of the waffles like they got rid of tornados. Remember the awful tornados? I hate these waffles like I hated them tornados! And one of my ingredients always end up moving to sideway. Sigh.. Thank you for let me vent. Although I complain, I do love this game. Haha

I just followed exactly how it was done and managed it after about 3 attempts just using a coconut wheel.Before looking at this video I had used about 70 lives and a hell of a lot of boosters, wished I looked here first.
So I had full helmet boosters, passed last level 1st time, watched video for this level, went to play... Helmet gone... Why?? Don't they make this hard enough?
This isn’t explained very well but is actually straightforward. Just clear chocolate and blockers from top right and the ingredients will fall through. Ignore anything else. Easy when you know this.

OMG! This is exactly what you need to do. I was stuck and confused. Tried to follow info about bottom right. Didn't work. Cleared UPPER RIGHT and cherries sailed right out. 13 moves left!

My board different to the one in the video. I have to cherrys to start with so have to clear both sides of the board. Not enough moves. Lucky board needed please.
frustrating beyond words, no matter how many special candies, nothing falls in a useful place, or it's a vertical, which is of not much use - I'm just getting nowhere with this level, most time I'm not getting even one fruit 'rescued', yet it is basically a straightforward level, I just can't conquer it. Help....!!

This level is very different now
No tips on this new version of this level, totally different still collect 4 cherries but so many waffles to clear before they make it to the exits!
